Floor was dirty. Our socks went black. The stove doesn’t work, lucky there was an electric frypan. The place is in disrepair from the peeling paint, to the bunk beds that smell like smoke. None of the windows on the kitchen level open, so it smells like the last tenants dinner. The spa is broken. The toilet paper roll holder is broken. The veranda fly screen is broken. The queen bed is two singles pushed together causing a great lump between the occupants. Someone bought this place for almost a million bucks last month.. I hope they know what they bought

Dinner plain was gorgeous, really liked that we were able to take our dog, property was generally comfortable and clean

The photo on the website was misleading as it implied the property has a view onto the bush. Presumably it is an old photo, as there was instead a property being built right behind, with builders onsite all the time, affecting amenity (had to keep blind in bedroom down etc., noise). As I spent some time trying to select a property with a good view, this was annoying. There are a few minor things that need attending to - pots with missing handles, not enough dinner plates, need hooks for towels in the bathrooms, doors difficult to lock, needed kindling for fire, but otherwise very comfortable.
