Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to beach - pool at the house was great. Tim was great to work with - whole family enjoyed the trip and the access to great restaurants including the Salty Dog made for a great time.

Upon arrival, noticed mold on ceiling and black mold out of vents. Kitchen dirty(there was still coffee and k cup in). Blinds and closets all broken. Tim was extremely responsive and provided gift of $50, but the mold is just not kept. Pictures obviously don’t show dirt. Pool nice, listed amenities were all there and deck with view nice. There was a major crack in a deck beam too. Trash was not collected the Wednesday as listed, so maggots by Saturday. We love HHI, Tim cares but doesn’t seem to fix the major issues. As business owners, this could be very harmful to future customers.

We had a fantastic time! We would love to come back!

Great house for my family of 11. Plenty of room and great location

Great location, beautiful marsh view, nice pool, rec room with ping pong and football table made for some evening competitions, two large living areas. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Let me first say THE MARSH IS AMAZING!!! The property sits with back facing the marsh so there is always something of nature to watch. The pool was safe and convenient for young ones. The pool is fenced with a safety lock and this is apparently unusual in Sea Pines as we observed many pools in the area were unfenced. We opted to heat the pool due to cool temps and it was wonderful. We appreciated the layout of the home. There is a comfy king bed on the lower level which we liked for privacy. The home would be perfect for 3 families as each would have their own area. Kitchen and dining area were ample for all and also face the beautiful marsh view. The home has some supplies like baby fences ( to block open stairway ) and wagon to haul supplies to beach. Walk to beach is a short and easy walk. Adults found it perfect, some of the parents felt it was long to haul very young littles. Kitchen had plenty of supplies to prepare meals. We loved that there is an additional refrigerator and also beverage fridge on the lower level. This helped tremendously. We were able to walk (17 mins) and ride bikes to Salty Dog area for a meal, shopping, ice cream. Sea Pines bike rentals also are perfect! We all agreed the home worked but is in need of a deep thorough cleaning and reorganization of supplies. Some items unusable ( outdoor cushioned chairs, basement bath situation, some kitchen items). Great spot & communication with Tim was great!

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults in our late 20s/early 30s. We were easily able to park four cars. Wonderful pool and quick 6min walk to the beach. Having the beach chairs and wagons to use made our beach trips so easy. The kitchen was very nice and all common areas had enough seating for all. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for a few families to stay in! It was a fully stocked home, which is rare. Each family had separate areas of the house, making bedtime with little ones a much easier process. Love the neighborhood and convenient location between Salty Dog Marina and Harbortown! Having a pool at the house was also great for those windy days when we couldn't make it to the beach. Highly recommend the reunion house for your next trip. Tim was a great host and very helpful!

Beautiful house and location on Hilton Head with a close walk to the beach was a perfect setting for the celebration for our mother's 80th birthday.

The house had plenty of space for all of us. We loved the quiet location. Tim did great with communication and handling any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

We loved the house and the location is amazing. Short walk to beach and can bike all over sea pines. The view from the back deck was amazing. Tim was great and available for all questions.

Way closer to the beach than was expected. Pool heater worked great, temp was in the 30s the week prior to our stay, heater was already running on arrival and was warmed up by the following afternoon with no issues maintaining. Kitchen was well stocked. Baby gate to block off the stairs was a life saver. Only drawback, it is quite a trek from the gate.

This was our first Christmas get away. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for us. Enough room for everyone.

We had a great time - Tim was very helpful in providing recommendations for various activities for our 50th girls trip. We had 9 of us the sleeping arrangements were awesome- plenty of beds & comfy bed. The family room was a great hangout space that fit us all- we enjoyed the back deck & hung a little bit by the pool . The beach is really close and easy walk or bike ride. Awesome location !! We had four individual families stay for vacation in HH. The location is superb, maybe a 6-7 minute walk from the beach. We biked everywhere and rarely left Sea Pines. The house is setup perfectly for a large gathering without being on top of each other. The host was extremely easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

We had a 40th birthday weekend with 10 friends. Tim communicates well, the house was stalked well, and it was exactly as described. 5 minute walk to the beach and had a heated pool. Simply put, it was perfect.

We were so happy to re-discover this rental property. We had stayed here several years ago and loved it then. It was as wonderful as we remembered. The location is perfect for ease of getting to the beach and to South Beach for lunch and shopping. The view of the marsh and the birds from the deck can't be beat. We fell in love with this home all over again!

Great layout as it easily held everyone with plenty of space on the first floor for a dozen groomsmen to get ready for a wedding. Only issue was the internet connection was down due to technical issues requiring the cable company to repair and 5 of the 6 cable boxes need to be replaced.

The house is much bigger in person. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything for cooking. Location couldn.t be beat - so close to beach and Salty Dog for drinks and food. We had the best time!! We would come back to this house every year if we didn.t live so far away. Communication with Tim was superb!!

The experience was great! We are returnees to sea pines and love everything about the place! The house completely suited our families needs-Tim-was excellent to work with! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Reunion House! The kids absolutely loved the pool and swam everyday. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike paths in Sea Pines. Enjoyed a couple days on the beach as well. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our family. The house was clean and there was enough room for our kids and grandkids. A fun week was had by all! We would love to come back!

Our family vacations at HHI every year and based on how many of our family members can come, we are hopeful to find that "perfect" location that will suit our needs. This year, we were unable to rent the house that we had previously rented and were fortunate to find this lovely and inviting home for our family to enjoy.. My family felt that of all of the homes we have rented so far on the island, this home was the most-comfortable and inviting layout especially considering our 3 grandchildren. Bald Eagle West is an unpretentious and "beachy-feel" home with a beautiful view of the Cove and Salty Dog Marina off the back of the. The large sliding glass door off of the Kitchen nook area upstairs and the large picture windows across the back of the living area provided a wildlife extravaganza for us every day! Countless birds varieties including Herons, Egrets, Hummingbirds, Cardinals and others provided a wildlife sanctuary for us, while eating at the large family-style table or enjoying a cold beverage on the upstairs deck. The floorpan was very open and comfortable, and the kitchen was by-far the best furnished from pots, pans dishes, cups & glasses, appliances, etc. (even spices & other food accents) above any home we have ever rented. The pool area in the front portion of the property had a "secure" privacy fence and was a very comfortable size for us. It was perfect to be able to rinse off with the hose provided after coming off of the beach, and then cooling off in the pool before going into the house. The Beach Gear Storage shed just outside the pool area was filled with pool floats, noodles, boogie boards, beach toys, and even beach chairs & a wagon so we didn't even need to rent those items! The downstairs Master Suite was very large and comfortable and the over-sized shower and jacuzzi tub were wonderful. The large sectional couch, extra refrigerator / freezer, ping pong and foosball tables were an extra bonus. We did encounter some vertical blind issues left from the previous renter, but it was not a big issue for us at all. I had communicated with Tim, the owner and Property Manager, in the preceding months before our trip, and during our stay. He is the most-responsive owner I have had the pleasure to communicate with, and he was a wealth of information for all of the questions I had asked. Tim is very kind and I appreciated all he did to prepare us for our stay and also supporting our needs during our stay.

Very nice place. Pool area was fairly small and located at front of house - not in the back yard, which I had missed somehow. Beware that Hilton Head on this part of the island in late July is both extremely hot and crowded. Tons of bicycles, hard to walk the path. Beach was not particularly close for what we had hoped.

The most relaxing vacation we have had. Had anything & everything you need to stay. House was so great! We ALL had the best time at the pool. Close to beach & restaurants. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Tim has the best place to stay, hands down!!
