Chaleureux et ensoleillé, maison de vacances confortable faisant face au nord, maison de vacances spacieuse et joliment meublée. Pas idéal pour les petits enfants. Grandes aires de stationnement. Allée de brousse menant à la rue principale, aux cafés, restaurants, boutiques etc. Chaud en hiver, frais en été, avec pompe à chaleur et feu de bois. Téléviseur à écran plat, SKY TV, Home Cinéma avec lecteur DVD, bibliothèque de DVD, WiFi illimité. Près du cale de bateau. Zones ensoleillées et abritée barbecue. Inclinaison de la route donnant une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Had a great weekend away with family. House was very warm and inviting, with all the amenities we needed, including a large space for parking the boat. The location meant we could get out on the water in no time. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful, had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. We were there when it was 31 degrees. Aircon was welcomed, BBQ area was shaded in the evening. Plenty of parking. Will defo be back.

We enjoyed the space and amenities. Everything you need is here. 10 minutes walk to town (good work out coming home up the hill!) Tidy and clean with comfortable beds and nice big smart tv. Thanks so much for having us.

Fabulous place for family and friends to enjoy Akaroa. We loved the relaxed bach vibe, bush and bird song. Great parking for the jet ski and car, great deck to relax on in the evening and living space was large enough for a family with teenagers. Would love to come back and stay again.

Over all really great. Property manager wasn't informed by the website that we weren't coming and got a surprise call from me on the day (not his fault by any means, I think Bookabatch made an error somewhere).
He was all very helpful about it!

House was wonderful, loved the birds singing amongst the bush. Only negatives is upstairs shower pressure is minimal and driveway is not ideal for bigger boats - couldn’t turn into parking area. Neighbours park in drive by turning bay so takes a bit to get around sometimes.

Great place for a quiet mini break in Akaroa. Really homely with logburner (on wetback) and plenty of DVD movie options plus Sky Sport! The views and the birdlife add to thr charm. We’ll be back 👍🏻

Over in Akaroa for a family event and the house was ideal for us. Track connecting it to the other house we had hired on Settlers Hill meant it was a perfect location for us
