The rooms were clean and the pool area looked great although it was closed on Mondays, when we were there

Didn’t know pool was closed Mondays, the second bed was too small for one adult and we booked for 4 in total

the location is what i liked most

the netflix is not working, got some issue on the remote. I also saw 1 small cockroach. Too many people in the pool, you cant enjoy it anymore. The parking attendant is rude, if client asks question politely, answer properly, no need to give unnecessary remarks.

Apartment was lovely and Jen is a perfect host. No problems with checking in, and everything was well organised. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything in way of facilities. Staff in the compound were very friendly and helpful and security was excellent.

Facilities in the compound were very variable. Potentially very good, but not very well managed. There's a lovely wave pool on the site, but getting in was a bit of a chore. The restaurant does lovely breakfasts, but service there is very poor - badly understaffed. On a number of occasions I saw other guests rather unfairly shouting at the staff as they'd been waiting so long for food or drinks. Wait times, if you're not there early, can be rather wearing - also video of Paris Hilton playing on a loop on the video screens, which does nothing for one's digestion. There's an SM Mall (not that kind of SM) just round the corner from the compound which is plagued with beggars. My advice would be not to give them money at all. I did on one occassion and was rapidly surrounded by dozens of them pulling my clothes and trying to get into my pockets. My partner insisted they weren't from Manila and sounded like they were from north Luzon.

The room is neat and filled with modern furniture designs. My family enjoyed our quick staycation before going back to school. Thank you also for the very accommodating host, she helped us a lot.

Parking is so hassle. I think that parking cashier is centralized so you have to go down the car just to pay for your parking fees. The guard even took my card so when I was about to pay for it, they lost it. So I have to shoulder the lost card fee. The lobby at the building doesn’t have toilet nearby or on the same level where they receive the guests. You have to go down to the basement 2. When we went there, we couldn’t find it so we have to look for toilet somewhere else.

I love how responsive Ms. Jen is to our conversation and our request. The room was very neat and relaxing. It was a last minute booking but still we were accomodated immediately and it was hassle free to check in. Will definitely booked again if we want a quick escapade in the metro.
