Love the location very close to restaurants and attractions

That my car was right next to my room

The ice machine by my room was broken. The washer was broken as well an you had to buy drinks from the front desk but most the time they were hot drinks.

Cold gravy and staff at front desk at check out was rood & to long for the deposit to get back to my card

Room was cleaned and did not smell like animals. Beds were very comfortable. Also the in room coffee, and the breakfast bar was great. I will be sure to make reservations for this property for my next trip to Clarksville.

Not a lot of ample parking since they were in the process of sealing the parking lot. The night person told us to park across the street in a very dark lot.

Breakfast was hot, area was very clean and sanitized. Staff was available for questions and provided all items requested. Desk Clerk was friendly and professional.

Front door was squeaked every time someone entered or left, was annoying.

the sheets where dirty, the room smelled, the shower had nasty white stuff all in it like bird poop. they had dirty towels folded as if they were clean. when we asked for clean towels we were told they didn’t have anymore. so we couldn’t even take a shower after driving 6 hours and being up all day the day before. I wouldn’t stay here again ever. also, they have “hot”breakfast but it was all rubber tasting and cold.

nothing the hotel was disgusting. The staff cursed us out for putting dirty sheets in her laundry, laundry basket, the management, embarrassed us, tried to call the cops on us to leave and charged us. They’re all in it together.  I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I was harassed very badly by the staff . We will never ever be back again. it was the worst place ever . they would not give us the owners name. They said they cannot provide that I would think that if I was the owner I would want to know this I will be calling OSHA and the health department tomorrow. It was so bad 

everything it was dirty . The staff was very unprofessional and they were very nasty to us just like the hotel was I guess when you have people like that running, it goes to show you what kind of people they allowing it.

staff was not very friendly. The room could have been cleaned better. There was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod that we didn’t notice until we took a shower in the morning. 🤢. There were stains on the comforter which was covered up by a top sheet. The door didn’t seal very well, I would imagine in the winter it would be a little chilly. The breakfast was meh.

property was centrally located to the venue needed.

Didn’t like the doors are outside and the listing doesn’t say it’s a motel! I didn’t like the night clerk who didn’t let me into the hotel lobby to check in, but allowed two other women behind me to come in. Staff may need diversity training.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure amazing!

There was a gap between the door and the henge. I could see daylight through it. The room could have been much cleaner. There was also rods sticking out from under the bed. I almost racked my ankle a few times.

the shower head in our room was horrible u turn it on the water shot out to on the floor and the shower curtain was to short. The bed was not really comfortable.
