Beautiful Lake Front home on Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee GA
Belle nouvelle mezzanine de 3 chambres + couchage avec lits superposés -2 Bath Lake front home dans les montagnes de Géorgie du Nord - Lac Chatuge - Hiawassee GA. La beauté immaculée de ce lac entouré de montagnes est vraiment à couper le souffle. Nous avons un grand porche arrière couvert qui est parfait pour le café du matin et les dîners du soir.
La chambre principale a un lit king avec télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces et des portes françaises qui accèdent au porche couvert, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec une télévision à écran plat de 40 pouces et des portes françaises qui accèdent au porche couvert, la 3e chambre a un lit queen avec un écran plat de 40 pouces tv et la mezzanine a des lits superposés et un lit double supplémentaire avec 32 "écran plat tv. Depuis que la maison vient d'être terminée en janvier 2019, tous les matelas et la literie confortable sont neufs. Nous voulons que vous vous sentiez vraiment choyé.
La cuisine a tous les appareils en acier inoxydable (la cuisinière est à double combustible - a des brûleurs à gaz et un four électrique) les comptoirs sont en granit cuir. Il est équipé de tous les pots, casseroles, ustensiles, etc. dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.
Notre maison dispose d'un quai privé, les petits-fils aiment pêcher et nager sur le quai. Veuillez nous informer à l'avance si vous avez l'intention d'apporter un bateau afin que nous puissions déplacer le nôtre. Nous sommes dans une belle crique donc il n'y a pas beaucoup de circulation et de vagues. Nous avons 2 kayaks à votre disposition. Plusieurs marinas locales offrent également la location de jet ski et de bateaux. Brasstown Bald (le point le plus haut de Géorgie) est à une courte distance en voiture ainsi que de nombreux sentiers de randonnée et cascades. Il existe plusieurs terrains de golf locaux, dont le Brasstown Valley Golf and Spa. North Georgia Fairgrounds est à environ 3 km en voiture ou 500 mètres en bateau qui accueillent des concerts tout au long de l'année. Passez vos journées à nager, à pêcher, à skier, à faire de la randonnée et à jouer au golf.
Si vous choisissez de passer une soirée relaxante à la maison, nous avons un Weber Gas Grill ainsi qu'un Pit Boss Smoker ou sortez pour découvrir plusieurs merveilleux restaurants.

We were two families traveling on this trip. 8 total. The property was better than expected, but absolutely beautiful decor. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house was extremely well equipped with all the necessities for a VRBO home.
Staying on the lake was magnificent and we certainly made use of the dock and the kayaks. We spent many hours just Swimming around and floating in the water in front of the house. Sunset and late night kayak to see set stars was absolutely spectacular.
The hosts were excellent and very attentive to ensure an easy arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at the lake with our adult children. The house is lovely, had everything we needed. The view is great and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings. Love having the kayaks too.

This property is beautiful. It sits on a cove of the lake with lovely views and the home itself is magazine-worthy! It is well-appointed with bedrooms positioned for maximum privacy if you are traveling with a group. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay and would highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and had plenty of room for the group. We had everything we needed to make the home usable. The porches are a great space to hang out for all ages. The kids had a great time swimming off the dock. The location is very nice in a quiet cove and located less than 10 minutes from the grocery store, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was amazing! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. We comfortably slept 8 adults here, and had room for more if necessary. We will definitely come back! The host was very attentive and communicated with us extremely well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed many places around Hiawassee, but this was by far the best. The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Darlene was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again. It is easy to get to. No steep roads.

Beautifully decorated lakefront home which was perfect for our group! Host communication was awesome and the surrounding area was especially lovely. Wonderfully Relaxing- everything we needed
Fabulous home with everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing time! Great screened in porch, back porch, fire pit, dock, fireplace, kitchen, -- ZERO issues! Wonderfully decorated and even had Christmas decorations for our late celebration! Loved having a well stocked kitchen- the crock pot was very handy! Can't say enough good things- we will definitely return.

