Friendly staff, CLEAN room and lobby, great breakfast!

Location and the facility were lovely! Pool and patio areas were very comfortable. The entire hotel is decorated so beautifully! Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms, breakfast everything clean!

Grosszügiges Zimmer netter Ausblick. Grosses Bett 👍 Grosszügiges Frühstücksangebot, für europ. Verhältnisse viel Müll (Plastikabfall) dabei produziert, wenig nachhaltig 🤔

Aircondition sehr laut, Gebläse auch bei Lo-Stufe immer noch sehr laut, nur mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen. Ein Hinweis, Handtuchtausch nur, wenn die gebrauchten Handtücher vor der Zimmertür auf dem Gang abgelegt werden, würde Punkteplus bringen - kennen european people nicht🤔🇦🇹

The staff was friendly

The hotel lobby smelled nice but that’s where anything good about this place ends. When we opens the door that lead to the hotel rooms, we were hit with an overpowering smell of cigarettes (although there are signs that prohibit smoking) The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk up to our room (thankfully it was only the second floor). When my wife and I checked in with my 1 year old daughter, I was socked to see the condition of the room. This was the absolute worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. The room was dimly lit and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The sink was full of cigarette ashes and the tub was filthy. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns and the stove in the kitchen looked like it had never been cleaned. The staff on duty were friendly and was apologetic but there was no way I was staying there with my family. We checked right out and was blessed to find a much better place to stay.

We drove back up from Florida and stopped to stay well the sheets had stains on them and after calling the front desk they refused to do anything about it. Didn’t even want to compensate for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t even give up a different room. Will not recommend this place. We ended up just leaving

Good price.

Difficult street access. Only one elevator.

Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. Employees were all great and accommodating 10/10, facilities could use some upgrades.

Door to our room only worked 10% of the time, not a key issue just a mechanical problem. Pool was a big draw but closed for most of our stay.
