Nous avons récemment acheté ce condo et achevé une rénovation complète en mars 2018. S'il vous plaît voir plus de 90 critiques cinq étoiles de notre autre condo quelques portes vers le bas, https: // www. vrbo. com / 855961?unitId = 1403900.
Le niveau principal comprend une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas, un salon, une salle de bain et un grand balcon donnant sur le golfe. Le balcon reste à l'ombre pendant la journée (en été.)
Deuxième niveau a deux chambres avec grandes salles de bains. La chambre principale a un lit king et un balcon - entendre et voir les vagues du lit! Maître a aussi un grand dressing. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et twin. Il y a aussi une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse à l'étage.
Il y a un canapé-lit confortable avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de taille dans le salon. Unité dort 6. L'unité a également un grand garage deux voitures ci-dessous.
Condo est dans Starboard Village, un complexe plus petit directement sur la plage. Condo est sur les deux derniers étages de l'immeuble, les 3ème et 4ème étages. Il y a une piscine avec solarium. Nous avons quatre chaises de plage, deux parasols, vélos, jouets de piscine et de plage à la disposition de nos clients. Nous avons également un gril à gaz et un kayak de mer tandem que nos clients peuvent utiliser (les condos se trouvent à quelques portes les uns des autres et partagent le même accès à la plage.) Nous essayons d'avoir tout ce dont notre famille aurait besoin et le vôtre. S'il vous plaît laissez-nous savoir si vous avez des enfants plus jeunes et avez besoin de tout équipement supplémentaire.
Remarque: l'âge minimum requis est de 25 ans et il / elle doit occuper l'unité physiquement pendant toute la durée de la réservation. Had a fantastic stay in pensacola beach. Our condo was super nice with all amenities included. Just bring clothes and toothbrush. Pool was clean and very accessible. Beach just steps away. The property maintenance guys kept everything clean and even held people to some rules. We had 2 garage bays fir our vehicles and i never knew what a luxury that was. Car stayed nice and cool and secure. Our property owners were quick to respond to any of my texts and even periodically checked in,by text, to see how things were going. It was absolutely perfect for our family. If you cant do steps very well this is not for you. 2 flights up and 1 more to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us and ithelped out with all the food we ate. I highly recommend this place and will stay again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The listing is accurate and the views from the balconies are even more gorgeous in person. We liked the location of the property; it wasn’t super congested but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. It was so handy having the beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc available to us. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We have been visiting Pensacola a few times a year for five years now. We usually camp or stay at the Hampton and this was the first time we rented a condo. We saw the great reviews for this condo and decided to book it. We were definitely not disappointed. It was super clean, well decorated, very spacious, and had a home-like feel. It has everything you could possibly need on a beach vacation; the kitchen is well stocked, even has a toaster oven and Keurig, towels, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. etc. There are a ton of board games that my family and I ended up playing. We sat out on the deck and played games while enjoying the ocean view. My girls were jealous because the view from the master bedroom is even better than from the living space. It was so easy to get in and out of the condo and the two-car garage, with the remote for the garage, was a major luxury. We were initially worried that our XL Expedition wouldn’t fit, but it did fit with room to spare. The condo was right near everything Pensacola Beach has to offer and the beach itself was perfect. You could probably jump from the balcony to the beach if you have long legs (lol). There was always plenty of space to go down and set up on the beach, no matter what time we wanted to go. This being my first time to rent a condo, I was anxious about how checking in worked but everything went so smooth, effortless, and was worth every penny, and honestly, it offers way more than the price you pay!

The condo has everything you want for a beach vacation. Wonderful views of the Gulf from 2 levels and easy access to the beach. The condo is well stocked with cooking pots and utensils. And how can you beat seeing the Blue Angels flying right by the window while eating dinner on their way back home from a performance.

The place was very clean. Pictures do not do it justice. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins one morning! It’s a great location, quiet, and the owners were very responsive. Hoping to book another stay here.

This is as close as you’ll get to the Gulf. You can’t imagine how relaxing it is to hear the waves and thunder during a storm, as we found out on our first night. After the storm, we were on the beach and in the water in only about a hundred steps.
The hosts are great, the condo is absolutely beautiful, and the location can’t be beat!

This condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and two balconies! We had great weather and a wonderful view of the ocean, watched every sunrise and sunset, and did a bunch of listening to the waves. Just what we needed. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great property, great location, great host. We have been staying at starboard village For years. Found this gem for this years stay! Perfect for family of 5. Everything you need is at your disposal. All you need to pack are your clothes. Beach towels, beach toys for kids, chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, two adult bikes, two kids bikes, life jackets for kids, gas grill, all the kitchen items that you use at home are in this condo. Huge master bedroom. Pack n play, high chair, games and movies, paper towels, toilet paper, Tupperware, huge bottle of dish soap and two types of laundry detergent and dryer sheets at this condo. We never turned on the tv, as we were either at the beach, pool or sitting on the balcony. I did see that there was a direct tv box and a dvd player. Very clean on our arrival. There are two garage bays for this condo. One of the bays could park two sedan/minivan style cars I believe. The other just one. There is additional parking outside. These hosts have thought of everything. The pool is a starboard village community pool. Extremely clean pool and area. Saw the facility grounds keeper testing pool water twice a day. We will be coming back!

Great property right on Gulf of Mexico. Views from balconies are fantastic and easy access to beach with all the beach gear should need. Also came down to explore Gulf Islands National Seashore - Fort Pickens area and Opal Beach are easy access from the location though the beach at the property is not crowded and great location.

The hosts were amazing and accommodated our every need! They provided us with TONS of information on things to do and even sent a text to let us know that the Blue Angels were about to fly over the beach. Our stay was perfect. The location was great, not too far from all the action but far enough away to relax and enjoy a quiet evening. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. They had a high chair, booster seat, and pack n play just to make a few items that made our lives easier. I could go on and on about this host and their home. I wish I could rate over five stars. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us and going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect!

Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe this condo. We had our first family vacation with our daughter, son in-law and 2 grandchildren ages 2 and 4. All amenities as described and had everything we needed all the way down to the pool and beach toys etc. our grandson is already asking she can we go back. Loved the bonus of a 2 car garage too. Location is excellent and of course we were right on the beach. I could go on and on but this place made perfect memories for all of us for our first beach vacation.

The view and proximity to the beach was spectacular. We loved listening to the sound of the waves at night. The area was very quiet, and the beach was not crowded. We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo to stay in. Brad and Jill were wonderful hosts. They thought of everything to make our stay special. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back!

This rental was great. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The beach is just down the stairs and across a short boardwalk which is very nice. We got the checkin information in advance which was very helpful and there was an ease of contact with the host. We look forward to renting from the host again.