Fantastic Week
We enjoyed this property so much! We traditionally take an annual family lake vacation, but this was our first vacation at Lake Chatuge. This property did not disappoint. We had easy access from the fairgrounds for our boat and plenty of room to tie up on the dock. Our adult children loved the kayaks, and we enjoyed the quiet cove. The house is immaculate; the furnishings are absolutely gorgeous; the kitchen is well-equipped; and the outdoor areas are amazing. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, only coming inside to eat and sleep. The Hiawassee area is very laid back, and we enjoyed easy access to everything we needed. Visiting Bell Mountain and Brasstown Bald were nice excursions off the water, and we pretty much had the lake to ourselves during the week. We will definitely consider a return visit to this beautiful home!

The property owner was quick and easy to get a hold of. The home is beautiful and decorated perfect. The location of the home and cove is easy driving distance to anything needed. The marina is very close and easy to get to. We are excited to go back already!

Best break from the Covid-19 routine
We found the home exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor areas are great, and the styling was just to our liking!
We were on an "escape our house" vacation after being cooped up for a year due to Covid-19. Our family of four didn't use all the bed space available. The loft area with 2 bunk beds went untouched. We think having twice as many people in the home would work well too. The lake views were very nice. The trees and flowers were just beginning to bloom and it was beautiful. This was the perfect place to getaway.
Darlene is a great owner and communications were great. We would recommend this home with 100% confidence that you will enjoy your stay.

Great little lake house!
Really cute little house on a beautiful lake! Very comfortable for our family of 6. Great porch. Comfy beds. Location is great for exploring the mountains and little towns. Beautiful in fall, I think it would be super good for summer as well.

We enjoyed nearby trails, gardens and marinas. In a pandemic, we wanted outdoor activities, and this was a perfect vacation spot for us.

This property is just as pictured.... beautiful, immaculate home, well equipped, and in a nice, quiet cove. Centrally located.... close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Beautiful Lake House
This place was fantastic. Brand new lake home with 3 full bedrooms and a spacious loft that could sleep 5 to 6 kids. The gorgeous outside deck is were spent most of our time. We will definitely be back to this gem. And Darlene is a great host. See ya next year.

Family Vacation
Very nice home in a quite, peaceful neighborhood. Ms. Darlene was a wonder host of an beautiful home. The only negative that we had was no access from upper level of home to lower level except by using front door. Trust me when I say,, this little issue would not, should not, & will not keep us from renting this home again. Thank you to Mrs. Darlene & Mr. Richard for entrusting our family with your home this past week. May God Bless.

Lovely spot for relaxing!
My family and I just returned from a delightful few days at Cedar Cliff. Everything was lovely - the house was perfect for our needs - and the views and access to the lake couldn't have been better. We plan to return soon!

Amazing location, home, and hosts!
Our family had a great time! We celebrated Christmas with our family from up North and there was a beautifully decorated tree next to the gas fire place when we arrived :) The porch is incredible, the kitchen is great, the dock was very functionable. There are outlets everywhere you need and the lower porch has some great seating and swings. The beds are very comfortable and we were able to watch the college football playoffs on the recliners in the living room. The owners know how to care for a property and it shows. If you are meticulous about your own home, then look no further you won't be disappointed!

Lake Change Cabin
This house was amazing! A perfect spot to spend with family. Everything was new and clean! Loved the kitchen and furniture. Would have liked to have had two or three queen beds upstairs for more sleeping. Also, need more area to store trash (larger trash cans downstairs would have been nice).. We had a lot of it when baking and cooking. Also, steps to the lake up the hill to the house would be nice as it is rather steep. The dock was perfect and everyone enjoyed use of the two kayaks. Loved the gas fire pit on the back porch and grill and enjoyed the gas fireplace inside the house. Close to everything in town. A decent view of the lake from the porch. Never saw a neighbor even though the houses were close. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!
