Confidentialité assurée. Appartement moderne dans un immeuble moderne à deux pas de tout ce que Kiama a à offrir. Avec un saut, sautez et sautez, vous êtes dans la rue principale de la boutique de Kiama "West End". Juste en face du Club de la Ligue, du supermarché et bien plus encore. Cela dit, cette unité au premier étage, à l'arrière du bâtiment est calme et isolée.
Environ 40 mètres carrés (ÉNORMES!) de balcon enveloppant autour du jardin absorbe le soleil de l'après-midi, ce qui en fait une oasis parfaite pour une sieste ou des boissons l'après-midi.
Parfaitement adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Il y a un ascenseur depuis le parking sécurisé sous le bâtiment ou depuis l'entrée de la rue au niveau.
Les sols stratifiés en bois conviennent parfaitement aux personnes allergiques.
Parking couvert sécurisé dans le bâtiment.
Spa de jour en bas. Club des ligues de l'autre côté de la route.
Climatisé.

My parents and I stayed at Nin’s place for a couple of days and we had a fantastic time! It was our first time in Kiama. The place is in a really good location, close to everything. Nin welcomed us on our arrival, which was really nice and welcomed any questions we might have had. Overall, the place was beautiful, clean and just as in the photos (if not better, especially the very big balcony) and Nin has been a great host, very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Nin’s place and would certainly stay there again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Everything was easy from check in, meeting with Nin and check out. Being really picky it could do with more lighting in the living area but ideal for our favourite, Kiama.

Overall our stay was good. However the information stated that the balcony ‘soaked up the afternoon sun’ when in fact it was only in the sun from around 4.30 pm for couple of hours during our December stay. Disappointing!

Nin met us to handover keys and answer any questions about local activities. We had a great time shopping, especially at Retro Room, walking through the monthly market and sipping cocktails at Ms Arda. We Also went on a short drive to Gerringong. Fantastic view from Hill Bar and Kitchen. Berry a short drive as well. The accommodation was in the perfect spot to leave the car and walk most places in Kiama. Great location and accommodation.

Great stay, very easy and lovely check in with Nin. Property perfectly located and very clean. The bedrooms do get cold in winter at night as their lounge room air con does not really reach the rooms so pack warm pjs

The apartment was clean and in an amazing and convenient location, close to all amenities and the coast. Nin was a lovely host and couldn't be more helpful checking us in, running us through the property and offering any assistance. Would recommend the property.

All I have is praise for Nin and the the amazing apartment that we stayed in for the weekend. Nin made the lead up to our stay so easy and stress free even telling me all of the main tourist spots and walks around the Kiama region.
The 3 bedroom apartment was HUGE and central to absolutely everything with us walking to the lighthouse, blowhole and many cafés.
I have already recommended Nin to all my friends and family and I will 100% be travelling back to Kiama and staying in this apartment again!

This was the perfect spot for our little family get away. With little kids, we were easy walking distance to Woolies, the park and (most importantly) the ice creamery. Good space, including huge covered balcony. Full kitchen. Secure basement parking. And wonderful customer service from Nin.

If you want to stay somewhere that is central, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and parks, this place is for you! The apartment was immaculately clean with all the essentials needed for your stay. The massive wrap around balcony kept our 4year entertained. The host Nin, was amazing to deal with and was always readily available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Location is very central to Kiama and apartment is very roomy however the carpark and apartments outside the bedroom window do come with additional noise, especially late into the night with parties and drunk people try it to get home and garbage trucks at 5am. The two complimentary rolls of toilet paper were a nice touch.

Perfect spot for sight seeing around Kiama. Local to everything, shops, beaches, restaurants, blowhole all a walkable distance. Great property with plenty of space.

Situated directly opposite the Kiama Leagues club, you're a short 2 min walk to the supermarket, or about 30 seconds to the main strip of shops and cafes! The apartment itself is the perfect size and well appointed with all you need to cook there, with a magnificent wrap around balcony that gets sun in the late afternoon/evening (at least it did during the Summer). For those with young children, we did find the blinds in the bedroom with two single beds let in a lot of light at 7pm, but if you're visiting outside of Summer, or put your kids to bed after 8:30, you'll be fine.
