The house location was about 28 min to Seaworld with traffic. To Disney world about 25 min with traffic. The property was beautiful! Very nice people and friendly neighbors.
Kid alarm on the door for backyard pool that goes off every time you don’t push the button to enter or exit.
Lots of stairs to go up and down with luggage.
I do have 2 complaints. I really wanted my kids to be able to swim at the house and get in the hot tub. I messaged the property owner Rob who had his house manager reach out to me. He was a nice guy trying to do his best to help. I notified twice that I would like the pool and hot tub to be heated. I tried to turn the hot tub on myself and the heater would never kick on. It was chilly when we were there so I was outside 20-30 min trying to figure it out. The pool never heated at all. The house manager said on his end remotely he said it looks on and was heating but never actually did. The main pool is a shuttle ride a ride that you don’t really want to do in the evenings after walking 7-8 miles per day at the parks. That was frustrating for me. The other thing is the main kitchen trash is tiny. Like a bathroom trash with extremely thin trash bags.
They ask for trash to be put outside to be picked up before you check out. The bags busted because they were hygiene bags not kitchen trash bags. So they was not fun to pick up with 3 days worth of 4 kids trash. I would definitely stay on this property again just not this specific house.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We traveled with 3 couples. Everyone had there own room and own bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Pillows were great. Always had enough hot water for everyone to shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Even had a big enough dinning table to fit everyone. We enjoyed the pool too. Great location to Disney. Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was super clean when we arrived and the listing is very accurate. Both owner and property manager and friendly and responsive. Its main living space is very spacious and well layed out. Being inside the Margaritaville Orlando neighbourhood was our favourite thing! We felt super safe and nearby to all our fav stores. I will mention the house is not a show home. It has some signs of normal ware and tear. The hot tub did not heat 2 days while we were there and the pool does not feel like it’s heated based on other heated pool experiences. But overall it was perfect for our family vacation! We would love to come back to this location and will recommend it to friends and family.

The house was in short AMAZING. We had a party of 9. This house offered so much space for all of us. The house was clean. The resort was so beautiful. It was like really being on the beach.

The actual house was beautiful, spacious, and great proximity to the parks. Unfortunately though, the property manager was not very accommodating and didn’t have some basic necessities such as enough towels for the number of people booked (yes I included it would be ten of us staying in the booking), no blanket for the couch bed, and a TV that couldn’t connect to the internet despite using the manual provided. The margarita machine so clearly featured in the pictures has also been broken for months which was disappointing, although a seemingly low cost blender was still provided. It was also a little unclear in my opinion that the 5th bed was a pull out couch when I originally booked. Like I said, great spot, but extremely disappointed with how the manager prepped the house for the number of people staying and the poor responsiveness and general unhelpfulness. Personally would recommend finding a different stay in the beautiful neighborhood.

We travelled with our 2 adult children and significant bothers so this worked perfectly! We needed at least 3 bedrooms with bathrooms so it does or get better than this! With easy Lyft rides to VJ and from the park it was extremely convenient and far less expensive than staying on a Disney property!!

Great property
This property was great for our family! Close to Disney and a short walk to lots of restaurants as well. Rooms were big and the pool and spa were amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Magical and fun
We had a great expierence at this property! Contact was easy when we had any questions it was automatically answered! I do wish that they had rugs or anything on the floor because with an infant and tile floors it doesn't go very good together! I also was never able to get a grill or a pack and play because the website never worked. Other than that great expierence 100 percent would stay again

Great for the price
Typically stay at local resorts but this time wanted to feel more at home. Didn’t disappoint. Manager very responsive, community security quick to respond as well if issues with other guests. Would recommend.

Great location
This house is perfect if you plan on being at parks most of your time and just using this as a place to sleep because you cannot use any hotel amenities, as stated. The pool and hot tub are a great plus, when it works. We had issues with the pool and hot tub all week after having to text for 3 days straight I just stopped bothering because I never received an answer on the one day we were just trying to relax and use the pool. Yes the house is very nice and was clean upon arrival but there were some things broken around the house such as blinds, the toilet paper holder and the microwave door handle, and ants were seen by the sink area and the sink was clean, so not really sure what that was about. Overall my family made the best out of the week, towels are provided, however, if you are a large group like us you will need to bring your own. And heads up the pool never really sees sun, the hot tub sees sun for only from about 11 am to 12 pm.

