It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was lovely, especially the woman who checked us in. I don't remember her name, unfortunately, but she was especially nice to my 9 year old nephew.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Didn't look it had been vacuumed prior to arrival.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen grünen Umgebung obwohl es nicht weit bis zur Hauptstraße ist. In ca. 15 Minuten kommt man ins historische Zentrum von Charleston. Gebäude und Zimmer sehen sehr ansprechend aus und sind gut gepflegt. Die kleine Küche mit 2 Platten Herd im Zimmer ist gut bestückt und es gibt Spülschwamm, Trockentuch und Spültap hür die Maschine. Wir haben das genutzt und so zwei Mal den Restaurantbesuch gespart. Zum Relaxen gibt es auch einen Pool. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Es gab nicht jeden Tag das gleiche wie in anderen Hotels.

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Nach der 2. Nacht wurden die Betten gemacht, der Müll entsorgt und die Handtücher getauscht. Das haben wir nicht so ganz verstanden. Man könnte vielleicht für die Gäste eine Info ins Zimmer hängen. Das Hotelpersonsal war für uns nicht immer gut zu verstehen. Deshalb haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt.

Too expensive for the room. Booked for 4 adults. Thankfully, we only 2 were able to make it because there is no way it would have been comfortable for 4.

Breakfast was delicious. My only concern is sometimes the labels weren't 100% accurate. My friend has a serious pork allergy, and the label in front of the frittatas said veggie... but there was meat in it. Just something to keep an eye on.

Fantastic staff. They were pleasant and always smiling. Complimentary breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel with lots of free coffee.

The room was not what we paid for that weekend. There were "unknown" stains on the wall in the main bedroom, the living room chair was scratched up and not clean, the living room couch had "Suspect" stains on the cushions as well as stains on The bottom of the bed in the second bedroom. The second bedroom had a 6 x 24 inch space of pulled up carpet. The bathroom had a stained and unfilled hole in the fire sprinkler with a bath tub that needed some better caulking and drain coverage. I did not feel clean in the room and I avoided sitting anywhere but the kitchen table. There was no housekeeping the entire two days. The hotel was quiet but outside the room, a little humid. A decent exercise room. Management really needs to tighten up on cleanliness and maintenance. The parking lot was clean but I did not feel 100% safe going outside at night as the hotel is open in kind of area that you want to keep your head on a swivel.

this stay was the worst stay of any hotel, let alone Marriott I’ve ever had.. I checked in on Thursday night and checked out on Sunday morning. My room was never service once. I never received clean towels or clean bedding. Saturday at 12p I asked the girl in the hallway who was servicing the rooms if she can clean my room. She said she was not scheduled to clean that room and another girl would. I said ok and left for the gym. I came back at 3pm and noticed my room wasn’t cleaned. I asked the girl in the hall if she can service my room. She said no because it wasn’t ok her schedule. I said ok, is it on someone’s schedule to service? She didn’t know. I called into the service desk and requested my room be serviced. They said they would send someone. 20 minutes later I called again and they said they weee trying to get a hold of someone on the floor. We’ll no one was left on the floor and I told them this. At this point I went downstairs to talk to a manager. And I said just give me the sheets and I’ll change my bedding. Because my wife was with family prepping for a wedding and I had to get ready, and since the room wasn’t serviced I just wanted the sheets to service myself because I didn’t want yo come home at midnight and service the room with my wife after a wedding. They said they’re have someone service it. This was 3:45om. I said it needs to be after 5 because I need to get ready. They came immediately. I said I need the room and they’re come back but they gave me the sheets. It was the wrong sheets, they gave full when we had king. They said they’d come back after 5 with a new comforter and sheets. We got in at 1am and they never came back and well that’s exactly what happened. My room was never serviced and I had to service it myself. Management did nothing and the girl at the front desk gave me more than enough hassle when I requested to change my card that I had on file. She argued with me in front of my wife and that was embarrassing.

Friendly and helpful staff; decent breakfast

weekend charge to my hotel was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. Closet overhead light was too high and not turning on; part of the wall panel to the left of the tv that is lifting; bathroom door does not close well and does not lock.

Staff was amazing, especially Valaina. She was super personable, it was like dealing with someone I’ve known for years. Definitely plan on staying here again, as long as she is here.

The location was phenomenal and conveniently located to everything we needed during our stay. This was also the friendly staff I have ever encountered. Mrs.Krystal is an absolute angel.
