Beautiful 3BR 2BA condo one block from Sandy Beach
Ce magnifique condo de 3 chambres a été construit en 2011 et mis à jour par un nouveau propriétaire entre 2016. C'est au cœur de Puntas, à un pâté de maisons de Sandy Beach. Il y a une belle piscine, avec des chaises longues, un kiosque, deux salles de bains, une douche extérieure, un parking hors rue fermé et un barbecue pour sortir à vue. Il est également accessible aux personnes handicapées.
La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de nouveaux draps et literie en coton, d'une télévision, d'un accès Internet haut débit, de deux salles de bains, d'un lave-linge / sèche-linge, toutes les chambres disposent de grandes et puissantes climatisation (bien qu'avec la brise marine et les ventilateurs de plafond, vous n'en avez presque jamais besoin) et un excellent WIFI couverture; la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles, des ustensiles de cuisine et des condiments.
La maison est décorée d'œuvres d'art originales et locales; et est livré gratuitement avec de l'équipement de plongée, des planches de bodyboard, du pack and play, une poussette et une chaise haute. Il y a aussi un coin salon avec des chaises et une table Adirondack.
La chambre principale et la 2ème chambre ont un lit queen, et une troisième chambre a un lit double sur roulettes, avec une couchette double au-dessus. Il y a aussi un futon dans le salon qui offre un couchage supplémentaire pour les plus grands partis si convenu précédemment.
Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous aventurer, vous n'êtes qu'à un pâté de maisons de Tamboo, d'un coin de minou à Casa Verde et de Rock Bottom Grill, à côté de Saltaire (cuisine raffinée) et à quelques pas du bar Pools Sushi. La maison est charmante et l'emplacement est parfait. Cette unité est idéale pour des vacances en famille, une escapade romantique ou un voyage de surf.
Pour un supplément, j'ai un carquois complet de planches de surf haut de gamme qui sont disponibles pour les clients (9'0 Rusty Gun; 9'1 McTavish nose rider; 9'0 Robert August high performer; 7'4 "Ashton fun board; et un firewire de 6'1 ").

This condo was perfect for our family stay in Sandy Beach. The place was super clean and we loved that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was also very nice to have and the communication with the property manager was easy and helpful. We will rent here again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect - just one block from the beach and within 3 blocks or less from a coffee/smoothie shop, a burger/taco shack, several bar/restaurants, and 2 souvenir shops with tshirts and locally made items. The local atmosphere is laidback with a lot of surfers. The beach was large and clean, with large waves, but there is a rip current so caution was necessary when venturing further into the water. The condo was clean, and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, and beach chairs. The pool was directly in front and was lit for night swims. There is a gate mainly to protect the parking, which can fit 2 cars per condo. Ines the property manager was nice and responsive.

This property checked all the boxes for our family’s needs. We were close to the beach, very comfortable in our rooms, they had beach gear available and also surfboards to rent. The property manager was fantastic and gave many recommendations for the area.

Adam's property is one of our favorites to stay at. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sandy Beach! The condo has everything you need...and more. The condo is extremely clean, shower has consiststant hot water, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need, including seasonings you may forget if cooking at home, plenty of cookware and dishes.
Ines is a delight and so attentive to every need.
Adam and Ines are very easy to communicate with and readily available for any of your needs.
My husband and I had another wonderful stay at Adam's property in beautuful Sandy Beach!

Our family of four (adults) stayed in a two-bedroom condo over Christmas week. Everything about the unit and location were perfect. The condo was furnished exactly as described, the rooms were spacious and clean upon arrival. Plenty of beach equipment was available in our storage locker. We had no issues during our stay. Ines, the property manager was very communicative ahead of our arrival and when we had some basic questions during our stay. She helped us with eating spots, surf lessons, and other recommendations. Our son used the surfboard offered by Adam, the property owner.
The location is great, a fun beach bar next door, along with a small market underneath. Access to Sandy beach and Pools beach are a short walk from the condo. Tamboo and Casa Islena, Jacks Shack and Jakes Java all walkable and very good. It is a short drive to other sections of Rincon, surf beaches, snorkeling and downtown.

