The property was well kept and there were plenty of essentials stocked i n the closets. It was across the street the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Property is perfect , location is awesome in walking distance to beach and many shops . Plant life around property is beautiful , well kept with friendly staff and patrons ! Property has all things need for a fantastic vacation stay !

Best located condo in the whole property! 25 ft from the BBQ pit (brand new btw) and about 50 ft from the pool. Short and easy walk to the beach in a pretty nice neighborhood. Would recommend!!!

This condo unit was located within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and parks. It was very well supplied with kitchen equipment - pots/pans, food storage container, towels, beach chairs/umbrellas. A washer / dryer were located in the condo, which makes it very convenient when travelling. Eve was very prompt to get back to us when I emailed a question. Mahalo for our stay in Kehei.

The condo was neat, clean and well stocked. Bed was comfy. Had lots of beach supplies. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location! We used the courts, pool and BBQ. The kitchen is a little short on pans or trays for BBQ transportation or using oven (we like to eat in). The bed and pullout couch were comfortable and there were lots of pillows provided. Thank you Eve for easy communication :) we would definitely stay here again.

Condo was a nice place to call home during our 6 day stay. All kitchen items which we needed were found. The living room had ample seating as well as the dinner table was cozy for two. The bed was very comfortable. And the parking situation was very accommodating- even to late arrivals such as ourselves. If given the opportunity- we would pursue staying here again. The only issue we found confusing is the light switch in the bedroom didn't seem to operate anything. The lamps in the room all worked fine, just couldn't turn them on with the switch. Nor did the ceiling fan seem to be affected by the switch. Thanks.

We had a great stay in Kihei! The place is in a very safe neighborhood, very close to a wonderful beach where we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset on the beach chairs provided. The price was much lower than a beach-view location with pretty much all the benefits. The first evening we watched whales and turtles from that beach. The kitchen really helped keep the price down as well. A quick stop by Costco on the way from the airport helped us cut down on food costs. Even better, Eve was very accommodating when the airline changed our plans and she had every right not to be. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our place. Only thing, I might have chosen an upper floor. A little noisier than we’d like. Evelyn was a wonderful host. Answered all our questions and responded quickly. If we ever get back, I’ll stay at Maui Vista again!

Maui Vista is a great place to stay in Kihei . Easy walk to shops and restaurants and Charlie Young beach is across the street. The condo was well equiped and comfortable

Our return to Kihei was very successful. The unit was in a great location and had everything needed for our stay. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and Everything needed for our beach activities was there . We are looking forward to visiting again!

Had an excellent stay!

Eve was a wonderfully pleasant, accommodating and responsive host. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and homey. It had absolutely everything, whether it came to kitchen appliances (even a BBQ nearby) or even beach gear. Maui Vista in general is such a nice place to stay at, and is only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beachfront and plenty of restaurants, bars and stores. If I return to Maui, I would book there again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, go for it - you won't regret it!

Great place that was clean and had eveyrthing. Perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and little shops. The lockbox to get the key wasn't working and I ended up having to call to get help for it, but other than that there were no issues.

I echo other renters sentiments about the comfort of the master bed. We have been fine without a/c in the bedroom. Just sleeping under the fan and with the cool night air coming through the louvered window was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped as were the beach supplies. I must say the afternoon sun was quite hot on the lanai. There is no umbrella for shade but we did sit under the cute little palm tree which is 20 feet away. My parents and siblings were able to book in other units so we could enjoy a family vacation with all right close by. The only things I can complain about is that the clothes washer needed replacing so i helped her by sending pictures of the model and serial #s to see if it was under warranty and a repair person came in to assess one morning. The owner Eve let us know a time frame he would be there so we wouldn't be surprised. Appliances etc do break down and when a place is booked day after day some renter will have to put up with a bit of a hassle. I suppose the next renters had to have it installed during their stay, but future renters will have the convenience of a washer that works. The toilet ran if it wasn't flushed properly but Eve also sad she was going to have that repaired too. Eve is very responsive to communication. Her condo is a perfect getaway in paradise!

Could be cleaner, but ok

This property is centrally located in Kihei. It is amazingly quiet considering there are 3 buildings of condos here. Parking was not a problem. The unit is well stocked and updated. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. We have booked for next year because we really like the convenience of the BBQ grill and smoking areas as well as the condo in general.

Easy to rent from owner. Location is perfect: close to beaches, close to shops, close to grocery stores. Reasonable driving distance to bigger towns. We love Maui Vista with pool, bbq's, very quiet! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful condo. The accommodations are accurate to the pictures. The location is close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. We were able to rent bicycles to ride around town as well as snorkels to enjoy the water. We really enjoyed our stay at Maui Vista

Maui Vista 2102 is very conveniently located to the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and other supplies are of great quality. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit also. We have enjoyed our stay!

The room was a mess. It Had not cleaned before my daughters arrival and wasn’t cleaned until the second day. We were very disappointed.

We enjoyed our 8-day stay at Maui Vista. The location is very good, the condo is fully stocked.

Maui Vista is our favourite Kihei spot. Our apartment worked great and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I loved the home-iness that this place has. Everything you need to enjoy a wonderful time in Maui. You have the pool just outside, the outdoor grills on the other side, and a pretty great beach right across the street. Loved every minute we spent here.

Condo is in a great location in Kihei. The front entrance is steps from the BBQs and lanai is steps to a nice pool. Condo has had some updates. Kitchen had all the cookware and spices needed. Washer and dryer came in handy. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice quality and we enjoyed the snorkel gear. The beach is across the street and one of the nicest in Kihei. Easy 5 min walk down a paved path through the condo complex past bldg one. We enjoyed our two week stay here and would definitely stay here again if our winter vacation takes us back to Maui!
