Luxury North Coast Village Extensively Remodeled & just steps to the sand.
Cette unité au rez-de-chaussée est l'un des «chalets» situés sur le périmètre de North Coast Village. Son plan d'étage ouvert a été réalisé par un remodelage "jusqu'aux montants". Les murs ont été enlevés, de nouvelles fenêtres, portes et nouvelles cloisons sèches ont été installées. La cuisine et l'espace de vie à aire ouverte reflètent la vie moderne. Comme vous pouvez le remarquer sur les photos, ses caractéristiques comprennent un sol en pierre dans toutes les chambres, des armoires en bois de cerisier sur mesure, des comptoirs en granit, des éclaboussures de dos en pierre, des volets de plantation, des moulures et un éclairage encastré. La chambre principale comprend un matelas king-size Sleep Number, un placard personnalisé et des meubles Tommy Bahama. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un canapé-lit queen haut de gamme et un manteau de cheminée en granit à dalle solide. Une porte de sécurité en acier inoxydable avec système de verrouillage à 3 points à clé a été ajoutée au curseur de patio en septembre 2019. L'écran ne peut pas être coupé, soulevé ou soulevé. On peut se détendre ou dormir avec les brises fraîches du Pacifique en toute sécurité. La piscine et la salle de gym sont à 3 minutes à pied. The home was perfectly situated near the beach and was well equipped for home cooking. We very much enjoyed the early morning swim in the pacific.

WE loved the location, close to everything. Had an issue when we arrived. Contacted Jim (owner) who went above and beyond correcting the issue. Easy to contact and returned calls ASAP. We would defiantly stay here again.

This Condo is needed an AC unit at the least in the bedroom, small fan in the closet helps some. Be aware no air and no breeze from the ocean on this lower level.
The upper levels by the sea may be better. I would not rent from NCV because we were uncomfortable from the heat with no ac and the bed. It is a great location and soft pillows, beautifully decorated. I loved the grounds waterfalls and greenery but wasn't worth the misery of the heat daily and nightly. Wintertime would be a good time to rent it if you're ok with a firm mattress. It has everything you need outside of fans and AC and a good bed.... I did love my little bible book in the drawer it made it worth it.

We love Oceanside and visit frequently to wind down and relax. We found this property three or so years ago and this is by far our favorite rental. On average we visit 2-4 times per year and would never stay anywhere else. It is beautifully updated, has great amenities and is in the ideal location. You are steps to the beach and able to walk to any of the restaurants or shops. It is one of the few units that has direct access to the street and beach, saving you the hassle of having to walk through the NCV complex. This is a great perk when you have a beach wagon, boards and tons of other items to tote to the beach. Jim the owner is top notch. He always checks in to make sure all is in order. We stayed a couple of weeks ago when the tropical storm was brewing and no one was sure if it would reach CA at hurricane strength or what was going to happen. Jim was very thoughtful and reached out to let us know that even though we were scheduled to check out Sunday morning, the next guests were not arriving until Tuesday and if we needed a later check out due to not being able to get out of town, it was available to us. We travel often and most property owners are not as hands on or considerate. You will not be disappointed staying here. We’re coming back in a couple of weeks and can’t wait!

Near perfect setup for a couple. Also, had family in the area over for dinner. Great access to beach and Oceanside harbor. Walking distance to dine in both pier area and harbor. Would stay again.

My husband & I loved the condo, the location is perfect, steps away from the beach, & it’s one level. Very nice furnishings & equipped with everything you need in the kitchen & for the beach. Comfortable bed & everything was perfect for our week in Oceanside. The owner Jim, is extremely nice & very helpful, he provides a book with everything you need to know including codes, instructions, & very helpful information. I highly recommend this place & will definitely book it again.

This condo was exactly as pictured. It was nice, right by the beach, and we loved that it was in a secured, gated, community. The only things that we noticed was that the floors could have been a little cleaner, they had sand in some spots. Also, there's more noise than we were hoping for. The upstairs neighbor was really noisy pretty much all hours of the day and night. Walking around, dropping items, things of that nature. Also the street noise from beach visitors was a little much sometimes (not much that can be done about that though!). Otherwise, we really enjoyed the condo and got our use out of it! We loved that we could sit on the porch and see the ocean.

The beach condo was lovely, the property was beautifully landscaped, and we were just a short walk from Harbor Village. We’ll definitely be coming back to this facility and this casita. It was an awesome perk to have a safe and secure ground floor unit that was just steps from the beach.

Lovely condo with everything we’d need! (Would recommend a wagon). It’s so close to the water it’s like 30 sec to be on the sand! Host was super great with info before hand! Will stay here again!

Daughter was out from cold New York State. We wanted to enjoy a fabulous vacation with her and that is just what owner Jim did for us. From our patio we could see and hear the ocean. It was lovely sitting there and enjoying our coffee and other beverages. North Coast Village is a wonderful property with many amenities. Short walk and/or drive to the harbor. Amenities in the unit were top notch. Beds were excellent. Parking was easy and included in rental. Jim also included beach chairs and towels to use. His unit faces the street/sidewalks that are steps from the beach. Fun watching the people walk, run, bicycle go by. Groceries and restaurants nearby but used the amazing kitchen most of the time. Can hardly wait to go back.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. So much to do - beach, walk to shops/restaurants, swimming and relax on the patio with an ocean view. You will LOVE it! Jim was very communicative and a great host. Highly recommend.

This is now our go to property when visiting our son in Oceanside. The condo is well maintained and has a kitchen with everything you need to cook and even entertain. Jim was great to work with as well! We can't wait to stay again!

We have vacationed in Oceanside for many years, this has to best the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was nicely decorated, kitchen was great and the bed was more comfortable than ours at home! The location is excellent, steps from the beach and North Coast Village is absolutely beautiful. The property owner Jim and his son were the most gracious and helpful of any owners we have dealt with in the past. Had a wonderful time.

We loved staying here. The location was amazing, less than a minute walk from the condo to the beach, and it was an excellent get-a-away for the both of us.
The condo was awesome in every way and we completely enjoyed staying here. We love Oceanside, and we cannot wait to come back. Hopefully this property will be available when we do.
Jim is a premier host. Admittedly, there was a slight blip on arrival, but he made it right in every aspect. He wants to make sure his guests are taken care of and we definitely were. I am more than appreciative of his hospitality.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo! Excellent location just steps to the beach and a great patio where we hung out each night. The condo was clean with a huge kitchen although we bbq’d at the pool each night. The owner is wonderful and checked in on us to be sure we were enjoying our stay! Definitely will book this exact condo again….😊

Great Vacation with Family
We have visited with family that have stayed in this unit in the past and none compare to it. It is so beautiful and very well stocked. I brought a few cooking things from home but they weren't needed. Anything you could want is in the unit. We will be back and thank you Jim for use of your home.

Plenty of storage to put all your things so you truly feel at home.
Very nice kitchen appliances and having an ice maker was a nice +.

We had the best time at North Coast Village in Oceanside. We have stayed on this property many times but this unit/location was perfect with easy access to beach and loading/unloading the car. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.
Jim was a perfect host and available when we had a quick question. We will definitely be back!
