We had a wonderful stay in this unit!!! Location was excellent. Elevators were fast, View was spectacular and the pool was delightful. Parking was easy and we love that the unit was gated!! Friday night they offered a DJ on the pool deck. We were a little disappointed in the beach service as umbrella service seemed stressed but we do bring our own equipment and use the complimentary chairs as needed. The blinds in living room need to be repaired or replaced. Not a problem for us because we didn’t need to close them. We didn’t care for drop ceiling in bathroom. Cabinets and granite countertops are beautiful. Mattress very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra blankets in closet as some mornings were cool. We enjoyed the large wrapped around deck. Overall, we would stay again. Owners are very helpful!!! Also loved how the complex decorated for Memorial Day!!!

Have stayed on the grounds for several years with kids and other family. First stay in a smaller unit, but it was just right for us. No corners cut or little luxuries missed. Loooved it! Owner very responsive!!!💕

This was a great place to stay close to the beach with a great view of the gulf!!! It just wasn’t as clean as it should be!!! Opened the door and it was very musty smelling so bad I had to go buy air fresheners to try to help make it smell better. The inside of the microwave had food splattered all over it and there was Swedish fish left on the floor from people that were their before us. Blinds were broken in the living room and fell down when we try to close them at night. You couldn’t close them for how many of them were missing. Nice washer and dryer and we enjoyed the big garden bath tub!!!! Overall we enjoyed our stay just wish it didn’t smell moldy and musty and was cleaner! Owner was very nice and replied to all my responses!!!

This place was located perfectly for a great beach view! Very well maintained, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing, can even see the beach from most parts. Had karaoke and a dj:) The staff was very nice and really paid attention to who was coming and going, felt very safe. Instructions and keys were mailed to us in plenty of time for our trip. Highly recommend and will be going back.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The pictures did not do it justice. Everything was perfect. The view’s were amazing as well. Just a short trip down stairs to the beach. Very nice chairs and umbrella just waiting for us to use. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having the LG washer/dryer right in the bathroom. Very convenient to use everyday. Our stay was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

The room and property were very nice. It was a great vacation other than the large crowds that gathered beside Pineapple Willys. The police finally broke the crowds up on Thursday and Friday nights.

Place was perfect for us. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a condo. Quiet the week we were there and also because you have to be 25 to rent. We felt very safe with security always at the gate entrance.

We loved spending 10 nights here! It’s exactly as pictured. Instructions that we received from the owner were detailed and very helpful. Communication with them was very easy, they clearly understand how to operate a VRBO. Truly a 5 star experience for us.

This condo was just perfect! The view is incredible! The King bed is heavenly. (I never thought about it much before, but wow it makes a difference in quality of sleep.) The outside balcony chairs rock and swivel! There’s a HUGE shower/bath. I’m 5’8” and it was glorious to take a relaxing bath and FIT!!! It’s centrally located to tons of things, but surprisingly quiet at a night.
I’m a research addict and it takes me forever to make a choice, if yoke like me, just stop right here and book this condo! You won’t be sorry!!!

Lovely condo with great lighting and beautiful view from the extra long balcony. Love having balcony access from the bedroom. Central location to all activities. Walmart basically across the street. Multiple restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We saw dolphins many times swimming in front of the condo. Very nice adjustable beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation spot!
My wife and I spent our 32nd anniversary in Panama City Florida staying at the Long Beach resort. The location is ideal for getting to most things you need to do, the gulf waters are beautiful and the white sands are great! The rental unit is very nice and very well maintained, The balcony gives you a great view of the gulf. It was very nice to have beach chairs during the week as part of this rental. The pool and pool bar we’re also very convenient. We hope to in the future be able to return to this property for another rental!

Great place, we will be back
We enjoyed the condo. We did have to remove the mattress pad because it was hard on my back and the couch wasn't all that comfortable at all. Other then those two issues the room was clean, the owners were very easy to ask any questions or talk to, and the beach from the place being gated off I assume was much much less busy then the places on each side of us. The location is about perfect. I will for sure be back next time we decide to come back to PCB.

condo was beautiful. the pictures made it seem bigger than what it actually was, but for a couple it’s perfect. the large balcony was wonderful and had a gorgeous view of the gulf. condo came with beach chairs which was nice. plenty of bath towels available. no real complaints. my husband and I had a wonderful time.

Excellent choice. Best floorplan, best location, best parking. Unit is clean and extremely well stocked. Bill is always easy to work with and very responsive. This is the only place we will stay at Panama City Beach.

Perfect view, perfect patio!
I want to explain why we gave it a 4 and not a 5. Location and view were fantastic. Loved the patio! We’re we’re protected from the wind, but got some late afternoon sun. Ate breakfast outside almost everyday. Would have preferred a chaise lounge on the patio. A fold-up one could be stored in the pantry. Thank you for all the towel hooks. My husband and I vacation at least three times a year on the beach. All houses and condos should have myriad hooks and racks to hang your wet suits, cover-ups, beach towels and bathroom towels. So thank you for that! Thank you for the TV station guide. The appliances were all very nice. We appreciated the curtains in the bedroom.
However the blinds in the living room didn’t close properly. The carpet in the bedroom smelled when we arrived. The rug in the bathroom needs replaced. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. So, the bath towels never dried. We were there in March, so it wasn’t yet humid outside. A keypad would have been much more pragmatic. I was constantly worried we were going to forget the key and get locked out. The cabinets above the stove were greasy and needed a good cleaning and lastly the bed was saggy. Although, I slept fine.
But the positives still win!! If it was a choice, I would give 4 1/2 stars! The view is 100% worth it!

This is the second property we have stayed at in this complex. Both owned by Ingrid and Bill. Both experiences were great! The location is perfect, both for views/access of the beach and local restaurants. Ingrid and Bill are great to deal with. We won't hesitate to stay in one of their properties again.

When a listing posts pics and descriptions one’s expectations rise to the level that is presented. In our case, our expectations were more than met on every count. Location is ideal, the unit was wonderful, the balcony and view superb and we lacked for nothing. We are candidates for a return visit.

The property is exactly as described and is simply excellent! The location couldn’t be better – right on the beach and close to everything (shopping, restaurants – will highly recommend Saltwater grill – good food and service). Ocean view is simply amazing, and you can watch wildlife right from the comfort of the large and nicely furnished balcony (saw pods of dolphins couple times). It takes just a few short minutes to be on the white sand wide beach. Condo is a perfect size for 2 people. It is VERY clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped for a quick getaway or a weeklong vacation. The only suggestion would be to install electronic keyless lock – for more convenience of the guests and owners. OVERALL – highly recommend this place!!! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

The property was just as described. Great place for my husband and I. Next to many restaurants. Love the multile pools. The whole property was clean. Beach clean. View from balcony was awesome. Even saw a pod of dolphins one day from our balcony. No complaints whatsoever

Great Condo at World Class Beach
This condo is in a great location with an amazing world class beach right out the back door. The view from the 8th floor large balcony is absolutely fantastic - you can see for miles. The sand is so deep and the beach is so wide! Walk forever, build a sand castle, or just sit and stare. The heated pools were delightful and the fast elevators were an added bonus. The condo had everything we needed and Bill was a dream to work with. He gave us a tip to eat at Saltwater Grill and it was so terrific we ate there twice within the week. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!
