The house was clean and quiet and close enough to the beach to walk down. We enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and first trip to OOB. The home was just right. Enough space for us, a spacious kitchen to enjoy a meal or two and a cozy screened in porch. The location is within walking distance to the downtown location, a handful of food options and the beach. We found the beach to be a bit crowded so we drove 10 minutes and went to the state park, although you have to pay it was less crowded with trails to explore if you needed to get out of the sun. We enjoyed a dinner at the local brewery which was good and lunch out on a pier north of OOB at a seafood market. The rest of our days were grab and go or we were visiting other local towns. The outside grounds were cozy and the addition of swings were a hit with our daughter. The only downfall were the mosquitos- they dined heavily on our Pennsylvania bodies- bug spray helped! We wouldn’t hold that against our stay or the house itself- it’s nature and the wooded area/ humid weather is perfect for breeding! Ryan and his family were thoughtful and generous. Our children played while we relaxed knowing they were safe on the dead end street. Sleeping was peaceful as there was no street noise- a huge bonus in a bustling town! We enjoyed our short stay!

Ryan and Kim are great hosts and have a prime location. We cant wait to come back.

This was our first time visiting Old Orchard Beach. Communication with the homeowner was easy and they were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We really liked that the area of the house was far enough away from everything that it was quiet when we wanted, but we were still only a 5 minute walk from Main Street with shops and entertainment, and the beach. The house had all the necessities we needed for our week stay, and was nice and clean. We look forward to coming back again!

The set up was cute and location was great ! quick drive to the boardwalk and the owners set up a happy birthday message for my daughter’s bday . I thought that was super sweet of them . They definitely made us feel welcomed .

The cottage was exactly as advertised - a quaint space that fit 2 adults and 2 young children, who enjoyed the trundle bed. The bathroom was small but functional with good water pressure. The centralized location was ideal, not only for Old Orchard Beach/Pier, but also a quick 20/25 minute drive north to Portland and south to Kennebunkport, allowing us to explore many areas of Maine easily! Ryan and Kim were friendly and prompt with communication and made check-in a breeze.

We had an amazing time. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for our family of 4. Ryan and family are very friendly. We can't wait to go back.

This was a perfect home base for my husband and I when we went to OOB for a family vacation. It was a great place to come home to after a day at the beach (the shower had great water pressure to scrub off all the sunscreen!), the screened in porch was great for having a quiet breakfast without having to worry about bugs or inclement weather, and the house was just the right size for our needs. Ryan and Kim were wonderful, super communicative, and very friendly. We'll definitely keep them in mind for future OOB vacations!

Quiet and peaceful on dead end street, but very convenient minutes walk to beach.and center strip. Owners are friendly and personable. They are right on premise so easy to reach. Would definitely book again.

This is a nice property with a yard, deck, and screened in porch. it's small but perfect for two people. It's in close proximity to stores, the beach, and places to eat. I was quite pleased.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Ryan’s. It was a short walk to the pier/arcades/beach. The neighborhood was quiet, perfect for our family and Old Orchard served as a great base to travel to Portland and State Parks. Sitting in the screened porch with a coffee, enjoying a thunderstorm was a bonus. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The property owners were very friendly and accommodating. The rental site was a very short walk to the beach and pier but yet was in a very quiet neighborhood you could retreat to at the end of a busy day. We had everything we needed and more at this place! The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean and well maintained. I loved the fact that it was a short walk to the beach. Their was lots of things to do whether your a child or adult. You had everything from the beach to shopping to amusement rides. The owner, Ryan was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of.
