La ubicación es espectacular. El apartamento es muy bonito y bien equipado.

La grifería de las duchas es horrible, imposible conseguir la temperatura buscada de forma cómoda. También los extractores de aire de los baños hacen un ruido insoportable, muy desagradable e incómodo. La TV no funcionaba cuando llegamos. Avisamos pero nadie vino a solucionar el problema.

The location was really good, right in the centre of Lisbon yet always feeling very safe. It was a lovely apartment with comfy beds.

The ensuite shower had a heavy glass door and was quite awkward to use. We all ended up using the other shower.

Location, the apartment, cleanliness, facility. Actually nearly everything.

Wifi wasn’t working in day 2 and until we checked out. We have called the agency, they have sent someone here. But they would have to come back on the next day around 3-5 pm. We couldn’t wait so we didn’t have internet during our stay. When we showered in 2nd bathroom, the water come out and wet the floor. That’s all.

Amazing property, on perfect location!! Very clean, stylish and comfortable. Loved it!

Only down was that I was asked to pay again for the city tax, in cash at the check-in. Although just €24, this was already paid for and listed on my Booking.com receipt; and I was not informed of the extra tax in advance.

Location & tidyness

Only one downside: Check-in did not work as planned despite all the arrival details given beforehand. The personal number given by Rent Experience was switched off. However the problem solved quickly when the other personnel was contacted.
