Cette maison de ville récemment rénovée (achevée en décembre 2016), avec 2 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bain, est idéalement située à seulement 1,6 km du domaine skiable et à proximité du bus gratuit (trajet de 10 minutes). Il va accueillir confortablement 6-7 adultes, offre une vue pittoresque sur les pistes et fait une location de vacances fantastique
La propriété est très joliment décorée dans un style montagnard moderne. Il a un grand espace de vie ouvert au premier étage qui offre une vue magnifique sur le mont. Werner. Il comprend une cuisine complète, une table à manger avec 6 chaises, un canapé-lit flambant neuf et une causeuse, une télévision à écran plat 50 pouces, une chaîne hi-fi pour smartphone et une cheminée, qui garde l'unité extrêmement bien au chaud. La cuisine complète dispose d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable neufs, d'armoires personnalisées, de comptoirs de quartz et d'un grand évier de ferme. Il y a aussi une toilette à ce niveau.
Les deux chambres, la salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse sont à l'étage. Une chambre a un lit queen et l'autre un lit superposé avec un grand lit en bas et jumeaux sur le dessus, tous les nouveaux matelas. Les deux chambres ont une vue fantastique sur le mont. Werner et beaucoup de rangement. La salle de bain complète dispose d'une nouvelle baignoire / douche incurvée et d'une coiffeuse avec comptoir en quartz.
Il y a un grand placard dans l'entrée pour ranger tout votre équipement.
Profitez d'un bain ou d'une baignade dans les spas communautaires (toute l'année) et la piscine (en été seulement). Vous n'êtes qu'à environ 175 pas.
Encore plus proche, à environ 125 marches, se trouve l’arrêt du bus gratuit. Les bus circulent toutes les 20 minutes et vous êtes à seulement 10 minutes environ de la base de la télécabine / quartier de la base, des restaurants et pubs et du centre de transit, qui vous permettra de rejoindre les boutiques, le centre-ville et d'autres restaurants et pubs.
La plupart des résidences de montagne, y compris cette propriété, ne disposent pas de la climatisation. Des ventilateurs sont fournis pour votre confort.

This condo was perfect for my group’s ski weekend. The living space felt larger than what the photos show, which was a pleasant surprise. The pull out couch is not comfortable, as others mention, but the rest of the sleeping situation is great. Kitchen is fully stocked to allow for group cooking / dinners. Very convenient with the bus stop just across the street.

It was a nice place. Kitchen had everything. bummed that the second bathroom was only a toilet. it had no sink or mirror which made it tricky for a family of 6 to get ready.

Enjoyed our time. Used the grill and deck. Woke to Mountain View’s from the bedroom. Fans all got significant use during heatwave. Would appreciate covering options for door and sidelights as it lets in significant sun and limits privacy after dark.

This place was great for our group of 4 adults. Everything was clean and well stocked and the beds/pillows were cozy. No issues parking our 2 cars in the parking lot. The location is a bit far from town and the slopes (not walkable) but the shuttle picks you up right at the end of the road, which could not have been more convenient.

Our stay was fabulous! Local restaurants were superb. Floated down Yampa River in floats, sunsets on the mountain, waterfall and hiking made this vacation memorable.

Great Home
A great home for anyone looking to ski or explore the rockies. Steamboat is minutes away by car, foot, or bus, and the area is nice. Everything inside was clean, working, and well-maintained.
My only gripe is that it sleeps 7 adults and "linens are included" but there was only one bath towel for our group of 6 guests. Sheets and hand towels were there, but it's a real bummer getting back from the mountain to realize that you cannot shower/use the hot tub due to lack of towels.

Hot Air Balloon Rodeo weekend
The location was perfect for a long weekend stay. We really appreciated the cleaniness, easy check in/out, and the extra fans to help cool the place during the warm summer evenings. The location of the condo was great. The area was quiet and clean. It is very close to the ski resort. There is a nearby bike trail that allows for a smooth ride into town, which was great to avoid the main roads. Would definitely stay again!

Please read - great place with caveats
I want to start by saying that we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and well maintained. That said, there were a couple of issues, some which could be remedied by the management/owner and some that are environmental and not preventable.
It’s a very cozy and comfortable place and well stocked. The fireplace is wonderful and heats the whole house! The light switches are a little tricky to figure out switch what turns on which light. The hot water can run out pretty quickly, so plan accordingly. One thing to note if you are sensitive to odors or fragrances of any sort - not sure if was fabreeze or the laundry detergent, but there is a strong fragrance odor in the house. I had a headache for the first day. Just an FYI. I’m sure some people won’t be affected by the smell. Finally, the neighbors. We went during covid safer at home and before the mountain opened for skiing, however, there is a house that likes to party two units away and across the street people were setting off fireworks. Not sure what the usual winter crowd is like, but that was our experience.
That being said, we enjoyed our stay and think that the place is great with those caveats as mentioned.
I hope others find the review helpful and that the owners make the changes/adaptations noted.

