Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten sogar zu Fuss erreichbar. Es liegt knapp ausserhalb vom Zentrum in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Zimmer (Naco) sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

The breakfast was amazing every morning, and the location was fantastic. A 5-minute walk from the train station after traveling a ton was awesome. The location was close to everything, yet barely a little away from the hustle and bustle which was lovely. There was a grocery store right up the road that was a great convenience for snacks. The hotel also had a happy hour during our stay where they treated guests to local wine/beer, and snacks.

A great Aparthotel with all the facilities and close to the train station. Had a good time in this hotel, everything was good, staffed explained all the details about the hotel and it's surroundings to help us out.
Breakfast was ok, not bad as such but bit average, however can imagine that in Zermatt and especially during ski season

Super Hotel, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Tolle Zimmer und eine sagenhaftes Frühstückbuffet. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Spacious, well equipped rooms with kitchenette and balcony, comfy beds and sufficient closet space. The Spa area included saunas, steam room and sole pool with bathrobe and towels already provided in the rooms. Breakfast with many choices. Helpful and efficient staff.

Room was clean & comfortable. Very spacious with a kitchenette. As we had to check out early on the last day, the receptionist arranged to have a breakfast set delivered to us the night before. Very welcoming gesture indeed!
As we were given a second floor room, the bathroom window was glass and the bath area was visible from outside. So some window cover would be appreciated!

Hotel di ottimo prestigio in una posizione a dir poco strategica ( 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e centro ). Offre moltissimi servizi sia come benessere che come sport, avendo soggiornato in un monolocale offre anche tutto il necessario per pranzare e cenare. Colazione ottima e variegata, un buffet molto ricco e ben rifornito
L’unica pecca ( per i più calorosi) è stato il riscaldamento, nonostante vi sia la possibilità di regolarlo a piacimento, la camera risultava spesso calda anche durante la notte, dovendo tenere aperta la finestra

Apartment was large, clean and close to town. Breakfast spread was varied too which was great! One of my favourite stays in Switzerland! Really handy that they let you use the washer and dryer too.

Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating.
Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out.
The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped.
Bed was also VERY comfortable.
Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail.
Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.