Great for our needs
The house was overall great. We wanted to stay on Disney property but due to expense it wasn't realistic for our needs. This property provided us more than what we needed at Disney's property for a lot less. We had 6 adults, two couples and two singles. The couples got to have their own bedrooms and bath, and so did the singles. Everyone in the party liked the house. We basically just slept there. Left in the morning and returned at night after the Disney parks closed. We never used the pool but we did use the hot tub to soak our soar feet every night. The only complaints I would have is that the hot tub doesn't take a few minutes to heat up as the instructions say, it takes about an hour, Keep that in mind. Having two sets of towels for each guest especially for a long stay like ours (8 nights) would be helpful. I understand for keeping things clean but the house is bare as far as no rugs, or much stuff on the walls. Its mostly tile. That is fine but it makes the house feel somewhat cold and sound travels really well throughout the whole 3 story house. Lastly, things like more trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps (basic essentials, especially trash bags) would be nice especially for long stays. We only had two trash bags and we were running out of options after a 8 night stay.
Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we were in the area.

Check in and hot tub
We arrived at 3:00 check in was at 4:00 per the email you can drop bags off early if needed before check in at 4:00. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned at all so we did not get to check in until 6:00. I did contact the host and he stated it was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew but he was very responsive and very apologetic. We had dinner reservations at 7:00 but still had to get dressed and unpacked all 7 of us. You cannot adjust the hot tub at the unit you have to contact the host which takes time for it to heat up at least a few hours. The unit was not that clean but I think it was because the cleaners were in a hurry being that we were sitting outside waiting due to we had been on the road for 8 hours. Very little towels only 2 per room. The host was nice and the location was good.

Great house and a great location
Great experience at the house, everything was as expected and a very responsive owner. Just a couple of notes: the pool is smaller than it looks in the picture, also the house didn't have any cleaning supplies aside from a few dishwasher pods and a melamine sponge (so if you're going for a while it would be a good idea to bring some cleaning spray, etc.), also the margarita maker in the picture isn't there, but there is a blender.
Would definitely stay here again, resort transportation from the hotel to the parks was great, good sound system and great atmosphere!

Amazing mini vacation
The house is GREAT the beds all had very comfortable Mattresses and we had an amazing time. The only thing I would point out is the pool does not get much Sun due to the 3 story house and the location BUT the hot tub is hot and it will run off into the pool making it warm enough to swim but you will be in the shade most of the time. We went to the main pool for our Sun time and back to the house for hot tub time.

Excellent stay from check-in until leaving. Gorgeous property, very clean, had everything as listed. Met all needs of nearby stores, restaurants, and being close to Disney! Groceries delivered to porch day we arrived. Loved pool and hot tub of our own. Owner very responsive with any questions. Can’t wait to go back!

Worst experience I have ever had with staying somewhere
My son flew in from Germany and so we were a day late checking in due to flight delays. I reached out to the owner of this property and let him know we would be a day late. When we arrived the lock box was not secured tightly on the gate and came off when we were trying to enter the code to get our key cards. When it did this and we opened the gate the vertical rails easily fell out and once we checked out of this facility we were notified by the owner that we did this intentionally and he's going to charge us for the gate repair. I stated that was insane and explained myself and then he threatened to see me in court. The owner of this property never apologized for not giving us an updated code and we were trying to figure out to get in. I would never use any property by this person again and it makes me not even want to use VRBO. No customer service. No kindness No gratefulness for the $ we spent staying at the property. His welcome letter had misleading points as well. Very disappointed in this experience.

Birthday Weekend
Stay was perfect. Had my Sister, daughter and some of her friends for my sisters birthday, my birthday and my daughters birthday which all land in the same week. With all the crazy of covid was the perfect getaway for a birthday weekend. The only issue i would say we had was lack of extra blankets. Other than that was all good.

Close to Everything
Charming property with everything you will need for a Disney Vacation. 10 mins from Magic Kingdom, 7 minutes from Epcot. Rooms are spacious and appointed nicely. We enjoyed our trip.

