Location. When I couldn’t get in as it was after 7pm I was close to other accommodations.

Bizarreness. All kinds of paperwork and receipts sent to me. When I arrived there was no one in office. No check ins after 7pm. I was there closer to 8:30. If I hadn’t received so many pages of receipts I might have read that no check ins were allowed after 7!

The staff was amazing!!! Bed was super comfortable!

Wasn't clean, refrigerator didn't work (milk spoiled), roaches in room, too much traffic of people that weren't guest of the hotel, office wasn't open designated hours for check out, staff was very unprofessional and not customer satisfaction minded. Police were called to site multiple times. Definitely not a friendly/safe location for tourist.

the renovated suites were actually very nice

even though clean I saw 3 roaches so bring roach spray. also the sheets are very thin as well as the towels. i would bring your own. recommend since the suites are renovated to put a mattress cover on the bed to prevent bedbugs and the new mattress getting messed up

Not much it was a good stay

It wasn’t a pleasant experience to arrive at the hotel after driving from Houston, TX to Charleston SC and find the office CLOSED! It was 7pm (local time)on a Friday, we called the after hours phone number and were told that they cancel the reservations at 5pm and to come back the next Monday as they are closed on weekends. We read the reservation’s terms several times about check in hours which says it starts at 3pm and nothing else. Luckily we could find a different hotel to stay during the 9 nights we spent in Charleston. My advice is KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM IN TOWN SUITES!
