À deux pas des superbes plages de sable de St Annes, The Beach House est l’endroit idéal pour une escapade à la mer. Pas à pas.
Rez-de-chaussée:

Cuisine / salle à manger: Avec four électrique, cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge.
Premier étage:
Chambre 1: avec lit king size.
Chambre 2: Avec lits jumeaux.
Salle de bains avec baignoire, cabine de douche et WC.. Chauffage central au gaz, électricité, draps, serviettes et Wi-Fi inclus. Voyage lit et chaise haute disponibles sur demande. Cour fermée avec salon de jardin et barbecue. Magasin de vélo. Parking sur la route. Ne pas fumer. . The Beach House est une magnifique propriété mitoyenne d'époque qui se trouve sur la pittoresque côte de Fylde, dans la station familiale et conviviale de St Annes-on-the-Sea. Un demi-mile de distance du front de sable et de la promenade sont de nombreux équipements, avec le grand et continental St Annes Square juste au coin de la rue. Sur le chemin de St Annes Square, vous passerez par Ashton Gardens, qui abrite des aires de jeux et des terrains de boules, ainsi que le Pavilion Tea Room et le restaurant.
Juste au sud des lumières et du razzmatazz de Blackpool, St Annes regorge de traditions, avec des kiosques à musique, des pataugeoires, des cafés, des salons de thé et des terrains de golf, y compris l’illustre Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. Fier de sa place sur le front de mer, vous trouverez la statue riante de feu le grand Les Dawson, et de l’autre côté du lac Fairhaven, vous trouverez la ville voisine de Lytham. Pour ceux qui aiment cette partie de la côte nord-ouest du Royaume-Uni, vous pouvez également explorer Fleetwood, Cleveleys et le bourg de Poulton-le-Fylde, qui sont tous facilement accessibles en moins d’une demi-heure. Home from Home, lovely clean well presented accommodation, only downfall was the heating was on timed and could not be placed on constant, heating went off throughout the night. Where the house became extremely cold .

We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year.
We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year. The house itself is a two bed terraced with on street parking, which we were able to do with no problems on any of our 7 nights, parking right outside each time we returned to the house. The house has been recently refurbished throughout and was clean and bright. It was an ideal location to base ourselves and then go out on day trips around and about in Lancashire. It was also a great place to take our dog, the owners even purchased a piece of Astroturf for the slabbed back yard as he's a little fussy where he goes, if you know what I mean? There is a beautiful park only 200 metres away from the house and the beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk so, we made use of these every day to walk the dog and let him run on the beach. There is also a very convenient Sainsbury's supermarket within 300 metres and the town of Lytham St Annes itself is only a 5 minute walk, the house is also within a 5-10 minute drive of Lytham and Blackpool.
The Beach house looks to be a relatively new venture for the owners and there were a few very small improvements that could be made (bedside table/extra cups/plates/lid on the outside bin etc), though, nothing that impacted our stay at all.
All in all, a small, neat and tidy house that was perfect for us. Thank you Sam for a great holiday, good communications and possibly, the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!

Property in a great location, 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes from Sainsburys supermarket & Railway station.
Lovely park just around the corner, St Anne's Square again about 7-8 minutes walk,with lots of coffee shops and a few pubs.
Reg our Sprocker Spaniel loved all the attention he received in the pubs and cafes who are very dog friendly.
Blackpool, not so dog friendly, but we were allowed to take him on the trams.
Property very comfortable and clean, parking on road outside the house.
Would have liked a bigger garden for Reg, but we coped with the small area at the rear.
Modern comfortable Bedrooms and bathroom.
If we were to return to Lytham St Anne's, would definitely re book The Beach House.

Lovely property but small second bedroom with no proper wardrobe. Back garden not really pet friendly as it is all done in slate pieces which my dog found it difficult to walk on. Decorated lovely. Would of appreciated a carton of milk in the fridge as we were desperate for a drink when we arrived
