The hotel was beautiful. Lots of amenities

The hallway on the 3rd floor was filthy .Our bathtub had pink stains and what looked like dried paint. there was something sticky on the carpet between the beds and there was a dripping coming from the bathroom all night

La ubicación es estupenda, poder llegar antes al Parque lo hace aún más maravilloso y quedarme en un hotel de Disney era mi sueño desde el año 1992 que fue mi primera vez, estoy enamorada totalmente de ese mundo mágico y sueño con volver pronto, quedarme para siempre sería mi sueño ideal, manténganse cumpliendo sueños como lo han hecho hasta ahora

Great location and easy access to parks! The shuttles are really convenient and you can walk to Epcot in 10 mins

You can hear your neighbors coughing or talking clearly. The staff will knock at your doors at 8-9am. Their cleaning service was confusing because sometimes they just left garbage right there. The pools don’t have any safe guards and the hotel claims that guests should swim on their own risks, which is arrogant and illegitimate. I know you’re Disney but man, there are so many kids and teens you just can’t slack off responsibilities like this.

Very clean, high end hotel. Excellent amenities and a short walk or boat ride to Disney Boardwalk and Epcot.

I love the resort itself even though I didn't get to enjoy or see all the resort had. I only could stay one night. Customer service was excellent specially the lady who check us in she made my birthday very special. Thank u

The busses didn't run every 20 minutes as stated they ran along longer picking u up at the resort and alot longer coming to pick u up at the parks. The pillow were very hard and there wasn't lot to them.

The swan and Dolphin properties are absolutely beautiful with top notch amenities. The restaurants are amazing. The lounges are great. Would stay here again and again.

Безобразнейший отель, хамские работники на ресепшн, 5 часов не могли привезти заказанную заранее детскую кроватку, нет шведского стола на завтраке,приходится с двумя детьми ждать по часу несьедобную, пережаренную яичницу. Есть кафешка, в которой хоть как-то можно накормить детей, отсояв огромную очередь Отелю плевать на клиентов,их толпы

Location and ability to use the boats as transport to assist with unwinding from a busy day of walking. Boat staff were very friendly.

Excellent location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with more affordable access to the Disney Boardwalk area and the Friendship boat circuit. Really great food options right on site including coffee shop called Java. Use the mobile app to order ahead! Life saver in the AM

Doors are very thin and any noise is easily heard. Adjoining room had loud talkers and were easily audible through the walll late at night. Would be a real issue with kids I’d assume. Anyways it seems to draw a convention and business type crowd given it’s attached to a convention center but just figured people should know that it was quite busy w professionals partying about.

Location, smart, short walk to Epcot. We booked it for new ears eve party there.

$35 car park fee overnight when Disney hotels have cancelled that now

Great location for walking into Epcot and Hollywood Studios

It is no longer part of the Disney bus system, which means it’s own buses do not drop you at the same place as Disney buses. For example it drops at the Ticket Station rather than the Magic Kingdom entrance which is a bit of a pain. You have to pay £30 a day to park your car, which is real rip off. Finally the only place for a sit down breakfast at he Sean is currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

By far this property is the best location to get to all the parks and has many excellent restaurants to choose from. All other resorts lack something. This one has it all and next the boardwalk to top it all off. The beds are super comfortable, the rainfall shower-head is excellent and the a/c is nice and cold just the way I like it.

No buses to Disney Springs.

O melhor lugar do mundo! Já fiquei algumas vezes neste hotel e no seu parceiro Dolphin e ambos estão extremamente bem localizados. Ouso dizer que é a melhor localização de qualquer hotel dentro do complexo Disney! Tudo é muito bonito, prático, com facilidades de locomoção (inclusive a poucos minutos do EPCOT e do Hollywood Studios). O quarto é bom (parecido com quase todos do complexo), com bom banheiro, amenities, muitas opções de alimentação, transporte para os demais parques do complexo, além de contar com praticamente, um parque aquático, lavanderia, bares noturnos… Volto pra ficar quantas vezes for para Orlando!

Não tenho do que reclamar. Aliás, nosso check-in foi antecipado e ganhamos um quarto com sacada. Tudo perfeito
