Escape The Commotion - Relax By The Ocean
Venez passer vos vacances avec nous cet été. Voir tout le Cap a à offrir! Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour se détendre et renouer avec des amis et la famille. Nous sommes situés à Cape Cod, à West Yarmouth, 27 minutes du pont de Sagamore, et 11 minutes de la sortie 8 sur la route 6. Notre maison est à un mile de la célèbre plage de Seagull qui est le plus grand et le plus populaire plage de Yarmouth selon Cape Cod Times, 2015. Raison de pour cela sont l'espace, des eaux calmes, et le sable doux et propre. Nous sommes également en vertu d'un mile de Eaglewood Beach.
Après avoir passé une journée à la plage obtenir le sable de vos pieds avec notre douche extérieure et profiter de notre grande cour privée. Nous avons un ensemble de patio, chaises classiques Cape Cod Adirondack, et jeux de cour. Quand il est temps pour le dîner utiliser notre cuisine, qui est livré avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour créer des repas merveilleux, ou cuire sur le gril au gaz propane. Gardez le froid de la nuit hors de notre foyer. Si vous préférez avoir quelqu'un d'autre faire la cuisine, dans la grande variété de restaurants le long de 28 ou aller dans la zone Hyannis Main Street, qui est à seulement 9 minutes en voiture. Vous voulez toujours plus à faire? Profitez de mini-golf et de la crème glacée à beaucoup de ce renommé crémerie très proche de la maison, ou prendre un film au cinéma Regal Theater à Cape Cod Mall.
Si vous préférez attraper un film à la maison le salon dispose d'un '' SMART TV 40 LED qui dispose d'un lecteur DVD et une petite bibliothèque de films, ou apporter vos favoris à domicile. Après une longue journée, profitez de sommeil d'une nuit confortable dans l'une des quatre chambres, qui ont tous deux construits dans de, placards, ou commodes. Si vous dormez dans les chambres à l'étage, quand vous vous réveillez profiter du café du matin sur le pont à quelques pas du lit, ou rester au lit où les cascades de soleil du matin à travers le curseur et les portes françaises. The location is great! The house is missing alot to make it comfortable. There were no instructions for wifi or checking out. Hardly any towels for guests. The kitchen is really missing the basics large frying pan, large bowls etc...The deck upstairs literally had no furniture to sit on and the outside table had no umbrella. I've stayed mainly at Airb&b's and the host always left a welcome basket and the houses were well stocked with basics. I think if they made it a little more welcoming I would consider staying there again because we loved Seagull beach.

The house was older, but the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The house was perfect for our family. Close to the beach, shopping and attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t find the washer &dryer until the last day of our stay because they were tucked away in a bedroom closet. Would have liked to know that on day one.

Overall, our stay went well. We were in need of an ironing board but none was found. The refrigerator had a bit of mold on the doors. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The communication with the owner was fantastic. He gave us a late check out. We liked the location for what we were doing. Thank you!!!!

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and close to Seagull beach. Older, with quirks in line with the style of the home, but well maintained for guests. Have stayed in many similar rentals over the years and this is one of the best for the size/price. Responsive owner who made the rental process easy from start to finish.

This home was clean and the owner was very responsive. It’s location is very convenient to nearby attractions. My family shared with me a few suggestions for improvements: the small step on the top of the staircase was easy to trip on. The same is true for a small step into one of the upstairs bedroom closets. The base around the fireplace could also be a tripping concern. There were multiple light bulbs that were out, and I admit that I didn’t reach out to the owner to replace them during our trip. The light fixtures that do work could be a bit brighter; especially those in the kitchen and dining rooms. Last item of concern is the placement of the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom. It makes an already tight space even more so. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

Property nice. Easy access. Good location to get in and out of RTE 28. Close to Seagull Beach for easy bike ride. Good neighborhood to walk,run, & bike. Pictures fairly accurate but could use more lighting inside. Rooms were a little dark in the evening. Bushes were overgrown along driveway to where difficult to see on-coming traffic getting on the road.

Clean. Not fussy but attractive. Convenient location. Was a good set up for us with three couples (there would be room enough for 8 people plus a few small children). Long walk or short drive to very pleasant Seagull Beach. We enjoyed the wild turkeys that kept stopping by the home. Convenient to be able to do a load of laundry on a longer visit.
Watch out for the odd short step upstairs (maybe should be marked--by the third day I finally learned to stop tripping over it).

