The location was fantastic The house was great, plenty of natural sunlight. The spa was a hit with the kids

The only thing that I liked about the property was the view nothing else

The house smelled very bad of mould and there was traces of mould you could see, there where cockroaches everywhere, and the kitchen was dirty the microwave hadn’t even been clean and had food scraps from the last visitors. A lot of things not working or broken. When questioned management about the issues was given excuses and offered to be reimbursed to buy air fresheners

Great location

Firstly, we could not access the house initially as we had not been told where the lock box was. Then, one of the queen beds had not been changed and had dirt and hair from a previous guest, which was unpleasant for my friend who was supposed to clean in it. The cleaner did come the next day and change it. The place was not especially clean and had quite a strong damp smell, especially in the upstairs room. But, we had good weekend break and the location was fab, only being a short walk to town.

Location is perfect, central to Bombo Beach and Kiama shops and blowhole etc . The interior very funky in some areas. Beautiful local photography on walls.

Previous dog owners had not removed their animals poo from area around spa. The main bedroom mattress has such a big dip in it my husband slept on the floor after the first night. Best for no more than 2 couples, and limited children as one teenager was with their mum and dad which they didn't like, the other 3 sharing a double and a single.
