Bienvenue chez Angie's Place! Un chalet de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains au 2ème étage juste au-dessus du rêve d'Al. Ce chalet magnifiquement rénové est juste en face de la plage primée de Coquina sur l'île Anna Maria.
Angie's Place dispose d'un grand coin salon avec une télévision, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi. Profitez de tout le confort de la maison dans une cuisine entièrement équipée, parfaite pour les collations de l'après-midi ou pour préparer vos prises du jour!
Il y a deux chambres merveilleusement confortables avec un lit king size dans le maître et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Pas de lésine sur les draps chez Angie's ... nous fournissons un nombre de marches élevé, des draps 100% coton. Bien que les serviettes et les draps soient fournis, profitez d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pour votre commodité.
Bien que l'intérieur d'Angie soit à peu près aussi parfait qu'un chalet de plage, les équipements de plein air sont la vraie raison de vos vacances en Floride! Profitez d'un balcon avant hors du salon principal avec une table pour profiter de votre petit-déjeuner tout en regardant l'eau. Il y a aussi un balcon près de la chambre principale, parfait pour entrer dans un autre chapitre de vos vacances en lisant tout en regardant la piscine.
La cour arrière / piscine est un espace partagé avec Al's Dream, l'unité en bas. Nous n'avons jamais de problèmes de «partage», car il y a beaucoup de chaises longues et de sièges autour de la piscine pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter! Assurez-vous de regarder les belles photos de cette oasis tropicale luxuriante!
Cottages By The Sea est situé sur la 8e rue, premier bâtiment au large de Gulf Drive. La plage est littéralement à quelques pas! Une autre grande chose à propos de l'emplacement est qu'il est à distance de marche de Bridge Street, une petite zone amusante avec des restaurants, des bars, des magasins et le Sunday Farmers Market. Le chariot gratuit a également un arrêt très proche.

We had a wonderful experience! The location was awesome and the space was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces as well as the very clean, cozy interior.

This was a very handy location for us and the trolly was a big help. So close to the beaches. We didn't like having to go up all those stairs when unloading and loading the car. We had a great time and everything was provided that we needed. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. would do again.

Our stay was amazing. The decor was super cute indoors and out. The beds were comfy and the pool was vary clean. Parking was excellent. Very spacious. Views from the decks were amazing. Perfect location, The bay and the gulf were within view of the property. Would highly recommend

It is a very cute place. We found it clean & comfortable. It was nice to have laundry detergent included (& a footstool by the dryer to see the dial) The reclining sofa with the power headrest was very comfortable for reading or watching tv. There was construction to the street in front of the condo, so we only used the front balcony when they were not there. When we were in the pool, we realized how nice it would be to rent both units when traveling with our adult children or with friends. It is a lovely gathering area in the back & then you have your own space to retreat to as well. The patio photos should be updated to show that there are lounge chairs, which many would find a bonus.

This was our 2nd stay on AMI and we've stayed at Angies place both times. We were very impressed on both occasions, with everything. The location is 2nd to none! Very quiet neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for at tge property! Would choose Angies place again...Hands down!! 5 STARS

Angie’s place is exactly as they advertise it to be. It was in the best location. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to bridge street. Very clean and very comfortable. Welcome bag was a nice touch. Pool was comfortable also but area needed to be cleaned up a bit. And new beach chairs and umbrella are definitely needed. Overall, it was a great house.

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my teenagers. Walked right across the street to the beach which was not heavily crowded. Having a pool for times we wanted to relax without the heat scorching us was the best addition. Sharing the pool was not a problem at all. Our downstairs neighbors for the trip were very kind and peaceful as well. Angie’s place was fantastic!!

We felt that we didn't get our monies worth. There was lot of noise due to construction in the neighborhood. Pool area was really dirty and pool was not heated. While on vacation, we didn't expect to play house keeper during our stay.

Great location with beautiful beaches. Condo is a good size and is clean. Furniture in condo and pool area needs to be updated. Coffee maker broke & management replaced immediately. We had a great vacation.

