This hotel was really good, the location is brilliant to explore the town of Noto. The rooms were large and clean with all the facilities expected. Breakfast was good and it's nice to have the choice to have it in the courtyard or garden.

Only one window in the door to provide light so the room is quite dark. We had informed them that this trip was part of our honeymoon but none of the staff really did anything to make our stay special, there was a mention of trying to get the city tax off but we had to show documentation. The pool is good but a little small for all the people staying. There could have been a better focus on local produce at breakfast, felt like most of the options were bought in. We had an uncomfortable experience of 8 guys sitting around drinking and being very loud directly outside our room on Saturday night - they came back and were loud in the early hours - I think this is a hotel for people wanting to party in Noto on the weekend.

Beautiful view of the city of Noto. Great value.

This looks idyllic property was close to Noto but very quiet and private with a beautiful pool. By far the best thing about our stay was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and made everything easy for us, especially by arranging tours to Taormina and Siracusa. The most delightful people all round.

Great hotel, very comfortable and in a great location if you have/rented a car. Nice relaxing pool area.

beautiful farm house, about 10 minute drive from Noto. room AC wasn’t working so was quite hot. we had lunch here and it was delicious!

Rooms: very humid, dark and no air circulation. Centipedes coming into the rooms (stayed in two different rooms). Had to remove them from the walls several times a day. Waking up with them on the walls wasn‘t that pleasant either. We think the problem should be solved, but their answer was „we are in the country side“.

- We booked a standard room at first and the one we got smelled of mould. I think it was room 113 or 114. We upgraded our room and the premium room was great.

Very good and ample choice

Peaceful and beautiful location in the hills. A car is necessary and it is very well placed for exploring this corner of Sicily. We chose to take a taxi to Noto one evening for drinks, which the reception helped to book each time, although the ride was expensive given the short distance. Still, this was very appreciated when stuck in Noto without the Italian speaking ability. All the staff were very kind and helpful which made us glad we chose to stay here. We loved our slow mornings having breakfast in a pretty outdoor courtyard, before relaxing by the pool and spotting wildlife such as butterflies and lizards. In the evening we could watch the sun set on Noto and hear the church bells in the distance. It was the romantic and relaxing hotel we wanted.

Breakfast was very good with an open buffet, however some of the pictures when booking suggested other options which did not appear in person. These would require kitchen preparation and there was no indication of if these were available to order. Porridge or poached egg for example, as a change from sweet foods. The kitchen do provide evening meals on reservation and this was delicious. We only wished the eating area was made to feel more intimate with some candles and music. It is a minor thing but there is no coffee making in the room. The coffee provided on request by staff though is ver good and made getting out of bed worth it. An even smaller note but nonetheless, on our side of the hotel where we had the most basic room, there was a small water outlet channel outside the door which seemed to locate mosquitos. We had to keep the window closed a lot. Maybe some citronella candles could have been used on our outside table. However such are these things when staying in a natural landscape with wildlife, these are only very minor notes in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Our stay was fantastic. Rooms were lovely, grounds were lovely, breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Sicily. Staff were friendly and very helpful!

The perfect farm stay. Such a relaxing a peaceful place with very friendly and hospitable staff. The views are amazing and the room so comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really really tasty and colourful. I loved everything. Thank you!

A stunning converted farm. You have view on Noto and are within 5 min by car in the city, where you can find tons of parking. The breakfast was plenty and really good, and the staff was simply lovely.
