Las Vegas Pool House! Ranch Home With Salt Pool and High Speed Internet Close Drive to Strip.
Bienvenue dans notre maison de vacances personnelle! Je (Alex) viens de terminer un remodelage à l'intérieur de la maison et je mets la touche finale à l'extérieur, y compris un nouvel aménagement paysager.
Notre maison de plain-pied récemment rénovée mesure plus de 2 300 pieds carrés et comprend trois (3) chambres et trois (3) salles de bains. La maison peut actuellement accueillir 8 personnes et dispose d'un lit king, d'un lit queen, d'un lit double, d'un futon double et de deux lits jumeaux.
Nous avons un gestionnaire de service à la clientèle sur place qui supervise ma propriété pendant que je suis à l'extérieur de la ville et est heureux de répondre à toutes vos questions ou préoccupations.
La cuisine vient d'être rénovée de fond en comble. Les armoires en granit cerisier surmontées de comptoirs reposent sur un sol en carreaux de travertin de haute qualité. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable sont également neufs.
Dans la cour arrière, il y a une piscine de 27 'et un spa au sol récemment rénové. La cabane à côté de la piscine a une salle de bain 3/4 avec douche.
Des fauteuils inclinables de qualité commerciale sont disponibles afin que vous puissiez vous tremper confortablement au soleil. La piscine est entourée d'une clôture pour protéger les enfants et les animaux.
Pour votre protection supplémentaire, je viens d'ajouter un nouveau système de sécurité que vous pouvez armer à la maison ou à l'extérieur, et le mot de passe est généré de manière aléatoire par notre gestionnaire de service client sur place pour chaque nouvel invité.

We came for an event at the festival grounds, which was couple minutes away by Uber. House and pool in this quiet neighborhood was perfect for our group, and the host was very responsive.

Property met our expectations. We wanted to have a place to gather as a family that was quiet and convenient. This location did that. Deb was quite helpful. The pool although a little cold was a nice added touch.

My husband, son and his girlfriend and I stayed for 5 nights while in town for the Steelers and Raiders game. It was perfect. We loved the pool and outdoor space

I was traveling with my college age boys. They didn’t know I rented a house w/pool - they assumed another hotel. We were not disappointed. The home was clean and as depicted. The floor plan is well laid out. Once my son realized we had a pool and house and not the hotel pool w/zillion screaming kids, he was the first one in and in for the longest. The appliances are modern. I cooked on the charcoal grill (I’m a master) on the patio and it was very yummy. Just a great experience where we got to connect as a family in an inviting and comfy and private lodging.
I didn’t totally understand the on-site manager situation, but it makes perfect sense and we had total privacy and did not realize that existed at first. If we had had some issue, which we didn’t, she would have taken care right away. The guest book people (If forgot to sign that) praised her too.

The property is great, it’s got great space, great amenities, host is fantastic, responds quickly to questions, photos do not due this space justice it is amazing. The pool and spa are perfect for a small or large group. Lots of games and things to do. Close to everything you will want to do. Has everything you will need for a comfortable visit.

This property was great for our occasion. We had plenty of room to relax and plenty of space for people prepare for a night out in privacy. The space was close to the strip and made it where ride share arrived promptly and got you to your location usually in under 10-minutes. The only critique I have is that we were not advised that there was a caretaker who lived in an attached building which was alarming when a car pulled into the driveway and there was a person walking around. We had issues with the hot tub and pool warming up but the owner was easy to communicate with and allowed for a fix within a day.
Overall I would rent this space again and hope to find places just as accommodating in the future.

We really enjoyed the space and quietness of the house. A hotel in the area would’ve been so loud and busy. We were able to have a nice balance.

The home is in great condition, comfortably furnished and decorated nicely, with good linens and cozy beds. Alex was very accessible and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely heated for us, but the outdoor kitchen and patio area could have used a good wipe down. We also were unable to get the strings of yard lights to come on. A more detailed house manual would certainly be helpful. The only detractors inside were that the toilet in the master bath ran almost constantly, and we were never able to get hot water at the bathroom sinks, even though there was plenty of hot water coming from the showers and at the kitchen sink. The cleanliness of the house was great and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to have a family Thanksgiving dinner. All in all, we had a great time. Thanks Alex!

This property was perfect for our stay. Deborah (Who lives in the attached unit) was very friendly. The Hot tub heats up fast and was excellent for unwinding at the end of the day after walking around all day.

