VUES, VUES, VUES! La vue seule de cette unité devrait le faire, mais il y a plus. Il est à un mille de la plage. Cette unité est située dans le célèbre Park Shore Resort à Naples. Il s'agit d'un complexe AAA-3-Diamond avec piscine chauffée, bain à remous, tennis, beach-volley, racquetball, barbecues et sentiers de randonnée. L'emplacement ne pourrait pas être meilleur ou plus pratique. Nous sommes à seulement un mile des célèbres plages du Golfe, du village vénitien, des magasins d'alimentation, de la région de Pelican Bay. Un très court trajet en voiture de Tin City, la célèbre 5ème avenue sud et la 3ème rue sud la plus chère.
Maintenant, à propos de l'appartement: ai-je mentionné les vues incroyables de l'appartement d'un mur à l'autre, des fenêtres du sol au plafond? Les photos que vous voyez ont été prises par un amateur (moi) avec seulement un iPhone en main et ne parviennent pas à transmettre avec justesse les motifs pittoresques, qui sont fréquentés chaque année par des artistes amateurs et renommés qui viennent ici pour peindre le paysage.
L'appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain vient d'être rénové avec de nouveaux appareils et un mobilier contemporain vivant. Il contient deux téléviseurs à écran plat de 50 pouces; un dans la chambre principale et un dans le salon. Nous avons un téléphone, une connexion Wi-Fi, une cuisine complète avec tous les ustensiles et une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Avons-nous oublié quelque chose? Si oui, faites-le nous savoir, si cela est raisonnable, nous l'obtiendrons. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation centrale et également de ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, pour ceux qui n'aiment pas trop la climatisation. Cet appartement est à un étage et il y a un ascenseur.

We stayed 5 days and loved this condo. The pictures of the condo and property were beautiful and it didn’t disappoint. The owner kept in touch to see if we had any questions and responded quickly when I called him to ask a question. I definitely would stay here again.

Clean and close to a lot of areas for shopping and the beach.
Pool and surrounding areas are stunning.

This place worked great for my family. The resort was fantastic for the kids- and the location was perfect to get to a lot of different things in a short amount of time! We love the Naples area!

This was a clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit GREAT for a family of 4. The unit was stocked with some extras also including a beach chair, umbrella, sand toys and more. The resort itself was great also with a heated pool and nature seen with waterfall. ALSO GREAT restaurant on premises. All in all, it was a successful trip.

Enjoyed the property, there was unexpected construction going on but Owner was good to work with and it all turned out to be a great trip. Would recommend to others.

When we booked, the mention of inability to use patio due to possible construction was present with an offer for $150 back to accommodate inconveniences.
Well when we arrived the entire front of the building was covered in white, so nothing could be seen, no sunlight. Then the drilling of concrete patio started every day as early as 7:49-8 am everyday. We had to leave the rental everyday at 8am and not return until after 4 since the noise was unbearable and the vibration was unbearable. This rental and rentals in this entire unit should not have been permitted. No one rents a place they have to leave everyday.
To give Elliot some credit he did give us a $100 a day back , but we paid a rental we could only sleep in, not enjoy at all.
The location is great, the pool is great, but our whole vacation was severely impacted in a negative way.

Love this place. We found it last year and will make this our regular annual stay. Love the area. Clean and close to everything we like to do. Property manager is quick to respond.

One of the things that stood out to us was the friendliness of others at the community. While our 3 year old was swimming, someone showed us that there were toys in the pool area for anyone to use. The condo was very clean and organized and the owner was very good at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay, beautiful gardens, awesome pool and amenities, tons of wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby, great host! We couldn't be happier; probably one of the nicest holidays we've had in years. We will be coming back, but will stay longer!

The property and apartment were exactly as pictured and the apartment was adequately equipped The host and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The gardens and pool were lovely. The location is walking distance to many good restaurants and a super market. We would stay there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We found the location within 5-10 min walk of some great restaurants, a couple of independent coffee shops, a grocery, and some shopping. This will be where we return when heading to Naples (unless we score a place on the beach!).

This unit is an excellent 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit with all appliances and a screened balcony. Very close to the resort's pool. The resort is 2 blocks from a main route to downtown, so easy access to local businesses and attractions.

Stayed with my wife, son and Sister in Law. Also met up with friends in Naples. Condo was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for beaches, shopping and restaurants (some very good and within walking distance). Hogfish Harry’s (on site) and Rosati’s (a block away) are both excellent! We will be back!

Our experience was just exactly right! The location was perfect with shopping within walking distance. The grounds are beautiful, relaxing and we had a great meal at the restaurant on the premises. Everything was spotless in the condo and Elliott is very attentive to any questions.

Our stay in Naples, Florida was booked for 9/28/2022 - 10/2/2022. Hurricane Ian came ashore in Naples on the day we were to arrive. Even though Southwest Airlines cancelled our flight - and every other flight into Fort Myers; even though a Category 4 hurricane hit Naples on the day of our expected arrival; even though power was lost throughout the area - and is still out pretty much everywhere - neither the owner nor VRBO thought the right thing to do was not charge for the room. Both Elliot and VRBO have shown, in my opinion, a complete lack of decency. When I called Elliot the day before our arrival he said, "Well, I'm getting reports the danger has subsided". Where did THOSE reports come from - Bizarro World? There is no possible way I would ever use VRBO or Elliot again. But you can absolutely believe we will be pursuing remedies under the concept of Force Majeure.

We really enjoyed this condo. Great location and overall property is beautiful with the pond, bridges and vegetation. Used BBQs one night and also went to happy hour at Hogfish Harry’s and it was amazing!

This property is centrally located to anything you could possibly need. Beaches are nearby as well. We loved sitting on the porch every evening and watching the ducks. It is a beautiful place. The pool area was relaxing and clean. Our host, Elliott, was thoughtful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
