Un appartement entier de 140m2 avec une décoration de style vénitien et une vue imprenable sur St. Marque la tour carrée et le lagon. Situé au 4ème étage, l'appartement dispose de 2 étages avec 3 chambres et également 2 salles de bains. Il a un salon spacieux avec une belle vue sur un canal vénitien où les gondoles passent toute la journée et une cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et lave-linge. Chaque pièce de l'appartement a l'air conditionné. Enfin et surtout, l'appartement dispose du WIFI GRATUIT.
L'appartement est situé à 2 minutes de la place St Marc (à 300 m de l'appartement).
Depuis le salon et la chambre, vous pouvez voir des gondoles passer sur le canal principal.
À 1 minute du bar Harry où vous pourrez déguster leur célèbre Bellini.
À 1 minute des principales rues commerçantes de Venise.
Situé à côté de restaurants, bars et attractions touristiques.

We had a wonderful two nights here. We worked with the host to arrange our transportation from the airport to the location where we were met and showed everything we needed to know. This was very helpful coming to a new location with unique public transportation. The residence was the perfect size for our group of two couples and had everything we needed. The location was just what we wanted. It was close enough to the main areas but also in a more quiet neighborhood where we could look out the window and see the gondolas go by and walk downstairs to what became our favorite cafe where they got to know us after just a short time.
On a very practical note it was a bit warm in the evenings but that is the nature of an upstairs apartment during a warm April weekend.
We would highly recommend this residence and would definitely return if our travels ever get us back to Venice.

Perfect stay and great hosts

My family of two adults and two teenagers had a great stay at Alessia's property in Venice. Great location near the heart of San Marco and easy walking distance to all the major sites. Air conditioning was a great help as the weather was on the warm side. Alessia was great to communicate with and she helped us with transportation from the airport on arrival and to the train station on departure using vans and water taxis. It was great to have that all coordinated so easy.

Fantastic apartment for our group of 5 to stay in. The location is great between St. Marks and Accademia. Beautiful view of canal with gondoliers. Close to bus/water taxi stop. It is located on the top floor and beautifully decorated with antiques. The loft bedroom includes a small rooftop terrace. Host met us at the house and provided us with everything we needed.

view of the canal where you can view the gondoliers. Our host Dimitri was very helpful in arranging a beautiful water taxi back to the airport and gave some great suggestions on where to eat and buy groceries. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with planning our stay.

Best Customer Service We Have Ever Seen!
Visited with wife and 3 young adult children,
Great location, amazing host. Clean and comfortable. Dimitri went above expectations in his personal touch, pleasant nature, and willingness to be there to assure water taxi transfers went smoothly and finding the apartment was easy. He also arranged a beautiful private water taxi tour complete with Prosecco and a drop-off at a great little restaurant as a surprise for my wife. Dimitri - can't say enough great things about him. The whole family loved him and he was the best host we have ever had.

Our apartment was full of character, comfortable, very tastefully renovated, spacious and in a great location. It was the best place we stayed in over a 5 week trip. We only wished we booked it for longer than 2 nights. We'd highly recommend this apartment!
