The lounge has a nice view and the staff is very nice. Position is quite ok, a short walk from 2 main metro lines only 1 stop from Umeda and 2 from Namba.

Rooms are definitely too small and not fresh. Judging by the smell I assume it used to be a smoking room. Breakfast options are very limited. Overall not in line with price and category standards.

Great facilities, pristine room and lovely location. Easy to access many different locations.

L’hotel è una bellissima struttura che inizia al quindicesimo piano di un palazzo moderno. Lo staff è cordiale e preparato, la struttura è in una posizione comoda con la metro sia per il centro che per la stazione Shin-Osaka.

Mi sarei aspettato una camera più grande.

De kamers zijn echt heel klein zeker met 3 bedden in de kamer. Wij hadden een upgrade maar geen idee waar deze uit bestond.

The only complaint is the washer and dryer, the dryer does not dry properly and the amount of guest you need to have more washer/dryers.

The breakfast, have more variety

Very good location. Near subway station and shops. Room was very clean and well kept also had a good view. Breakfast was good

No wardrove or drawers for clothes. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. Rooms are rather small.

Great view of the city from the room. Metro subway with elevator access in a walking distance. Convenience store just across the street. Efficient check in and check out processes with concierge service. Daily drinking water was provided. Clean and quiet room.

While bathroom amenities were provided, body lotion was not. The room air felt very dry for some reason.

This Royal Park Midosuji hotel location was perfectly centrally located in Osaka given our activities such as the grand sumo tournament at the Edion Arena, which is also near Dotonbori. It’s also only a few stops the opposite way to Umeda station. The closest station to the hotel is the Hommachi Station which is approx. 3 blocks or a 5-7 minute walk depending on how fast you walk and the entrance that’s recommended based on where you’re going. When you arrive, check in is going to be on the 15th floor, which is super rad. There are separate elevator banks to serve getting from floor 1 to 15, then a separate private one to get to your guest room for security reasons and to provide faster service. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Check in was a breeze. Luggage transfer was also very easy (cash only) and the concierge who helped was fantastic. The room felt very clean and the amenities were awesome. Everything worked in the room. Thank you, housekeeping and engineering teams! We are breakfast at the restaurant every morning. There was plenty of variety for us to choose from and the food was so tasty from Japanese to western-inspired dishes. The utensils, plates, bowls and cups were sparkling clean. They had scrambled eggs on the buffet line but also cooked fresh eggs (omelets or overeasy) to order. This was the only hotel in Japan we stayed at that offered this, so it was special. I absolutely loved their Japanese small side dishes, tofu, curry, pot au fe soup, salad bar, made to order eggs, fresh rice, fresh fruit and bread bar. The servers were so nice and extremely attentive with clearing our tables. Thank you to the back of house chefs/stewards and front of house restaurant staff! You guys rock. I want to call the quality of the staff, room and restaurant out because you will be surprised the lack of it you may encounter in Tokyo like we did… it was polarizing for us. We were so grateful to have this wonderful experience.

Excellent location/building, friendly staff, clean room, other facilities.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel stands in the main metro (underground/subway) line of Osaka, but a between two of its stations: you need to walk a block or so to enter the subway. But this is easy and good for resting as the hotel is not NEXT to the main Osaka atractions. That subway line takes you directly to the main Osaka atractions without needing to change lines. Breakfast was very good, and catered well to our western taste, as well as allowing us to try some asian (Japanese?) alternatives. The room was warm, clean, well maintained/new, and we had comfortable nights. We were lucky enough to stay on the top floor and the view of Osaka was magnificent! Both the building lobby and the hotel lobby are very spacious, which wasn't common in other hotels we stayed in, in Japan. We would definitiely come back!

This hotel's lobby is not on the ground floor, which is unexpected, but we've seen this with other hotels in Japan. You take an elevator from the building's lobby to the hotel lobby (this seems to be an office building), and from there you take a different elevator to the rooms. Easy to do, but unexpected as we hadn't seen it before coming to Japan.

Should not call themselves a hotel; more serviced apartments. Nowhere for guests to casually sit (ie I got told to move from the bar when feeding my baby if I wasn’t going to order anything), no room service and all bar/ food facilities closed every Sunday! Terrible breakfast.

誕生日で利用したが、色々な要望にも応えてくださり、大変助かりました。サービスも大変良かったです。大変良い時間が過ごせました。

特にありません。強いて言えば、少し本町駅・淀屋橋駅から少し遠いこと。高層階のため、エレベーターの乗り継ぎが多いことぐらいでしょうか。ただ、特に気にはなりません。

Everything about this hotel was impeccable. The style, service, and especially the beautifully appointed rooms - modern Japanese design and the attention to detail. Great location within walking distance to all the beautiful temples and shrines, philosophers path etc. The service personnel paid attention to every detail including helping to recommend and reserve restaurants. Ms Sakamoto & Ms Tien Nguyen provided impeccable service. Thank you!
