The VIEW! Amazing! it’s a stunning view from the balcony, bedroom and living room. The apartment was immaculately clean, i’m guessing fairly recently refurbished and to a decent standard. Comfy sofa, really good Wi-Fi, decent kitchen and comfy bed. The host messaged me a few times to check everything was ok and offered a late checkout without any prompting from us. Great value for money.
As others have said….. the apartment block is tired so kerb appeal is low. Once inside, that doesn’t matter. It’s on the main Latchi to Polis road so at certain times it’s quite noisy and there is absolutely no sound proofing to the road. On the plus side, you can shut the bedroom door to block the road noise out at night. The balcony was in the shade in November but maybe that’s a positive in summer!

The apartment was spotless. The apartment itself is not new, but they did a really good job updating it. Everything was new and clean. Extra blankets and pillows. White crispy sheets. The view was so magical that we spent 2 hours in the morning drinking coffee on the balcony and postponed our hike.

The location was perfect. 20 minute walk to either the beach or Polis town centre. Very good value for money

The only thing we didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower 😉 I mean it is so low it is hard to take a shower properly.

The view from the apartment is very beautiful. it’s walking distance from the beach, so definitely an advantage for those who don’t want to rent a car.
There are some problems with the shower. It is hard to get a proper temperature of the water. Goes between hot and cold abruptly.

A renovated flat at good standards, clean and comfortable, with a very nice balcony at a great location. Hosts despite not meeting them in person were available and polite.
The building is generally old and we faced some plumbing issues and bad smell in the flat. Owner immediately responded though and sorted out the issue very quickly. In general, this flat seems to be in the best condition compared to all others in the block.
