Cost of Parking next door. Paid $28.00 for 8 minutes only to receive a $50.00 ticket. Lucky I had all of my receipts and showed them the error in their ways during the appeal process.

We didn’t know housekeeping was every other day. Check in was rapid info and not super detailed. They know the info but guest don’t

Location, bar, and live music was great, overnight oatmeal for purchase is actually really good
Limited staff, AC / Heater is way too outdated for the price. Maybe cut back on the next remodel and incorporate 21st century ac units and not floor wall loud uneven roadway inn AC units. Also extremely limited drinking courtesy water supply. Spent three nights, they only clean rooms every other day and provide one courtesy water bottle per room. Espresso/coffee machine ( not free ) at lobby is 20 years too late specially for the price. At close to $400 dollars a night maybe provide products/services of a $200 dollar a night hotel. Property just seems understaffed. Too many MBA’s making hospitality decisions on the customer experience for an ALOFT labelled property.

I paid for 2 corner rooms, I even asked them to put us beside each other. They told me they would. Then when I got there, they down graded one of my rooms so our rooms would be closer but we was still 3 doors down. I took my parents and I needed to be closed to them because my father has dementia. They also didn’t refund me the difference in the room cost.

Location was great. Friendly & Helpful staff. Parking was directly across the street. Valet at $40 or self park for $32.

Ease of check-in and check-out. Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved that there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, bonus was that it was Dry Bar products.
Didn't like that we had to pay to park, feel that parking should be included in the stay.

The location and the room was small but nicely planned out for a city sized hotel room.
The pillow cases had not been changed and were stained and dirty-so gross when I’m tired and just want to go to bed. I called the front desk and they brought up new pillows, but they didn’t have pillow cases on them, only the protective covers. I was too tired at that point to complain further. Also, the pillows themselves were awful; feather pillows that compressed into a tiny ball with no support at all. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for hotels to get the pillows right.

No habia llevado adaptador y los enchufes son de dos plugs, he pedido prestado uno para esperar el dia siguiente para comprar y no tenian para prestar. Un desastre. No recomiendo

This hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to so many restaurants and places of interest.
Pillows were too small. This higher end hotel should have nice big fluffy pillows.

GREAT location. Comfortable beds. The staff was AMAZING. Friendly and inviting. They have an EXCEPTIONAL crew at this hotel. Best staff I have encountered for some time!

Beds were not comfy. Our air didn’t work right plus was leaking all over the floor making the carpet soaked. Having the skin in a separate room than the toilet was SUPER inconvenient. Plus the light switches were messed up and I had to use my phone flash light in the bathroom in middle of the night. Also our room smelled like weed SO bad one day.

We told the staff our door in 306 was broke. You had to slam it. So when we came back 2 times from when people cleaned it. The door was on green.

comfortable bed, clean and ample bathroom, great location for the 4th of july celebration/fireworks, great bar/restaurant on the lobby. We didn't use the valet parking but it was available.
My only complain is that the shower head was not a efficient/green/watersaver as it should be. We feel that every time we used the shower we were using extreme amount of water totally unnecessary and multiply that for the size of the hotel and is a horrible waste of water. On the plus side, the toilet and the sink were good.

The location was great. Breakfast was just ok.
Our room, which I paid extra for, toilet broke the first morning we were there. I was told maintenance would be there at 10 to fix. Long story short I had to get upset with front desk lady and she was not sympathetic of not having a toilet to use in the morning. We were switched to a different room. That was a hassle and the air did not work properly in thsst room. What a huge disappointment!
