Communication with the owners was spot on and the house was clean and neat and spacious. The ladder to top loft was a bit hairy though..lol

The pull down ladder to the top loft accommodation..kids were ok with it though..found it a bit dangerous.

Great fireplace. Large family dining table. Good heating system.

Uncomfortable beds in basement bedroom and as a result our kids had to sleep on living room couches for the whole week, sweat stained pillows , insufficient clean sheets initially ( - but fixed by day 2) , broken door on microwave , several light bulbs blown , cobwebs on rafters in main bed room , some wine glasses with dangerous chipped glass edges , cheep scratchy toilet paper. Overall very bad value for money ...lacks care and attention.

Location to Hotham shuttle bus great and excellent firewood

The fireplace was very smoky,maybe it needs cleaning?also maybe need to leave some instructions for the fireplace as the flu is a bit hard to understand

The Key code box by the front door was excellent, since we didn't waste time collecting it. Great having timber for the fire.

Dishwasher was out of action with a big notice.It would have been nice to have known this before we booked since there were 8 of us.
