We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and fully stocked. Fun location—walking to restaurants, stores and outdoor music!! Highly recommend. Ken and Karen were great!

In Louisville to continue our turning 60 Celebration! Leanne Morgan at KPAC then supper at The Post. Accommodations were convenient and perfect for our group of 5. We played board game and cards for our evening entertainment! One early bird sat out back for morning chat with hubby. Breakfast at Big Bad Breakfast, then attended Walnut Street Baptist Church before heading home. What history! Parking in back was appreciated. Thank You!!!

The hosts Ken and Karen go above and beyond in their hospitality. They are extremely helpful with local knowledge of the surrounding area and Louisville at large. Great location as well.

The home was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable and updated. There are actually two separate apartments and kitchens which was great when you have some early and some late risers. The beds and sofa bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out back on the patio. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There are restaurants that you can walk to in 5 minutes. Quick Uber to Bardstown and downtown. Highly recommend this home!

Just as described and pictured. Very clean, loved the two separate apartments that connect. Well layed out. Nice decor (much nicer than our relative's rentals!). Very convenient location...close resturants, coffee shops, Bardstown businesses. Plenty of parking.

We have never been to Louisville before and came to town for a family reunion. We found this property and it looked like the perfect place to stay. When we walked through the doors we were so happy we chose this space! The downstairs was open and airy. The living area and kitchen were great. We loved the decor and it was so clean! The downstairs had a nice master bedroom (which my stepson was happy to take advantage of). The downstairs also had another nice bathroom. My husband, daughter, and I stayed upstairs because it had a queen bed and sleeper sofa so the space was perfect for us! It also had a kitchen and living area and bathroom. Again it was super clean and the decor was so cute! It was the perfect space for us and we loved staying there. The neighborhood has some super cute shops you could easily walk to (a bakery/cafe, record store, vintage shop, taco shop, etc) and the NuLu area is only about a mile or two away (which has so many cute shops and restaurants). It really is a perfect location! We met the property owners as well and they were as nice and as accommodating as can be! Seriously, a really great place to stay if you’re in the area!

We needed a place to stay in Louisville so we could visit the bourbon trail. The location was just perfect to downtown where we picked up our tours. Well furnished property with plenty of towels, pillows kitchen items. We also were there during some very hot days and even the upstairs was nice and cool. Very clean and great decor. Hosts were very attentive!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home. The home is well decorated, clean and had all that we needed for our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. I suggest to go for a walk and visit some of the neat stores on the block. There's a Tavern right next door which was nice. Karen promptly called back when I had a question. This home has a huge backyard and a grill. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of it since we were out most of the time. Overall, I highly recommend this home. We will be back in Louisville again next year and we'll absolutely stay here again.

Location was perfect for easily getting to Churchill Downs, NuLu, restaurants, etc. perfect property for our girls trip with, in essence, two complete living spaces. Would also be great for 2 couples vacationing together. Enjoyed our coffee on the back patio in the mornings. Also appreciated the abundant linens, coffee, and other kitchen staples. Karen was very responsive to my questions and the property was very clean. Definitely recommend a stay in the cute Germantown home!

The property is awesome and is so close to everything we wanted to do! Very clean and updated. There is a whole kitchen downstairs and upstairs which was perfect for my elderly mother in law to stay downstairs and not disturb her in the mornings while we had coffee and got ready. All of the neighbors are very kind and said good morning! Quiet little area that has been revamped into modern housing on the inside. Loved it! Karen was very helpful when I had technical difficulties with my phone as well for check in process. Thank you again! Recommending this to all of my friends traveling there!

This was the perfect place to spend a few days with my family of 4. It was spacious enough to where we weren't "on top of one another. " It was clean & the owner was quick to respond when needed. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The house was amazing! It had a great layout for two couples to each have their own space. Location is perfect for getting around to everything.

This house is super clean and well-maintained. I loved the decor and we were quite comfortable there. It has a well-equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. There was plenty of space and a nice patio area to enjoy in the back yard.

Really enjoyed staying here with my husband and two girls (8 & 10) while we toured horse country, bourbon trail and went to Churchill Downs. The house was very comfy, including the beds and bedding. Towels were nice. All the solid basics were there in the kitchen. Location was nearby lots of restaurants. Our girls loved the space upstairs. We had a great time here. Definitely recommend.

Great neighborhood location.

The house was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend it. It was clean and inviting and perfect for our family. My daughter's family of four stayed downstairs, while my husband and I slept upstairs. With the way the house is set up, we each had the optimum amount of privacy and togetherness.

This worked out perfectly for our family. The house feels much roomier than it would appear from the front. Loved the back bedroom suite on the first floor because it was set back and felt private. Perfect for a napping baby! The kitchen had everything we needed, the decor was fresh and bright, and the home was sparkling clean! Location was excellent - easy drive to Churchill Downs. Thanks, Karen, for being so cooperative beforehand. We hope to return on future trips to L'ville.

House was fantastic for a quick trip up to do part of the bourbon trail. Walking distance to several bars and breweries and quick uber ride to downtown.
