I thought that the breakfast was great. They had a variety of items. They made different items each day. They had pumpkin, apple cinnamon and plan mickey mouse waffles.

I didn't like that there were people in the parking lot drinking one night. Another night there were 2 men hiding on the side of the building smoking Marijuana.

Let me start by saying this Christina was our all time favorite! As I told her she was 11 stars worthy! We had some problems with rooms...to their defense they are remodeling! Christina was excellent helping us. We ended up with a better room and met the great staff! Thank you again Christina you are now a honorary part of our family now!

There are 3 elevators and only 1 works. You get sick of waiting so you use the stairs, which smell of urine! The housekeeping would not leave enough towels or would leave none. The wifi was horrible. The bathroom was dirty.

I wish they would had came in more to fix the room up and that they had better Wi-Fi and better food for breakfast

Bed was hard. Didn't feel clean. Bugs in the window. Very gloomy in the room.

Property was in really bad conditions it was old and had a nasty smell In the hallway, our key was not opening the door to had to go twice to the reception area to request help.

The location was excellent and the bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

They had to changed my room because the lamps were rusty, the room was full of mold all over, smelling bad, and the elevator was dirty. The second room they gave was better at least was not smelly and had less mold in it but it was a scary experience.

Front desk staff was "bleh"....Not rude but not friendly either. Both the evening and morning women working the desk were this way. They didn't greet us or the others I saw going to the desk. They seemed bored and indifferent. They did answer our questions and were efficient in doing their job but they just weren't what we usually see in the hospitality industry.

The rugs were dirty therefore I had to keep something on my feet at all times. Same with the hallways... the rugs were very dirty. I don't think the elevators were cleaned during our stay, which was disappointing. The breakfast was good, the variety was enjoyable. The shuttle was ridiculous. To and from Universal it was fine. Disney locations it dropped off too late and picked up too early. We ending Ubering the three days to the Disney parks. This was the main reason for staying with you and it was unfortunate that is was unsatisfactory. Harold at the front desk was lovely he made us feel very welcomed. The pot and cigarette smoking in the room next to us was annoying. There is no policing of this kind of activity and that is unfortunate.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. The location to the parks was great.

when we got into our 1st room, it was extremely dirty. Brown stuff on the side of the bath tub, floors were disgusting, and the room smelled horrendous. we went down to the front desk to talk to the lady about switching rooms. she was extremely helpful and immediately was so nice and disappointed in the cleanliness(or lack of) of the room. she got us setup for a different room, it was cleaner but still very outdated and dirty. we took a few rags and wiped down the counter tops of the bathroom and night stand and they turned brown instantly. I am a huge germaphobe and i often find myself overthinking things about cleanliness but when my wife (who has been a missionary around the world and stayed in many unsanitary places) felt like she had to deep clean the room before we could let our 8 month old crawl on the bed, I knew it was pretty bad. I can’t say enough things about how amazing the staff was and she was so kind about everything…. I typically have great experiences at comfort inn and was super excited when we found this one so close to Disney World… however, this one fell short of my expectations…

The staff was great overall, breakfast was available and kept clean and fresh. Location was great.

We were put in the wrong room, though staff did fix this. Room smelled moldy, had to repeatedly ask for towels. Pool area was nice, but the hot tub didn't work properly and towels for the pool area were never stocked. Many broken or damaged areas, fencing, walkways.