Our stay at this property was great. The house and surrounding area was very beautiful & clean. We were all comfortable & there is ample room for two families. The pool & jacuzzi were an amazing added bonus. It’s right outside of Disney property & there is not much traffic getting to and from. We didn’t experience the area much as we were there for my daughter’s dance nationals, but there seemed to be a lot to do nearby, with excellent dining options. Robert was very responsive, and Rudy heated the pool immediately after receiving our text request. As a side note, the jacuzzi heats immediately once turned on & is controlled by the guest. We will definitely be staying here again!

Vacation home
The house was great! I would recommend staying especially with a group. The pool and hot tub were nice after coming back from the parks. The beds were comfortable, and showers were great. We had 9 staying and never had trouble, even if showering in multiple bathrooms at the same time. Overall it was a great experience.

Family Graduation Trip
The house was beautiful and very clean. It was accurately described and perfect for our family trip with our last child graduating from high school. Great location for Disney and loved the proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

4 Bedroom Home
The house was very clean and spacious. We were really looking forward to our stay and it lived up to the expectations for the most part. Lots to do in the area and plenty of dining options in walking distance. The pool/spa in the backyard were a big plus for the kids. There were a few issues with what was advertised vs reality. There were no laundry pods left for us so we went out and purchased laundry detergent, only 1 washcloth per room but 2 people per bed. There was a broom to sweep up but no dust pan to collect. Our real concern was that there were no linens for the pull out couch. We wanted to utilize this feature of the home but had to go out and purchase our own linens for this as it was not provided. We searched all closets for linens and texted Rudy but he said he wasn't sure about it. Another advertisement issue: Under the pool/spa amenities for this property it lists private AND communal pool. You don't have access to the communal pool from this property as there is no communal pool card for you to get in/out. We had rented a private cabana at the pool through the hotel. They didn't give 2 of us a hard time to get in but when the others came separately, they gave an issue. The people at the pool ended up letting us all in but was just an annoyance more than anything since our cabana was pre-booked due to advertisement of communal pool use. Other than these few things, the house was great and Robert/ Rudy were both quick to respond!

Home was immaculate. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds super comfortable. Location close to Disney (10 minutes) but far away enough from noise and crowds. Robert was quick to respond to any questions prior to our trip. Heating of pool required one quick daily text. Will return for future Orlando visits.

Great weekend home!
Beautiful property perfect for a getaway near all the parks. The home was clean and had wonderful amenities. It was easy to find and only a few miles from WDW and wonderful restaurants. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the weekend. The only issue was not many bath towels and although Rudy was very attentive the pool takes a long time to heat up and you have to ask each day. Would be better to have pool heated all the time for guests- takes too long if you want to get in the pool in the morning. Would recommend this home for a vacation!

Family Trip to Orlando, COVID Style.
We had a great trip to Orlando, Fall 2020 staying at this Margaritaville Condo. We found the space to be very clean, beds extremely comfortable, decoration to be aesthetic but not overly to where a mom of two twins felt I couldn't relax that things would get broken. The kitchen table was big enough to fit us all. The condo was close to the pool and outside areas were clean and well lit for the kids to ride bikes. Due to COVID it was pretty quiet at the resort as well as Orlando in general but this was a perfect way for us to escape yet feel safe during such times. In the end we enjoyed this type of resort experience way over the traditional feel. The cottage also reminded us a bit of home which was nice after being out all day. Overall, not a bad review I could give. The property manager and/or owner were VERY helpful when I had multiple user errors trying to gain access to the key to enter the house. I appreciated their patience and persistence.

Perfect location
Location is perfect for Disney. Only 10 minutes away. The house is very clean with super comfortable beds. I did take off one star only because of the pool and spa heat process. Upon first use it was not heating and I had to go to the pump and text back and forth to get it on. Once it was on the spa heated with no problem. The pool never warmed. You have to text each time you want the spa heated. It’s turned on remotely. So planning for that is a must when coming home after a day at the park. We texted as we were leaving the park and the spa was hot when we arrived home. You do have to also text when you are finished each time. Not anything hard, just not at your use immediately for use.

Margaritaville Oasis
We stayed on property before and due to some home renovations we were looking for another short term rental. I stumbled upon this listing and was pleasantly surprised! The communication with the owner was very easy. All of his emails detailing the check-in process were clear. The home was immaculate and exactly like the pictures shown. We really enjoyed staying here and will def be back! We also loved the private pool and heated hot tub’