This was our first big family vacation in over 10 years. We all said how much we enjoyed this house the past week. The location was perfect—quiet location but close to many places. It was very clean, the kitchen had a nice amount of dishes and cookware. We really appreciated the washer and dryer that was available too. Our young granddaughters really enjoyed the little reading nook under the stairs. Our host was very responsive before and during our visit. Highly recommend this property!

There was supposed to be 8 of us but only 5 of us were able to make. The home was perfect for the 5 of us. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk from the house to our favorite beach, Seagull Beach. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The house is lovely: updated kitchen and bathrooms. The yard is wonderful for little kids and for adults - safe space for little ones to play. We walked to the lovely beach. Landlord very helpful and personable. We hope to return next year!!!

Our entire family, which includes 6 adults and two young grandchildren, stayed at this house for 2 weeks in July. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior. The house was clean and had all of the necessities we needed. We loved using the fire pit and the outdoor shower. HoYin was immediately responsive to any questions or needs that we had. This was a property that we had wanted to rent in 2020, but cancelled during Covid. I’m so happy we decided to reserve it again. Seagull Beach is less than a mile from the house. We were fortunate enough to have had great beach weather while we were there!!! There are a zillion seafood restaurants within minutes from this house. Our grandsons enjoyed playing miniature golf and the Wicked Waves Waterpark. We would love to rent this house again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, HoYin!!!

HoYin was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had and quickly. The house has plenty of space and privacy with anything you can think of that you may need.
The yard is even larger than it looks in the pictures. A huge back yard with fire pit! The location is perfect - on a quiet street, very private back yard yet close to all that Rt 28 offers and the best part - 20 min walk to the beach! We walked many mornings to the beach & back. Our family is already talking about booking again for next summer!

Cape Cod Sights
Perfect base for a Cape Cod adventure. Can ferry over to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket from Hyannis and only about an hour to Provincetown for some whale watching. Great base location.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 4 couples. Plenty of space for us, great kitchen table for game nights, and lovely backyard for dinners outside by the fire pit!

HoYin’s home was perfect for my siblings to gather before our event. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and everyone had a comfy bed. We prepared breakfast in the well equipped kitchen, enjoyed cards around the large dining room table and walked to Seagull Beach. Thank you for sharing your home, we had a lovely stay.

Columbus weekend!
The property was Awesome! It was everything we were looking for on our weekend getaway with the Family. The home offered all the Quality of comfort and convenience for outside gatherings as well as inside! The Beach was 5 mins down the street in one Direction and all the stores and restaurants in the other direction. This home truly offers every comfort you will need for a group of Eight and the Owner was wonderful!! Thank you so much HoYin for everything!!

House was well-suited for our group of adult friends.
A safety concern, which should be addressed, is the 2-tier landing at top of second floor stairs. It is an awkward partial step up (or down) that sometimes results in a stumble. 3 of the 4 guests that slept upstairs stumbled during our stay.

Excellent property
This is an excellent property to rent. It is very clean, host responds quickly to any questions andb the location is close to beaches and restaurants. Would definitely rent this propert again. Thank you for letting us rent your home. It was a wonderful time.

Decent stay
This was a nice place to stay. The house is dated, but that was evident from the pictures so no surprise there.
Positives:
*Bedrooms are very large
*Nice to have a/c in every room, though we found we did not use it most days/nights
*Very close to grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc.
*Very close to Seagull Beach (which is a great beach for little kids, not so much for teens or active adults).
* we didn't use the firepit, but it is a nice setup.
Negatives:
*not enough seating in living room, which was a bummer for us on rainy days/evenings when we wanted to watch the Olympics or a movie as a family. Living room comfortably sits 5 - 6.
*outdoor shower was more rustic than we like. Because it's under the deck, I don't think it ever has the chance to dry properly. Lots of spiders.
Overall it felt a little pricey compared to other houses on the Cape, but we don't regret our stay.

Great location and beautiful backyard
Very responsive host, clean and nicely maintained house, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the beach. Backyard is the best feature - big enough for the kids to play soccer or volleyball. We spent several nights by the firepit making smores.

Nice cottage walking distance to the beach
We stayed at this property for a full week in July - myself, wife and 2 kids. Property is as described, clean and spacious for a family of four. Walking distance (~15 mins) to Seagull Beach which the kids enjoyed, we walked to the beach everyday. The only issue (and it is a minor one) is that WiFi is a bit slow. Property is ideally situated for exploring Cape Cod and the islands (Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket).

Even though Memorial Day Weekend was a cold rainy time we still had an amazing ladies weekend. The home was the cleanest We've ever rented. Good location. Great yard. Plenty of space for a large family. If you come across this rental and it meets your needs RENT it.
