We loved this place! It was comfortable, in an awesome neighborhood and so close to the T station. We loved Brookline and would definitely stay here again.

This VRBO is true to its word as a great stay in a great location. This ground-floor residence is spacious (applies to every room), well-appointed, comfortable, and convenient. It was immaculately clean on our arrival and had everything we needed for our two family members who ran the Boston Marathon. Maria was attentive, responsive, and cordial in responding to us--we greatly appreciated that. The parking spot is a real plus; we needed it for a 1-day rental car for a trip out of town. Thanks for making our 6-day stay in Boston so enjoyable.

My friends and I participated in the Spartan at Fenway park so this listing worked out well. It was only a mile and a bit from Fenway so we could walk to the event. The place was modern and clean and I would stay there again.

We had a great time in Boston. This place was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place. Walking distance to some good food choices and the train. A short ride to Fenway and other places of interest around Boston.

We had a great time in a wonderful house. The neighbor provided everything we needed within walking distance. We also were close enough to walk to the Red Sox game. Great city, great house, great time!

Quiet and safe SW Boston neighborhood Brookline location was 200 yards from convenient train - 2 stops to Fenway. Complete lower level of house had ample space for family of 5. Host Maria’s communications were professional, adding to the confidence of this property, which we would repeat.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable staying here. The condo was clean and had all the basics we needed. The parking space was helpful but also an easy walk to restaurants and the T.

Our stay in Boston was amazing. This home was spotlessly clean, perfect amount of space for our family of 5, and incredibly convenient. We spent 3 days doing all of the touristy things. We had quick access to the T station and felt safe walking around the area. This was our last stop on a 2 week road trip and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful clean property Easy access to Boston Commons, Fenway Park and other Boston attractions via Uber or Metro. Also short walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. The big TV in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud but not excessive. The only thing I would recommend is providing coffee to your guests. We were able to pick some up but it was the first VRBO I've stayed where there was nothing available to the guests. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We were there for graduation and it was perfect!! A quick walk to the Green Line T, we were able to go anywhere we needed! Brookline Village is adorable with many shops, restaurants and shops! The house was wonderful! Having 2 bathrooms was perfect and we ate around the table many times! Everything you need for a great stay:)

Our experience was perfect. We were there for our sons college graduation and the house made our time even more special! We enjoyed every minute!

The property was very clean. It had three bedrooms and two baths. There was water when checked in , which was a nice touch. It was convenient to the T stop at Brookline village. There were restaurants and grocery shopping nearby or using the T . The neighborhood was very walkable. There were several nice parks very close., The kitchen had only a few pots and pans and those were in bad shape. There were dishes and utensils, but limited number of those. it made it challenging to cook at the place. The dishwasher was appreciated, as well as the cleaning supplies for dishes . The dining area and bar stools were very nice. The cloth seats on the dining chairs might not be ideal for a rental. The towels were nice, but did not dry in between usage, so this was not ideal. The washer and dryer and pods for washing was very appreciated.. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future, Thank you for a nice stay.

Five of us gathered for a long weekend. The location and the size of the apartment suited us well. The kitchen was decently equipped so that we could do prepare simple meals and gather around the table or at the counter to enjoy conversation. Everything was clean and we lacked for nothing. Closets instead of hanging racks would have been a plus. Area rugs to add warmth and coziness would be nice. One of us would have been happy to have had blankets instead of a comforter to sleep under but otherwise the apartment was well-appointed. Maria was great about answering questions prior to our arrival!

Overall, the check-in process was very smooth and the indications clear. The property was as described. Few areas if improvements: the small deck had tons of old rotting newspapers which we had to collect and dispose. There was a broom but no dust pan. Kitchen and cooking supplies were a bit too basic considering that the house can host 6 persons. Overall a good experience in a nice area of town which I would repeat.

This pace was the absolute perfect location for us. My husband was in Bringham & Woman's for surgery. The whole family was with us. Good amount of space, and walking distance which was fabulous. Maria was as flexible as she could have been!

Everything was just perfect. The property was clean, equipped with everything we needed, comfortable and walking distance to lovely coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely stay here again.

A really amazing location with a 3 minute walk away from the Brookline Village T stop. Great food and cafes nearby, check-in and out were super easy. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful. There were three large bedrooms with queen beds, a spacious kitchen/dining area, and a cute living room - we admittedly spent very little time there simply because we were exploring downtown. It was a quiet, lovely stay!

We had a super time—right by the T but I was happy we also had a car to get around. Nice to have a parking spot.

This property was exactly as described. Perfect space for my husband and I and our two adult daughters. We don’t get to travel often together and this was a perfect space. Great proximity to everything and all the amenities we needed. Next time we are in Boston we would happily stay here.
