A very comfortable renovated apartment in a splendid location.

The accommodation is well presented and thought out. It had a home away from home feel and is well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were helpful and on hand whenever needed. The neighbours were friendly, and their dogs were an added bonus! The photos do not do this place justice, it is a much larger and roomier place in person, with great decoration and attention to detail. We had a great time looking through the old National Geographic magazines!

It would be nice to have some more comfortable seating in the living area. As much as the wooden antique looking chairs are a lovely decorative piece, they are not the most comfortable for lounging in. The sofa and armchair were perfect though.

A lovely place to stay. I hope to stay again. My daughter enjoyed the riding. We had family over for a meal in the large open plan main room with a wood burner. Used the barbecue. Went for walks on the estate. Friendly helpful people run the place.

There was nothing that we did not enjoy...

The apartment at the castle is special. The bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathrooms are simply beautiful. There are many windows so lots of light to see the breathtaking views.
