Terrassen 86 is een prima BnB.
Goed gelegen ,je kan op wandelafstand al je boodschappen en Epernay bezoeken.
Parkeren in de straat is mogelijk.
Alles was bij aankomst zeer netjes en aanwezig.

The connection to apartments owners was excellent. The apartment was well equipped. Location was good and we founded parking place easily.
In one bedroom (down one) there is little indoor air problem. Maybe the structure is not healthy (little cellar smell). But its not big problem, because we are healthy persons and I think that its same situation in all older buildings.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the views that came with it.
The apartment was newly renovated with a thoughtful design. it was warm, inviting and comfortable.
The view from the patio was amazing as we enjoyed the sunsetting over the hills of Epernay. So easy to relax and enjoy a bottle of Champagne.
There was nothing we did not like about the apartment.

What a lovely apartment, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the vineyards! We had a really comfortable and enjoyable one night stay. Very comfy beds, delicious breakfast from the boulangerie two minutes’ walk away.

Great location with walking distance to Eperney city. Friendly and helpful staff. Super attitude! we’ll definitely be back at this place.

The apartment is very centrally located, very clean and you get everything you need in the apartment.
When it is very hot weather, the bedroom downstairs is very hot since it does not have airco and the air does not circulate

The hostess Sarah was extremely helpful - we even were able to change our stay to a day earlier no problems what so ever - the property was clean, cosy, beds were good, showers and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. We rented the electric bikes and had a great day cruising through the Champagne area. The balcony is an extra luxury to watch the sun setting while tasting a sublime bottle of champagne they already put chilled and ready for you in the freezer. Located right near the rue de champagne by the way, its just a short stroll away.
If there would be anything - we are people who like to eat; the kitchen could do with a couple of more bowls, nothing major it would a slight suggestion.

You have to be prepared to climb stairs but that was ok.

The apartment was very spacious and clean! Everything was there what we needed. The terrace was also spacious and the view and afternoon/evening sun was amazing! The host Sarah was really nice and helpful. Definitely we will visit again
