It was right next to Siloam Hospitals where I had undergone surgery. The staff were super friendly and service was very quick. The buffet breakfast was outstanding! They did a wonderful job with my laundry and the room service was delicious and arrived fast!

Housekeeping is excellent. Transport provided by hotel is nice. Driver Mr. Wyan is very excellent, very friendly and helpful. All staff are good.

Breakfast is very poor quality. Friday barbeque dinner is waste of money.

We stayed there with our 2 sons aged 17 and 23 and absolutely loved everything about the place!! From the rooms and the gym to the pool and the restaurant. Can't fault it. And the staff were sooo nice and always welcoming. Rooms had air-conditioning and so clean!! The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

A little far from the shops but short taxi or scooter trip costs a couple of dollars to the main streets in Legian and Seminyak.

I really liked the fact that they don’t use plastic water bottles in the room and use large refillable water containers. It is a great for the environment.

The location wasn’t great but ok if you have your own transport.

Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fast wifi. Friendly staff. Good location. Near-by places to eat/dine. Everday change of towels and room cleaning is good. A good, hassle-free stay. I will recommend to friends.

Everything was from good to very good, really.... The whole hotel, I think, is ready for some physical sprucing-up....But then, most probably, room rates will increase if they do that.... Right now, value for money is good for the rates we paid.

Food tends to be bland. Not much options for breakfast. Staff do the bare minimum, do not seem to know much. Front desk (at least the one who checked us in at night) was not helpful, did not go above and beyond for customer. We had requested in advance for a sofa bed both through online and phone call to be added in one of the rooms. We were informed that the larger room comes with sofa bed, only to find out the day of checking in that it was not a sofa bed at all, just a sofa/couch. The only solution that was offered by front desk was to get an additional room (which I was considering at the time). Staff needs training. One of them does not even know if room key is needed to enter the Gym. She told me to request a master key from the register. I was able to enter using my room key. Small things add up, making the experience unpleasant.

I loved everything about your hotel. The architecture allowing natural breezes through, creating piecful heaven around magnificent pool, totally acousticly proofed courtyard like stracture, the interior design of the room was delicate, plush and kept in mind relaxing tones, lighting had abilities to create working space or relaxing atmosphere. Having a balcony with comfortable couch and views of the pool, saved me endless trips outside to have a cigarette. And you stuff! Oh my God, reception: no nonsense, smart, on the ball, not just speak English, speak human. Special word to Ulan from breakfast bar. She did to me more than years of visiting psychologist did. She touched my soul, she encouraged me, she gave me hope and power to fight for my sons life. I travelled the world, marriott always my choice, your team exided my expectations, humbled me, made me believe in power of humanity again. Thank you. All blessings. And lots of customers your way.

The friendly staff is unbeatable, they all super helpful and make my stay feel okay. Front Office Staff, most of them are great and I am happy to shout out loudly that FO staff namely Mr. Krisna is super amazing, helpful and he deserve to nominee employee of the month/year. FB Staff, Mba Giwang is the winner, she know's what i want without asking and she's greet me every morning with my name, Pak Dar, is also great and offer me a help every morning when I have a breakfast, and the rest of FB staff is super awesome and i cant recall their name one by one! Overall, good stay at this hotel.

I dont have anuthing bad experience here! All just good.

The room is very nice, the touch of portable speakers gives a personal and nice touch. The water gallon is very clever, very sustainable living and nice to have

They gave me bad milk when I order some room service, but the way they respond to my complain is very professional, salute to the team. The TV still regular tv, it should replace to smart tv nowadays.

The live band playing till almost 10 in the evening. If you need to get up at 4 am to get to the airport, a little bit more sleep would be nicer. Was also the closest room to the lobby with music and the elevator, very noisy.

Breakfast was kind of good, cinnamon rolls were that not soft. Soup also not as I expected.

There could have been a hand shower in the bathroonear the toilet.

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel and it was amazing. From the Security guards, to reception, to housekeeping to the breakfast crew, we were amazed at the level of customer service. Everyone here is so happy, humble and welcoming and ready to help out with whatever you want. I want to personally thank the following staff who always welcomed us, spoke to us and made us feel so much at home. They knew my name from day one and I was so amazed they remembered it. A big shout out to Ms Oya (reception), Ms Novi, Ms Giwan and Ms Mentari (the Breakfast team) were all exceptional and I will always remember their kindness. I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel because of all these lovely staff. Bali is a beautiful place but what captured my heart are its people. A big bonus with the hotel is the gallon of bottled water in each room. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice and good live cooking too. Give a 5 star to this hotel and especially its staff.

Nothing really, possibly the Delay sometimes in getting the room serviced but it was always done beautifully and spotlessly

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our son loved the hot water pool.

We found stains and hair on the bed, and the hotel needed renovating their shower rooms. There were bugs in the room, ants, small cockroaches, and unknown flying bugs. Hence, we recommend performing pest control more often. The breakfast was bad and lacked variety. The omelet was hard as rubber. The hotel urgently needs to hire real chefs. I think the breakfast is bad for Marriot's brand reputation.