Steamboat Fishing
The good: Booking and check-in was a breeze; the rooms were clean, kitchen fully equipped, and it was reasonably priced. We also liked the deck.
The bad: The washer/dryer combo is not user friendly and takes hours to complete and I mean hours. Based on the pictures I thought there would be a beautiful view, however, nothing but parking lot
Overall, the good wins because it is what folks are looking for, well kept, good location and great price. I would rent again.

Great place to stay with your family
I stayed at Whistler home with my ex husband and three kids. The townhouse was nice and clean. It is a little bit smaller from what I expected from pictures but sufficient enough to accommodate our needs. There were a plenty of household supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. - obviously I am writing my review during COVID-19 time. The clean kitchen had everything I needed to cook a simple dinner once in a while. The washer works great but is inconvenient, as the washer has a dryer option and it takes longer than usual to do the laundry. The huge porch area in front of the building with a gas grill is amazing. That’s where we spend our evenings and ate most of the times.

Great Place
We loved our stay in Steamboat. The condo was very clean and matched the description in the posting. Was spacious enough for the three of us plus all our ski gear. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect
The townhouse was adorable with plenty of room and everything we needed at our fingertips. We especially loved the fireplace and the comfort of the living area. The location has easy access to the mountain and a good amount of storage space for our ski equipment.

Steamboat condo
Overall, the condo was okay. I was very frustrated by the washer/dryer combo unit, because having a dryer that cannot be run on its own is impractical in a winter climate, especially with kids. Every night our gloves, boots, hats, etc. would be wet and it would be have extremely helpful to be able to put them the dryer. I was also frustrated by the lack of space and particularly the lack of storage in the master bedroom. Although there was a closet that had a couple of shelves, the closet was difficult to get to with the lack of space in the room. This resulted in us having to live out of our suitcases for 9 days.

Great spot
Great experience, everything is new. Easily accommodated : adults + 2 kids. Safe easy environment for kids. Had family and friends in and out- with room to spare. Quiet townhome. Would stay again. ITrip Steamboat responded immediately to a few things we had questions on.

Great Stay
Had a great time. The unit is clean and accurately described in the Airbnb write-up. The decor is very well done and tasteful. I would stay again. It was also an advantage that it is not in the crowded downtown area.

Good trip
Good trip, great place, nice flow to the layout, decent finishes for the price, all newly redone. Good location, good pool. iTrip was responsive though not particularly friendly. The pool code on the itrip email was wrong and they didn't apologize for that error, frustrating not being able to get in and having to be given the code by neighbors.
Also I would prefer if they sent the keycode for the condo to airbnb and to email, it was difficult to dig up the email, would be far simpler to use if it was sent on airbnb as well.

Perfect vacation townhome!
What a great place! Spacious, updated, well-equipped & comfortable! The front patio was new, huge & had great views of the mountain. We loved how convenient it was to the mountain and right on the free bus line. Beds were so comfy too! And the quick walk to the hot tub, pool area is great. We’d love to come back soon!

Excellent, updated condo
We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room. Beautiful condo. Updated finishes. 2 stories with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace and bathroom on main level and 2 bedrooms with full bathroom on upper level. We appreciated the indoor storage closet for all of our shoes, coats and gear. 2 minute drive to the mountain or bus stop for the free bus (green line) is right across the street. The management company has been excellent to work with. We will stay here again!

Great Location, very clean townhome
The home was great, it was clean and had everything we needed. If assistance was needed Jason or a team member was very quick to respond to us. We had an issue with parking the last two days it was next to impossible to park let alone in front of the town home.If you are wanting to do laundry the unit they have is a washer/dryer combo and takes a while to go thru both cycles.Those were both minor hiccups, and we would definitely choose to stay here again. It was close enough to the slopes but far enough away. Steamboat has great food in the town and we loved every minute of our trip!

Loved Whistler #32 - Highly recommend
Loved our stay in the Whistler town home #32. The place is newly remodeled, tastefully done, and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the fireplace makes a cozy living room.
There is a beautiful view of the mountain and it's only short walk to the free bus stop that takes you straight to the mountain.
The iTrip team came by and shoveled the snow every couple of days. Thanks for wonderful accommodations. We will be back
