Moonlight Beach Luxury Home
Promenez-vous sur l'une des plus belles plages du comté du nord de San Diego! Moonlight Beach offre tout, une immense plage de sable blanc, une excellente piscine, surf, beach volley, snack-bar, aire de jeux.
Cette maison est située dans le centre-ville d’Encinitas, une superbe ville balnéaire haut de gamme avec de fantastiques magasins, restaurants et bars. Situé à seulement 15 minutes de Legoland, à la fois des boutiques haut de gamme et des magasins d'usine, des parcours de golf et du célèbre spa La Costa / Omni, cette maison a tout pour plaire.
La maison est absolument magnifique. Organisée avec goût avec un mobilier confortable, une grande cuisine, une cour arrière privée en herbe et une maison d’hôtes avec une chambre supplémentaire / salle de bain et une buanderie. Peut dormir six confortablement.
Les attractions incluent Legoland, Sea World, le célèbre zoo de San Diego, Balboa Park, Coronado.

The house seems to have been very recently updated. The furnishings and appliances all seemed fairly new, and the decor was tastefully dinner throughout. There is a fourth bedroom in a side-building on the property that was great for the couple that wanted to sleep in and not be woken by the noise of the kids in the morning.
Overall a great place, and we will look to stay here again next year.

The house was extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious. Th added guest house at back with twin beds, bathroom and air conditioning made out stay very comfortable. Will most certainly book the same property every year when we return for family reunions.

The cottage was everything our little family was looking for in a beach getaway. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach and to downtown Encinitas, lovely neighborhood, and the layout of the home was perfect. Guest cottage huge bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay in Encinitas
We were very pleased with the rental in Encinitas, the location is great with a short walk to the beach or shopping. The house was very comfortable and served as a great base for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this rental if you’re looking for a California Beach vacation.

great house, great location!
really nice neighborhood and very close walking distance to Moonlight beach, and the local shops and restaurants in the area. Stayed for 5 days and only took the car out three times ! You can get away with walking and biking to most areas near here. The nice yard was great to have there and enjoy in the mornings and evenings as well. There was poor wifi connection when we arrived, about 1-2 days later i was able to figure it out- unplugged the routerin the cabinet above the microwave and then it worked. Recommendation: The R.O. water system wasn't functioning, and the water filter replacement light on the fridge indicates that the filter needs changing (My crew is picky about their drinking water- so i needed to go out and buy bottled water unfortunately) filtered fridge water and a working Reverse osmosis (RO) filter system (i live in Arizona- these are necessities!) are good/ should haves for a house in this price point.

Great Beach Spot
This is an awesome spot. Great little four-bedroom with a short walk to the beach. They have bikes and boards ready to go and our family loves our stay. Highly recommended!

Sylvia Beach Home!
This property was gorgeous and had everything needed for a family to enjoy the house amenities and well as the beach! I love that this location had parking, and is in walking distance to the local coffee shops and other shopping areas, not to mention the perfect distance from the beach! The house was very welcoming and all of the beds/bedrooms were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Additionally I liked the fact that we could access the supply pantry to clean up as needed, this place was like being at home!