The pool was excellent. There were plenty of bed lining and towels. Tv in almost every room to entertain. There even was a cool arcade to mess around on!
The grilling area was excellent.
Plenty of spices for whatever you may want to cook. However my only real complaint would be the knifes. They seem to be very dull. But other than that is was fantastic.

Wasn't what I expected
The house was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub worked. But that was it. The washer would not fully rinse out soap or scent beads. The dryer was FULL of sand, so the dryer could not be used. Even took out the lint trap and it created a dust explor

Diamond in the rough
I was nervous at first driving to the property because you have to drive through a sketchy area to get there (run down, dirty, bars on windows, homeless people, etc.). However, the street the property is on is cute and well-maintained. The property is older but has been mostly updated at some point. The home has tons of charm and is decorated super cute! The backyard is a beautiful little oasis and we loved the private pool and hot tub. There's a game room with a foosball table and arcade game which we played every day. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! The positives far outweighed the negatives - you can't change the run-down area you have to drive through on the way of course, but just a couple things that could be improved: the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and extremely saggy, and the toilet did not flush well. We still loved the property though and appreciated a quiet place to go that was only a few minutes away from all the Vegas action. Thank you!

Friends trip
We had a great time in Vegas the house was a great size for our group (4 adult couples). The pool was beautiful, but the hot tub was a bit low only being waist high water.
We enjoyed being off the strip but still close enough Ubering around was not expensive and was still quick. We also enjoyed being close to 2 grocery store.
We all agreed we would absolutely stay again.

Conveniently located near the strip; clean comfortable beds; pool was cold but outdoor ateas were wonderful to sit and enjoy the gorgeous weather we had - saw hummingbirds dsily on the cape honeysuckle near the pool; thermostat was locked at 74 degrees which was warmer at night than comfortable depite the ceiling fans; caretaker was friendly and accommodating as was the property owner; would stay here again

Was ok.
The property looks very nice in photos but could use some TLC. The pool pump was so loud and sounded like it was going to blow up every 15 minutes. The toilets need new flushers because they kept running. The main bedroom was nice but the beds in the other rooms were just ok. We had to fix the support of the queen bed because it was about to collapse. It could also use a good cleaning. Not one of the better properties for the money.

This is such a beautiful house with a home like environment. I went to Las Vegas with my girlfriend and several friends, the stay was just amazing, everything we needed was available and Alex was always attentive with answering any questions or concerns, if I ever come back to Las Vegas I will definitely book with this property again, thank you Alex and I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to go to Las Vegas with a family or several friends.

The place was cozy very welcoming and felt like home!! Everyone enjoyed their time here in between Vegas tours whether playing board games that were supplied, lounging in the pool or hot tub it was a perfect stay!!

Stayed here this past weekend for my Bachelorette party with some friends. The property is so cute, I don't think the photos give the true vibe of the place - it's nicer than the photos show. The hosts set up each bathroom as if it were a hotel with mini shampoos and bodywash which was so cute. There was an issue with the hot tub and they so graciously heated the pool for us complimentary to make up for it, Overall I recommend this VRBO very much! The only downside, was the listing doesn't specify what 'on-site' property manager means. There is a hidden door behind a painting in the laundry room which leads to a separate area of the home. The property manager was very sweet but disclosing that would be beneficial in the listing. We locked the laundry room door a few times and it became unlocked without any of us doing so - assuming the property manager had done so.

Fantastic place!
We had such a nice stay here! Very cute, clean, spacious and the po was wonderful. Deb next door whom handles the property as well, was really nice and made sure we could get in touch if need be. I definitely recommend the home. It was an 8 minute uber to fremont, 15 to the airport. Stores & restaurants nearby as well.

Ready to Return!
This house was IDEAL for our family stay for my niece's wedding. The house was clean and cool. The pool was a godsend and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was there - plenty of beach towels, clean sheets and bath towels, some staple items in the pantry. Deb, the onsite property manager was fantastic and friendly, and super helpful! While I was a bit unsure of how it would work with an onsite manager, I was so grateful she was there! Alex, the owner, was very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. I also loved the fact that we didn't have to do anything for check-out - which is not normal for home rentals! The cleaning crew took care of everything, so we packed and left. It was really an amazing stay, and I would definitely return to Alex's home again for my next Vegas adventure!!
