What we expected, located close to shops/pub

Unfortunately bbq was shorting the circuit, so unusable. No cleaning of cobwebs on balcony and front door.

Nice comfy place for 2 families and the kids loved it.

The location is great! right next to shops in the village. The facility is well equipped with spacious comfortable living area. great to have board games and DVDs.

one toilet is not enough for 3 bedroom unit

Location was perfect! Close to ski shop, local restaurants and bars. Peaceful with lovely views from the main living/kitchen area. The kitchen had everything we needed. Laundry with washing machine and drier in a hidden nook adjacent to coat room was very convenient. Plenty of lovely timber features and heating throughout. The kids' "loft" was welcoming and a definite favourite of our son. Nice selection of board games and DVDs. Plenty of linen provided, must make beds on arrival (which we were happy to do). Cleanliness was superb. Simple, beautifully appointed property. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We will be back : )

Hot water was temperamental, however host was quick to give advice to rectify.

Everything was almost perfect!(not sure why the icon shows unhappy cos we are pretty happy with the place)We loved it!;) Just a suggestion to add to it,to have a couple of board games in the beautiful cosy home to entertain the family after dinner. Lots of the shops and Onsen were closed during our stay so we spent alot of time in the chalet which is great and if we had brought board games it will be more entertaining for the kids.
