I took a group down and this cabin was perfect for us!
10.0
A nice 4-level cabin located minutes from the PF Parkway and Dollywood. The hosts, Tracy and Mac, were very attentive and checked on us regularly. The cabin was clean and neat when we got there.
There were 12 of us (13 with a late arrival a couple days later) spanning 3 generations staying from Tuesday night until Saturday morning. The gameroom and bunkbed room kept the younger folks entertained while the older of us stayed on the top two floors.
We had some minor plumbing issues that I thought we resolved the first day, but then it occurred again, so the owners got someone there to look at it quickly. The plumber mentioned that it was not uncommon in these cabins. The owners regularly checked on things and kept us informed. Couldn't ask for better hosts.
About the cabin itself, not many complaints at all. If I had to nitpick, I'd point out that other than the weak plumbing performance, the beds weren't the most comfortable (but that's a subjective thing) and there's only a starter stock of things like toilet paper, garbage bags, and other consumables so plan to bring some or make a short trip down to the Kroger or Publix if you're a larger group and plan to stay awhile. With the heatwave going on, the top floor struggled to stay as cool as we'd like, but not miserably so, and plenty of fans were provided to keep the air moving. Wife and I just had to kick off the comforter at night.
We enjoyed our time here and would certainly consider renting here again if we go back.

Like said it was in a nice surrounding but the house had problems A/C upstairs tub leak through the ceiling water all over the floor one of our daughter-in-law slip from the mess and bruise her arm and leg. Who ever we talk to about the tub problem wanted to know if we over fill the tub which we didn't you could see on the ceiling it happen before should of been fix before we got there . Don't they check the house out before renting it out ?

On Bearcation was a great place to stay on our spring break. The house was wonder with plenty of room for 2 families of 4. The kids had a great time in the hot tub and playing games in the basement. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. If we have a large group again we definitely will rent this place again.

What an awesome family trip!! Our cabin was amazing and the owner even more amazing!!! Best vacation in years!! Definitely will be back!!

Owners are very responsive and thorough. We don't generally require much when away and didn't request anything from them and refused the offer for maintenance during our stay. Some maintenance issues needed which most were reported, but nothing that really inhibited our stay. Neighborhood is fairly rowdy with all the other cabins so close and nearby and the large parties, but I suppose that's to be expected. It is super close to the Parkway and very accessible to literally anything else in the area. Kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and pool table.

This property was very convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We rented this home for our family Dollywood trip and it was perfect for all of us. Plenty of beds and very clean. The best part of this rental is the owners! They are very quick to respond and they follow up with you as they give detailed instructions and they even check in to see how your stay is going. Out of all the rentals we have booked, this one was one of the best.

We had the best time ever. The place is very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the jet tub. Very quiet area. We recommend this place for your stay in pigeon forge area. I will definitely will be going back again and staying at this beautiful cabin. Thanks to our sweet manager Tracy. She was so helpful from the time we booked until the time we arrived and left. I love it sooo much.

This was perfect for our group of girls! We had the best time and this cabin was exactly as pictured. Tracy was very helpful and checked in to make sure everything was great and asked if we needed anything at all. We would definitely stay here again!

We had seven people stay in this cabin ranging from 6 years old to 42. The cabin was clean and functional. The beds on the main level and upper level were firm (which is my preference) and some of the bunk beds on the lower level were a bit softer (my kids preference). There was enough space for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds! One thing to note is there is only one private bedroom; the others are open to the rest of the house. That did not bother us as we were all one family staying together, but if you have multiple families it would be something to consider. I would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was the perfect size for 18 of us! Plenty of space and everything was as advertised. The owner, Tracy, was very attentive and amazing to work with. She was in communication with us every time we reached out, even if it was just for recommendations. Highly recommend renting from Tracy and Mac! Next time we're back in this area, we'll absolutely rent from them again.

This Cabin is really the perfect place to reunite with family. Our kids loved the community pool (it’s a good 10 minutes workout walk up and down the Hill) and the kitchen is great to cook in for big families. Also the veranda nights were great, Beds are good, we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommand this Cabin!

The house was so beautiful and it was perfect for what we needed! Just be aware that the slope leading up to it is fairly steep. We didn't know this and brought a bus, so we ended up having to use a van to ferry people up and down (no fault of the host, I just should have been more thorough). The house itself was amazing and the views were beautiful though!

This cabin was PERFECT in many ways! It was very clean, each bed was made up nicely and with out a wrinkle. The bathrooms were spick and span. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were a family of 12 with ages from 3 to 65. Everyone enjoyed themselves from the game room to the hot tub to the very relaxing rocking chairs on each balcony. If you are considering this cabin BOOK IT!

This cabin was amazing, tons of room, very clean, easy to get to even through the mountainous terrain, lots of parking, communication from owners was top notch, ammenities were great. Close to town but out of the way. Gameroom was fun, hottub was just right. Bathroom on each level was great. Kitchen had all you needed to cook if you wanted.

Enjoyed weekend vacation with my siblings and there children, the cabin was perfect layout with lots of privacy, gathering game room in basement, not too high up in the mountains.

I would like to start by saying if you are thinking about booking this cabin…DO IT!! This cabin is equipped with everything needed for a great and comfortable stay. This is my family’s second year staying here and we will certainly return. From the stress free check-in to check-out there was great communication with the owners. The place was clean & relaxing, the kitchen has everything needed to cook and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner inside if you choose to do so. The beds are very comfortable & there were plenty towels and bath clothes available for use. There was definitely enough room for my family to scatter around as this place is very spacious. The hot tub was great and the game room is always a plus. I would also like to include that the ride to/from the cabin is comfortable and not steep & scary. This location is perfect and not far from the attractions. Again, my experience was great & I look forward to staying again.
P.S. thank you so much for promptly shipping my items left behind.

The cabin was beautiful and extremely well stocked with kitchen gadgets, extra blankets and bedding! My family from multiple state came to visit and we had a wonderful time. We traveled with 4 children, 3 of which were under 4 years old. Having one bedroom with a door was difficult because not all families could sleep in dark, quiet areas. Adults migrated down to the game room floor, but sound carries. That was our only true challenge though.
The cabin was very centrally located to everything we wanted to visit and still quiet. We would absolutely recommend staying here again (when the children are much older and can handle sleeping in a noisier environment or go to bed later 😅)
