It was in a quiet location, room was nice and big and well appointed, lovely breakfast room looking out onto large lawned area with good cooked breakfast, fruit and muesli and host very friendly and recommended good pub for dinner.

It was hard to find which house it was and which entrance as sign with house name was very small.

Comfortable room and facilities. Alison and Andy were excellent and welcoming hosts. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Ideal location/base for visiting many West Sussex attractions.

Availability of a summer weight quilt would have been welcome. However, this did not adversely distract from our stay.

It was in a lovely rural location but only a 20 minute walk into Arundel town. It was very quiet and peaceful and the garden was lovely to sit and relax and have a drink and some downtime. We had a lovely big room. The bed was very comfortable. Good bathroom with a powerful shower, plenty of hot water and big fluffy towels. It nice to have a fridge in the room with a jug of milk instead of longline sachets.

The breakfast was cooked to order and you could choose what you wanted. i asked for some extras to y scrambled egg which wasn't at all a problem. coffee was nice and smooth and i do love my coffee. the bedroom was huge and airy. lots of windows to see different parts of the location. the bed its self was the most comfortable bed i have had when staying away from home.

it isn't that i didn't like, it is more of what was missing. only one choice of milk in the fridge and not a great selection of herbal teas, but that 'a major issue for me.

Perfect location for visiting Arundel. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant with plenty of choice. Our room was larger than expected with everything we needed. Alison was very friendly and welcoming..

Breakfast excellent, hostess very lovely. A little issue with noise which impacted on our stay but not hostesses fault. Noise does carry throughout the property due to build design and all noise within guest part of house is audible.

Situated in a rural setting. Decor was tasteful and contemporary. A friendly atmosphere.

Despite the freezing weather, the room was warm and well-heated! Lovely thick towels in the bathroom, a comfortable bed and a spacious room. Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly & helpful & the cooked breakfast was great, with particularly light & fluffy scrambled eggs!
