Ce condo est une unité de trois chambres et trois salle de bain qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur toute la plage et un design intérieur luxueux. Près de 2000 pieds carrés de paradis avec deux suites de maître ainsi que d'une troisième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Parfait pour plusieurs familles en vacances ensemble ou tout simplement beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre sur la touche. Toutes les chambres ont été récemment carrelée.
Master bain comprend marbre de culture, d'énormes douche debout avec banquette, grande baignoire de jardin avec bain à remous, un grand walk-in avec coiffeuse séparée.
Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat ont simplement été ajoutés dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Condo comprend également un son surround dans le salon et une connexion Internet par câble sans fil.

This was our 2nd summer vacation here because it’s perfect for what we need & want. Our only comment is that there was only 1 key for the room, would have been very helpful to have 2.

Nice, clean condo but a bit dated (which we are ok with). Lots more items/utensils in kitchen than expected. Condo layout was good for our family. The front and back patios were nice. The musty/mildewy smell in all bathrooms likely coming from cloth shower curtains. The two single bed mattresses in one room need to be changed as they sag. Daughter ended up sleeping last two nights on sofa pullout in living room. Would be a 5 star if not for those two main issues.

We had the best time. Close to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, but far enough where the beach wasn’t too crowded!

The condo itself was great. Nice layout and for the most part very clean. Parking was a nightmare. If we are helping the owners pay for the condo then we should be able to use their garage parking because obviously they are not there. Front parking was full and over flow was full. Having to park in a business parking lot down the street and having to cross the busy street with kids. Until the parking situation changes we will stay somewhere else. That’s my only complaint.

Enjoyed the Location very much. The unit itself was very outdated. Bedroom TVs did jot work properly, smart tv upgrades needed. Kitchen cabinets are falling off wall, baseboards are either mildewed or paint chipping. This could be a gorgeous place if kept updated.

the property was dated. furniture needed to be replaced. there were water marks around sliding glass door, and the drape for sliding glass door had a big rip in it. Mattresses needed to be replaced.

This property was amazing! Everyone had room to relax by themselves or congregate together in the main areas without feeling on top of each other. I LIVED for the views and LOVED all the windows and seating areas to look out at the ocean. Would definitely come here again

The room was great and extremely spacious! The host was good to work with and the space exceeded our expectations.
One major issue was the elevator situation at Palacio. There were only 2 elevators for the 19 story building and one was down throughout our stay, which created long wait times. The working elevator got stuck with people on it and there was a quarter size hole in the floor that you could literally see through the bottom of the floor.

Throughly enjoyed our stay!! Our condo was roomy and perfect for our family. The location was great! The balcony overlooked the ocean & had amazing views all the time. The pool & hot tub was a great bonus. So easy to access the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location for family members. Refrigerator leaked water but repair man came day we left. Beach very nice and clean. Loved the grocery carts for taking luggage to room. THIS WAS A BIG PLUS!

We were in town for Graduation from UWF. The property was exactly what we wanted, beachfront and large enough for 5 adults. The property was as described and certainly beachfront. Had no issues with check-in and communication with the owners. I've stayed in many VRBO's and this property was well stocked in the kitchen, tons of utensils, cooking items, plates, glasses. Easy quick trip to the grocery store and you are good to go. Plenty of hot water and, AC worked great along with nice beach breezes. Would certainly recommend

This is terrific property for a very fair price. Coffee on patio every morning was like watching a nature program. Dolphins, Osprey dives and just brilliant aquatic life. Fishing right on the beach was easy and very good. Caught Pompano (couple big ones), Whiting, and catfish. We ate the Pompano and Whiting and I fed the catfish to beautiful Blue Heron there all the time. Caught a couple big stingrays too and got them safely back in the water. I love fishing so it was definitely a highlight for me. Blue Angels practicing right over us on the beach was amazing. We really did have a terrific week and the property had everything we needed. Definitely worth every penny.

4 of us went for a birthday trip. Condo is huge and beautiful! Bedrooms spread put for privacy. Gorgeous water views! Not a whole lot to do in walking distance but can be there by car in just a few.

The Palacio grounds and spot on the beach are top-notch; this is an excellent vacation condominium as everything you need - from groceries to restaurants, from gorgeous, never-ending beach to things to do - is close at hand.
Tiffany, the owner, is easy to work with - prompt and accurate with any questions one might have.
The footprint of 1201 is also excellent - good sized bedrooms, 2 balconies and comfortable space for inside acitivities.
The one drawback is renovation or a lack thereof. Everything - from furniture to flooring, from kitchen utensils to countertops - feels original, old, worn-out, and in dire need of replacement. Other groups of friends rented 2 different condominiums on the same floor and their units were wonderful - new furniture, new floors, new countertops, etc. Key word is new!

The condo and beach were everything we had hoped for. The condo is equipped with everything we needed for a stress free week. Absolutely loved being there. Property was very well taken care of, they keep the grounds very clean as well. Already trying to plan another trip to come back this summer.

Awesome property, great views, plenty of room for our family of four. The pictures and description of the condo were accurate. We only stayed for a couple of days, but would definitely stay again. Any questions we had regarding the property were met with a prompt response from Tiffany. Overall it was a relaxing stay without any issues.

The condo was very nice and clean with a great view. We had plenty of sitting space and loved being on the corner. It would be nice if the lock was updated. We loved being in walking distance of good restaurants. Our weather was perfect all week!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at the beach. All of the room in this condo were accommodating and beautifully decorated throughout. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic. We were very appreciative to be allowed to check in early and everything you need on vacation, this property had it. We definitely will revisit it again.

Perdido Key the perfect vacation
Family vacation 2022 in the books and we couldn’t have been happier. Of course, cleanliness is most important. The view was fabulous along with the ease of access to the beach and pool. This location is definitely a best kept secret.
