Value for money, clean , comfy , great communication, highly recommended.

The room was very clean and well equipped. It was suitable for our needs for our stay. We arrived while the bar was still open and a member of bar staff was very helpful and helped us to obtain our room key from the key box.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. We were messaged by the hotel to explain the situation with reference to Staff onsite and the location of the hotel so we were well prepared.

Very unhappy this time piece of wood hanging from the bottom of the shower tray we have had bad ice and snow you would expect the heating to come on more than once a day we was absolutely freezing for the full 3 nights in the room there is a leaflet stating book directly for cheaper rooms so I gave it a call they wanted £79 for a Saturday night not even taking into consideration we had just stayed for 3 nights the place stunk of weed I kept hearing some baby crying and each time anyone walked past our door it would bang

No breakfast provided and staff not on duty. Access is via text message and is a good system once used to it.

Not sure I'm entirely comfortable with a hotel not having night staff on duty in case of emergency. Still, I do understand the business model they are using. I probably just need to adjust my thinking.

I do not expect to smell canabis every night the must of been coming from inside the building no staff present. These people need to manage who stays there and the drug issue. Would not stay here again for free!!!!!!!!
