"Sea Oats" Upscale Gulf Front Condo with amazing views and elevator
Ce magnifique 4ème étage entièrement rénové face au Golfe, 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain, condo de 2400 pieds carrés est idéalement situé à proximité de tous les restaurants et attractions, mais assez loin de toutes les foules. La plage et le golfe vue est tout à toi et partagés avec seulement quelques autres. Profitez du coucher de soleil ou le lever du soleil au large des 2 grandes terrasses en front de mer. Ce grand plan d'étage ouvert est parfait pour 2 familles ou une grande famille à partager. Détendez-vous après une journée ludique dans le surf ou une longue promenade sur la plage dans le salon cossu avec canapé en cuir de,
plancher en bambou, et TV / stéréo zone de divertissement. La grande salle à manger et le bar est juste à côté de la cuisine nouvellement rénové entièrement équipée pour vos besoins de restauration. Un petit coin pittoresque surplombe l'île pendant que vous profitez de votre café du matin. Une buanderie avec une laveuse et sécheuse et une salle de bain supplémentaire avec carrelage italien, granit bleu comptoirs, personnalisé promenade dans la douche avec des têtes de duel, jets de corps et vapeur sauna. Location was perfect but elevator was not working when we got there (and never was fixed during our stay). Thank goodness we were only on the second floor. AC unit went out during our stay. Property management was very prompt on repair response but frustrating to say the least. Beds- mattresses very squeaky and not firm - probably need replacing. Overall- we would probably stay there again- elevator and ac unit problems are rare (our timing was bad) but would like to see beds updated

We had a wonderful week long stay. The unit was clean and exactly described. The elevator did go out on the last day but obviously that's nobody's fault thibgs loke this happen. The beach supplies were plenty for the 7 of us( umbrellas chairs floaties etc) and we enjoyed our time!

The location was great. More relaxed end of the beach but within walking distance of establishments (1 mile). The place was spacious for our family of 6 and it was clean. The views were gorgeous and sitting on the decks were a favorite. It had everything we needed including beach gear. The beach was quick access so we could set up at the beach and go back and forth as often as we needed. Only thing was it would have been nice to have access to the kayak. We had some beautiful days for it. We would stay again and highly recommend. It was a wonderful week.

We rented the condo for my son's wedding, and we needed the elevator because of Grandma. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, except one that had easy access to a bath. Location was great as it was close to the wedding house. The condo was well supplied including dish and washing detergent. We would definitely rent it again.

It would be nice if it were more rounded like the one next door, so that transporting beach stuff would be easier from the condo to the beach and would give elders a better accessibility instead of the steps.

Location, location, location! We, our children and our grandchildren enjoyed a wonderful week at Sea Oats. The second-floor condo is lovely as well as quite spacious. Living areas worked well for our families with 2 bedrooms on each side and a large open area in the middle for being together and dining. Having 4 bathrooms was ideal! The kitchen provides lots of dishes, silverware and glasses. A basic amount of cookware is available, enabling us to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo each day. A nice electric grill is also available. The beachfront patios offered relaxing furniture and great views throughout the day and evening. Beach access is easy and at the time we were there, the beach was never crowded. As we were leaving on Friday morning, our 2-year old great-granddaughter announced "no go home". She conveyed all of our feelings very well. We plan to return to Sea Oats for another family vacation.

Condo was great! Great layout for 8 guests! Neighbors 2 floors up were not so good.. Their dogs woke us up barking before 7 am every morning and poured water off their balcony which went all over our balcony while we were drinking coffee on our balcony our last day. They also set off their car alarm which lasted for 15 min! Again, great condo, terrible neighbors!
