Située à côté de Spout Run, 66, GW Parkway, la maison se trouve également à 10 minutes en voiture de Georgetown. À seulement 1 kilomètre des restaurants et des boutiques de Clarendon & Ballston et du métro. Nouveau mobilier de luxe et linge de maison, téléviseurs à écran plat 65 pouces, Sonos, téléviseurs et matelas. Réaménagement de la salle de bain principale 2019. Cette maison de 3 500 pieds carrés est un fengshui conçu par 3 célèbres maîtres zen-bouddhistes. Perché haut sur une colline, vous avez partout une vue exquise bordée d'arbres. Le porche et le patio arrière avec des lumières de bistro sont le moyen idéal pour profiter de l'aménagement paysager qui est une pierre éloigne de l'excitation urbaine. C'est une maison extrêmement propre, fraîche et impeccablement entretenue, idéale pour une location à court terme, des vacances en famille ou une escapade de travail. Arlington Zen est ma troisième propriété VRBO et le service client est ma spécialité. Je connais le niveau élevé que je souhaite obtenir de ma location de vacances et je sais dépasser les attentes et créer la même expérience pour vous.

This home is perfect for a family gathering, as there is plenty of space for all! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the ability for the family to together in the kitchen and adjoining common room. The communication with the owner continued from the time we reserved through our departure and all of our questions were answered. If you are looking for beautiful accommodations near the DC area, this is an excellent choice!

Loved staying in this beautiful home in Arlington. The house had everything we needed for a family get together, with plenty of room for everyone. Randi was an amazing host, who provided lots of information on the area, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very close to DC and Alexandria. It is a great location. Highly recommended.

This home is just as described - it is beautifully decorated, well-appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The rooms, sitting areas, beds were all very comfortable, the location ideal and the owner, Randi, was very accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend and hope to return to this lovely property for any future visits to the DC area.

This is my far my favorite VRBO experience. The house was amazing...well stocked on everything you would need and a number of things you might not think of. There were even board games available to all ages. The house has a cozy feel to it and was very comfortable to stay in. The host was amazing, helpful and thoughtful! We will definitely stay again if we are in Arlington!

Had a wonderful time taking in sites and exploring DC area - the house met all our needs - even though we had three couples staying at the residence, we never felt cramped or in each other’s space - would stay in the future

Our daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! They enjoyed the beautiful and spacious home. The owner is lovely and made sure everything was just right for their stay. The house is on a steep hill, but it was fine with the garage and driveway for parking. Highly recommend!!!

Only one caveat: backyard is not enclosed for pets. But neighborhood is very safe for walkies.

Cozy vibe
Our Extended family of 8 rented this property to be close to my son who recently moved to Arlington. It is in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by beautiful greenery.
The home was super cozy, tons of space, large dining table that was able to fit us all for family dinners.
The backyard is absolutely beautiful, and we were able to utilize the BBQ pit a few nights.
Once I booked the property the communication was spectacular with Randi.
We were well prepared with the guide book she sent us and all the information we needed for our trip.
She went over and beyond what I’m use too, and made a point to check in to ensure everything was up to par.
Cannot say enough about her and her staff.
Thank you Randi, we had an absolute amazing time and cared for the home as if it was our own!

Home away from home
This property is fabulous! It is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. I stayed with several adult family members of differing ages - everyone was comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. The backyard space is also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

If you like boutique.
If you are someone who would prefer a boutique hotel over a chain, then this rental property is likely a good fit. You can check out the photos and see the decor. The home is clean and very spacious. There is a lovely tiered backyard with a fire pit and fountain.
Randi was fabulous! I had a number of questions that she quickly responded to.
Of note: if you have mobility issues, the stairs leading up to the house are steep.
This is a place we will definitely consider renting again.

Fabulous for a girls’ weekend getaway
6 of us came in from multiple states for a girls weekend and this was the perfect house to be together for a weekend of fun and relaxation. The location is perfect, close to everything and a great neighborhood. House is quiet and has all the amenities. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A terrific stay near DC
The host, Randi, was very communicative during the whole process, providing many details about the area in addition to the property and would quickly respond back to questions. The house itself was very beautiful with plenty of comfy sleeping spots for my group. The host even provided disposable masks for the group to use! I would highly recommend this place.

Cute and comfortable!
This is a clean, cute, and comfortable home! There were several spaces for my adult children, spouse and I to gather together for meals or just hanging out; parking for 3 cars in the driveway plus street parking; and less than 10 minutes to Georgetown, Ballston and Clarendon. Great entertaining spaces inside and out!

Perfection in Arlington
We stayed at Randi’s home in Arlington for an executive retreat (COVID style). It was a perfect space for us. The decor and furnishings were amazing, It felt like we were staying in a model home! The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped to fit all our needs. Randi was so helpful throughout the process and was easily accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting a 5 star experience.

Amazing week long stat
We needed a place to stay while our new home was being completed. We we’re looking for a home in Arlington close to DC. The home’s location was perfect. The accommodations were equally perfect. The appliances were all new, beds comfortable and there was a ton of indoor and outdoor space. Randi, the owner, was extremely accommodating and very accessible. We had ZERO complaints!! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the DC/N. Va area. Look no further!!

Wonderful house!!
This home is fantastic! Spacious and luxurious and yet comfortable and inviting. Has wonderful common living and dining and cooking spaces, quiet, private bedrooms, cozy fireplaces, and a great outdoor area in a nice neighborhood. Lots of high quality small touches, including very comfortable linens and beds, excellent cookware, and a ready supply of extra toiletries in case guests forgot anything. The owner is wonderfully responsive with details and answers to questions. We felt so at home - it was the perfect place for our family gathering! Thanks Randi!

Perfect place for our family
This was a family gathering for a burial in Arlington National Cemetery, so it was important to have quiet space we could share together. Two families stayed in the house and another family visited for dinner. Great kitchen, plenty of space inside and outside, comfortable beds and pillows, nice thick towels, immaculately clean throughout. Randi was a very responsive and kind host. Thank you!

6 Star Review!!! Phenomenal home...Close to Everything!
Arlington Zen is sparkling clean and a beautiful luxury home stocked with absolutely everything a family could possibly want. My family stayed here for five weeks and were really happy --- it felt just like home. The beds and sheets were comfortable and fresh. The rooms are spacious and there are fun & relaxing places to chill everywhere. The home has beautiful tree- lined views and a Sonos speaker system. We loved the renovated master bath and the stylish furniture. Our family enjoyed playing games on the extra large marble round dining table. Plus, you are close to so many things—Clarendon, Gerorgetown, DC sightseeing. Randi is so easy to work with, super friendly, accommodating and helpful with impeccable communication. Do not second guess yourself, this is the place to experience a wonderful vacation or short-term rental.
