The most important positive aspect was the host. She was always available online and respectful. Additionally, the apartment’s view of the lake, with trains and boats passing by, is unforgettable. The apartment was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and it had everything you needed—not just for a trip, but for living.

The apartment was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. The parking was in the basement and it was free.

Fantastic view. Proactive and helpful host. Tidy and well equipped. 20 min to Lugano center by car. You can use EU's free roaming on your phone, because the place is in Italy - better set your phone to manual network selection and pick Italian provider.
Campione is a bit specific place, there are not that many businesses open, but there is a grocery store with good opening hours and a few restaurants. Children's playgrounds in the city could use some maintenance, but on the other hand they were not crowded (as in Lugano).

The apartment is gorgeous, with a full view of the lake and a generous balcony, very clean, and cozy. Nadia was an adorable host who continuously ensured everything was okay with her guests via text and quickly answered any questions we had. Bonus points for the dedicated free parking spot and the attention to detail (we received videos explaining how everything works and there was even an adapter in the bathroom, so Nadia did think of everything). Hopefully, we will be back!

nice view, nice deco as on the pictures, private parking, 15min to Lugano by car, large terrasse where you care take your breakfast.
overall it was a good stay
Campione city is a dead city since the casino bankruptcy, so there's a lots of shop/restaurants that are close, but that's not the fault of Nadia, just sad for the city.
just missing some basics for the kitchen, like salt, oil
the bed pillows are very thin.

Great view, great place to relax and explore the surrounding nature

The view to the Lugano Lake and mountains was amazing. We admired the view for hours from the comfortable balcony.
The interior is modern and looks beautiful. In the kitchen we had everything we needed. The bathroom was as well very clean and modern.
