Great location 5min walk from historic center. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Great air conditioning.
Room was smaller than expected. Water would leak under the front door from outside, leaving the floor messy.

They would not provide an invoice. The one they issued had a mistake, so I requested a change and never got back to me. I even went back a week later to ask again for a correct invoice and they just never replied. Now it is a non deductible expense for me. I will never go back to this hotel or any other for this hotel chain.

Location is really good. very near everywhere downtown.
- No parking. The parking lot they offer ($250 MXP) is 13 blocks away and they do not have valet service. We left our vehicle 1 block away in a parking lot in 24 hrs pension for $400 MXP a day (time is money and you would not want to waste your time and energy by walking 13 blocks)
- There’s a bar nearby and live music is very loud. We couldn’t sleep until they stopped playing (after 2 am)
- Amenities only considered shampoo, no conditioner, and the shampoo bottle we had in our room
was half empty, so I can assume it was used from a previous stay.

amazing property. I got a free room upgrade because one of the hotels in the same network did not have clean rooms so I ended up staying in a different hotel with a bigger room. wifi was excellent for work.

It was on a pretty busy street, and the church bells ring all night every 15 minutes. Not the hotel's fault, but does affect your sleep