Cute beach cottage. We stayed in the upstairs unit. Perfect location to walk to Bridge Street where there are restaurants and shopping. Beautiful white sand beach directly across the street from the cottage. It doesn't get any better for a casual beach vibes vacation!

House was wonderful. Clean, great location, awesome setup for 2 families to share upstairs and downstairs. We didn't need a car all week since most places were accessible on foot or by the free trolley that has a stop at the end of the street. There's a nice dock with a bench at the end of the street where we saw a few dolphins swim by! Only downside was that the owner was around more than expected (working on the property and hanging around outside by the pool area).

The location was fantastic. Just a few steps away front the beach and downtown area. There was some construction but not a problem. The pool was great! The beach chairs were old and rusty. Some of the chairs for the beach were broken. No wagon to carry stuff to the beach. No cooler for the beach. We had to purchase a cooler. The ice maker in the kitchen was very slow. I found a pair of earrings in a drawer in the master bedroom so therefore, those drawers were not cleaned! The bath towels were old and no soft. Not enough blankets on the beds. We had to purchase additional blankets for the beds. Too many Knick knacks in the house and too many antiques. For the money, I would rather rent a more updated unit. We found out that the owner lived in the garage out back which we thought was creepy.

Angie's place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and kept very clean,also. Easy walking distance to shopping area and the free Anna Maria Trolley stop right and the end of the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Cozy furnishings. Owners have put a lot of effort in creating a comfortable space! Great location close to beach and shops. Supplied weeks worth of laundry and dish detergent, which was nice. Would have appreciated salt and pepper 😏
Would recommend having a couple of throws for couch as the evenings got quite cold.

Having never stayed on AMI, I didn't know what to expect. The island, the property and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations! The island was awesome. Beautiful, quiet. The property with the private pool that we shared with our downstairs neighbors was so peaceful. We had awesome neighbors! The area restaurants and bars kept its entertained. All within walking distance or accessible from the FREE trolley. Wonderful experience. Wonderful girls trip. Cannot wait to come back!!!!!!

50th Birthday vacation
Upstairs unit was great. I did not realize it was a shares home. We had an issue with person who cam in a few days later who like to dictate the sound of an iPod that was not loud and wanted us to not be in pool . That was discouraging as you never know who you would be sharing the place with. Other than that issue we had a wonderful trip and place is very nice for everything.

Stay at Angie’s Place
The house is perfect. All the amenities are ready for you. Plenty of beach towels, gas grill. The starter gift bag was very helpful. The saltwater pool was super nice and clean and large enough to share with the other family downstairs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and Publix is just down the road. We found the location busy and we were not fans of the public beach that is directly across the street. There was a lot of trash on the beach. We opted to drive to Lido Beach which is also a public beach that is well kept. Lido is not that far and we didn’t mind the drive. Overall our stay was great! We would definitely recommend staying there. The rating is a 5 even though we did not like the beach.

I loved having a private pool! The condo was clean, and it's located in the perfect spot. The only issue was the the selection of pots and pans. I would suggest a nice skillet, and a 2 quart size sauce pan, I would rid of all the oversized bowls to make room for more pots and pans.

I can't say enough about the location. It's perfection! The back yard and pool area were lovely to have with the kiddos. Beach and trolly access are steps away, Bridge Street is a short walk, and heading to the mainland for groceries, etc wasn't time consuming. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and we were lucky to experience gorgeous weather and a calm sea for 6/7 days. It's true the kitchen doesn't have much in the way of cookwear, but I took that as a sign not to wear myself out cooking. The upstairs front balcony has ocean views, and room to have breakfast or dinner at the table. Beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and a wagon and plenty of sand toys are available. We had no trouble sharing the pool, but that may be because the adult couple downstairs were avoiding my splashing elementary schoolers. Lol. We would love to come back! A truly great stay for a single parent with kids!

Great location. Short walk to the beach, trolley pick up on the corner, close to Bridge Street. Very comfortable house, large dining table for eating or games, sunny porch to sit out on, BBQ gas grill, .....throughly enjoyed our stay. Would do it again!
