Location. It's near Ubud but not in the heart of the touristic area. Very good value for money. Lovely hosts

Great location, close to town yet secluded; fantastic views; lovely people; and room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's also walking distance to heaps of local restaurants at non touristy prices.

Place was okay, nothing special

2 dogs barking outside the room all the time and at you when you leave the room. Roosters waking you up super early every day. The room has decorative holes in the walls so any noise outside or in the street sounds like you have the Doors wide open. There is a garage beneath your room and moterbikes come and go from there all days and late into the night, which makes the whole room vibrate and is super loud.

The room is big, clean, bright and cosy. there is even an umbrella, a bedside lamp and a balcony. The location is great too. You live in the inner courtyard in the green in an area away from the other tourists with very nice neighbors. The location is not far from the center of Ubud, but it is a pleasure to come back to the apartment after the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner and her family are very nice and helpful. You can rent scooters for 80,000 and tours and shuttle buses are also offered, but we didn't use them. If you take a Grab scooter, you pay about 15,000 to the city center.

The owner is polite and flexible. Our second-floor room provides a breathtaking view of a temple upfront and lush vegetation and agriculture on the right side. Amenities include a basic fan, bedside lights, and hot showers. The washroom is clean and pleasant.

The washroom lacks a functioning lock, and the place is inadequately disinfected with visible cockroaches. Hot water supply lasts only a brief 5 minutes during showers. There is no suitable storage space for toiletries. The staircase leading to the room poses a safety hazard due to the absence of a railing on the exposed side. I bumped my head twice, fortunately wearing a helmet, avoiding serious injury. Moving luggage upstairs is challenging. Unpleasant encounters with people's dogs may occur, causing discomfort for my scared female friend. Mosquitoes are also present, so remember to bring mosquito repellent balms or creams.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Stable and fast wifi. Spacious room with great ventilation which makes the room stay cool during the day with just a fan. Quiet at night. Close to convenient stores and affordable local eateries.

If anything, some dogs in the neighborhood are not particularly friendly ..