Location is superb with two parking spaces, first floor entrance and just one block from the beach and at least 4 places to eat and have fun. Apartment is fully stocked, just bring your clothes and food for the fridge. Linens, towels, beach chairs and coolers are provided.
Communication was excellent. Check in flawless and neighbors are polite.
Will definitely stay again. Thanks for the wonderful memories

I booked this for 3 nights on a last minute trip to Rincon and had a great time. Property is in perfect location...the heart of Sandy Beach. The condo was very clean, spacious, all the amenities you would want and best if all, it had HOT water! 😁 check-in was easy and owner/management were attentive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone , whether your a family with kids or a couple.

Awesome time!
We rented this condo for our vacation and it couldn’t have more wonderful! The kids had such a great time that they now want to move to PR. Condo is located right in front of the pool which was so convenient and close to all the great beaches around Rincon. We will definitely try to rent again next time.

This is a great place my family and i stay here every year. There is beaches waking distance for my husband and i to swim and my daughters (25 and 20) to surf. You don’t need a car there is good places to eat . The apartment is always super clean and the manager is always there for you.

Great location
My family and i love the condo. We spend two weeks and didn’t want to go back home. We had so much the place was spotless have everything you need. The location is perfect the beach is a block away restaurants are walking distances. Adam ( the owner) always response to us immediately and was so much helpful. My daughters surf and this place is walking distance to the best surfing spots. We will be back for sure.

Exclusive, Chill, Peaceful, Surf town Vacation spot
Ocean Terrace is a beautiful low key place to stay in Rincon, PR. Very safe area, pool right off patio. Walking distance from a small market, bars, restaurants, coffee shops. One block from Sandy Beach. 5 min drive to the amazing Domes Beach surf spot. An array of quality surf boards to rent are available. Grab this place when available! We will be back to surf again!

This is the best location in Rincon! Adam is an excellent host, condo is spotless, has a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. This 3/2 is spacious and has everything you need for a perfect surf trip to PR! Quick walk to Pools & María’s. We will be back :-)

Our perfect getaway!
Beautiful views, steps to the beach, pubs, mini market, souvenirs, restaurants, nightlife and even yoga and surfing classes. Whole kitchen well supplied. Rooms and baths fully equipped and ready. Very nice pool area with gazebo and charcoal bbq. Nice storage with beach gear for the kids. Very clean and the parking was a plus. You can enjoy music from the pool chairs if you decide so. An amazing weekend with friends in a safe and comfy place.

Great vacation pad for the surfing family
My wife, 2 boys and I had a great time. The place is clean, spacious, and conveniently walking distance to three great surf spots, yoga, restaurants and bars. Nice small pool to chill in after the beach, and outdoor shower. The place had a kitchen but we didn’t use it because we walked for sushi, burgers, Tamboo. There were new snorkel setups, beach chairs, boogies boards and the owner Adam gave us a deal on his quiver of sick boards and a roof rack and gave us tips on local breaks. We will be back!!

Wonderful apartment close to beach
Apartment was perfect!!! It was clean and comfortable. The grounds were kept so nice along with the pool. We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was so nice to have coffee by the pool in the mornings and cocktails in the evening. It is across the street from the beach and Tamboo bar & restaurant. Next door to the Kahuna Burger & bar with the best burgers ever!!!!! Special thank you to Ines who helped us so much. She gave us some great tips and info on surfing!!!
We will definitely return and also spread the word about wonderful Rincon.

Best three bedroom in all of Puntas!
I have stayed in over a dozen places in rincon and this is my favorite for the money. Located right in the heart of Puntas, one block from sandy beach, Tamboo, casa Verde... pool right outside the door with grills. condo is always clean, nice art work, fridge always stocked with cooking accoutrements, coffee, etc. so we don't need to buy. Also has lots of freebies (snorkel gear, boogie boards, enough towels and chairs) and the surf boards that are available are better than mine. Highly recommend it, we will stay again and again...

Perfect Rincon Spot!
This place was wonderful! Lovely, new rental across the street from beautiful Sandy Beach. We are a family of five and had plenty of room in this first floor apartment. Apartment is within walking distance to beach and great restaurants. If you do want to cook, the kitchen is fully appointed and clean. The owner was so helpful in pointing out top ways to enjoy amazing Rincon. We will certainly be back yearly!
